Background: The spread of the Internet and the improvement of audio and video media have led to the emergence of an industry called pornography. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the use of pornography and marital sexual satisfaction and attitudes toward marital infidelity in married women in Zahedan. Patients and Methods: This was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population consisted of all working married women and housewives in Zahedan during 2017. Among them, a sample of 190 people (95 housewives and 95 employed women) was selected through a convenience sampling method. To collect data, the problematic pornography use scale, the Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire (women's form), and Whatley's attitudes toward marital infidelity scale were used. Results: Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression. According to the results, there was a significant reverse relationship between the use of pornography and its components and marital sexual satisfaction, and the use of pornography to escape or avoid negative emotions was a negative predictor of marital sexual satisfaction. There was a significant direct relationship between the use of pornography and its components and the attitude towards marital infidelity, and the psychological and social problems of using pornography were a positive predictor of attitude towards marital infidelity. Conclusions: It is necessary to consider appropriate strategies to reduce the use of pornography to promote marital sexual satisfaction and reduce the attitude towards marital infidelity in married women.

Objectives: The couples’ marital satisfaction depends on their Communication Patterns. The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of Communication Patterns in the relationship between self-differentiation and sexual satisfaction of couples. Methods: This study is descriptive correlational research. The statistical population of the study was all couples residing in Bukan City in 2019. A total of 500 couples was selected by the multistage cluster sampling method and the differentiation questionnaires, Communication Patterns, and Larsson sexual satisfaction questionnaire were performed on them. Data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression and the Sobel test was performed by using SPSS V. 22 and PLS software. Results: According to the results, the survey of the mediating role of Communication Patterns in the relationship between self-differentiation and sexual satisfaction, the Sobel test statistic value was 18.663 (P≤0/01). Therefore, it can be concluded that the communication variables have a positive and significant mediating effect on their differentiation on sexual satisfaction. On the other hand, the effect of their differentiation on sexual satisfaction is both independent and positive and significant with the mediating variable of Communication Patterns. Conclusion: Considering the results, it can be concluded that couples’ therapists can emphasize improving couples ‘Communication Patterns’ to achieve sexual satisfaction and use this approach to prevent divorcing couples from breaking up in their marriage.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and silence with organizational health. The methodology of the study is correlation, and its statistical population is 642 that are all employers in Maskan Bank in Fars province. Sampling was executed through one-phase clustering sampling in which 130 persons were selected as statistical sample. Three questionnaires of organizational health (Hawaii et al., 1987), organizational culture (Hofstede, 1980), and organizational silence (Vacola & Bouradas, 2005) were used for collecting data. Data was analyzed step to step using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression tests. Results indicated that there is a significant inverse relationship between organizational culture and silence with organizational health (less than 0.01). Higher level managers’ view of silence (among elements of organizational silence) and patriarchy (among elements of organizational culture) are capable of predicting organizational health in inverse. Other elements are not significantly capable in predicting organizational health.

This study examines the relationship between self-regulated learning strategies and students' academic performance in English courses. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes all students of Azad University, Gorgan branch in the period 2020-2021. convenience sampling based on the Morgan table is used to select 384 people. The data collection tool is Zimmerman and Martinez-Pons Self-Regulated Learning Interview Schedule (1998), and for academic performance, the average grade in English course in two semesters was taken into account. Pearson correlation analyzes the data. The results show a significant relationship between self-regulated learning strategies and the academic performance of English course students. The purpose of this research to "investigate the relationship between personality and conservatism of investors of insurance companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange." The present study was applied research in terms of purpose, which has employed a descriptive and correlational method. The statistical population of this research included all people who buy and sell shares of insurance companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. According to Cochran's formula, the sample size was determined as much as 384 people collected by a simple random sampling method. The research instruments were the Conservative Questionnaire based on the Gribel and Leighton (1999) and McCrae and Costa (1985) five-factor personality questionnaire. The questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by 20 experts, and the reliability of all three questionnaires was acceptable for all three questionnaires due to Cronbach's alpha above 0.79. The data analysis was conducted using the Pearson correlation test and regression analysis. The results indicated a significant relationship between the investors’ personality and their conservatism in the Tehran Stock Exchange. There was also a significant relationship between all personality components except for extraversion with the investor’s conservatism in the Tehran Stock Exchange.

The present research was aimed to the study the relationship between talent management and organizational development and job motivation of the employees in educational, research, student, and cultural deputies of Bushehr University of medical sciences and health services. The method of this research was practical in terms of objectives, descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research was the entire employees in educational, research, student, and cultural deputies of Bushehr University of medical sciences and health services (consisted of 301 individuals) among whom 170 individuals were chosen as sample size using Morgan table and simple random sampling method. In order to collect data, the three standard questionnaires of Talent management of Oheley (2007), organizational development of Peter Lok and John Crawford (2001), and job motivation of Herzberg (1965) were used. In order to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used, and the value of this coefficient was higher than 0.7 for each of the questionnaires. For evaluation of the validity, the content validity was used, and for this regard, the questionnaires were confirmed by the related experts. The analysis of the obtained data was performed through SPSS software in two parts of descriptive and inferential (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation test and multiple regression). The research findings indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between talent management and organizational development and job motivation of teachers.

This article examines one of the key competencies of the 21st century known as cultural intelligence (CQ). This study investigates the relationship between CQ, organizational culture, and the effectiveness of staff in the industry, mine, and trade organizations of Semnan province in Iran. Using correlational analysis, the statistical population includes a total of 103 people from 141 employees based on personnel department documents. Three questionnaires were used to measure the variables and descriptive and deductive statistics were applied to evaluate and analyze the data. The Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used in deductive statistics to obtain the results. The findings show there is a significant relationship between CQ, organizational culture, and effectiveness. Among four cultural intelligence factors, only the knowledge of CQ can predict the effectiveness. The calculated correlation coefficient indicates that the creativity factors and communication pattern have the highest correlation coefficients.

One of the concerns of the organization and management experts is to identify effective factors on organization performance and finding solutions to improve organization performance. The present study was done to analyse the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction in visiting lectures of Payam Nour University. Statistical population of this research includes visiting lectures of Ghorveh town who were teaching in the academic year of 2016-2017. Sample size of 60 participants was selected by simple random sampling. To collect data, Meyer and Allen organizational commitment questionnaire and Field and Rothe job satisfaction questionnaire were used. The research method is correlation which is incorporated in the area of applied studies to analyse data, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression) were utilized. The findings show that there is positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Regression coefficient shows that organizational commitment predicts 42.2 % of the job satisfaction changes.

Introdution: In today's societies, a high percentage of people are dissatisfied with the physical appearance that such physical dissatisfaction provides tendencies for many psychological problems.The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between body image and self-concept with happiness among women seeking cosmetic surgery in Tehran. Methods The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of all female applicants for cosmetic surgery referred to the medical centers (15 khordad plastic surgery hospital, and Fatima plastic surgery hospital) in Tehran in 2016. 100 of them were selected through purposive sampling. For collecting the data,, the self-body multidimensional relationship questionnaire (Cache, Winstead and Janda, 1987), self-concept questionnaire (SCQ) (Rogers, 1961) and the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (Argyle, 1989) were used. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression analysis using SPSS (ver. 16) software. Results: The findings showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between physical image and happiness. Therefore, there was a positive and significant relationship between happiness and physical image components such as appearance assessment, fit assessment, tendency to fit and body satisfaction, But there was not a significant relationship between happiness, subjective weight and apparent tendency .There was also a negative and significant relationship between self-concept and happiness. Body image and self-concept significantly predicted happiness. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that body image and self-concept play a significant role in the happiness of women who apply for cosmetic surgery

Marital infidelity is a multi-faceted problem that has the tendency of an interpersonal and environmental dimension. This paper focuses on investigating the relationship between religious orientation, emotional maturity, and identity styles with talent of marital infidelity in married women and men in Tehran, Iran. The research method was by correlation and the study sample consists of 121 subjects (62 women and 59 men) who were selected by available sampling method. Marital infidelity, religious orientation, emotional maturity, and identity styles questionnaires were used to collect data. Correlation method and regression analysis was used to determine the predictive factors. The results indicated that there was no significant relationship between religious orientation and marital infidelity. On the other hand, there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional maturity and marital infidelity. The results also showed that from the four identity styles, only confused and committed identity styles are related to marital infidelity. Regression results also showed that commitment and emotional maturity in two steps significantly predicted 22% variance of marital infidelity.

Background and Aim: Anxiety is one of the common disorders affecting the treatment process in patients with breast cancer. Regarding the importance of spiritual health on anxiety in cancer patients, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual health with existential anxiety and morbid anxiety in the female with breast cancer. Methods & Materials: The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all female patients with breast cancer referred to Imam Reza Oncology and Radiotherapy Center in Mashhad in 2017. A total of 195 patients with breast cancer were selected through random sampling. Data collection tools included Beck Anxiety Inventory (1990), Lawrence & Good Existential Anxiety Inventory (1974), and Paulotzin & Ellison Spiritual Health Inventory (1982). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression. Ethical Considerations: This study was registered by the Ethics Committee of Islamic Azad University E-Campu (Code: 950261902191). Results: The results showed a significant positive relationship between spiritual and existential dimensions of spiritual health with existential anxiety (P>0.01). But the relationship between two dimensions of spiritual health and patients’ anxiety was not significant (P>0.01). Conclusion: Considering the importance of spiritual health in existential anxiety and morbid anxiety, strengthening spiritual health can influence cancer patients’ anxiety.
