Investigating the Relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Trust

The present research aims to determine relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational trust. It was a descriptive correlation study. The statistical population of the research included all female teachers of high schools of district 4 of Isfahan City. Organizational support questionnaire developed by Eisenberger et al. (1986) and Sashkin's organizational trust questionnaire (1988) were instruments used in this research. 1986questionnaire. For organizational trust questionnaire, alpha was equal to 0.90 and for perceived organizational support, it was equal to 0.83. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational trust. Furthermore, the results showed that there are significant relationships between perceived organizational support and 10 dimensions of organizational trust except for manager’s honesty for predicting future results.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri1 Argamakmur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan instrument angket. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial teknik  korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian adalah hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial dengan nilai rx1y 0,512. Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial f dengan nilai rx2y 0,802 dan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi dengan nilai rx1x2y 0.684. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan korelasi yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Argamakmur dengan tingkat hubungan kuat.Kata kunci:  Penyesuaian Diri, Rasa Empati, Interaksi Sosial CORRELATION OF  ADJUSTMENT AND EMPAHTY TO SOCIAL INTERACTIONS OF TWO GRADE STUDENTS MAJORINGIN SOCIAL PROGRAMAT SMANEGERI 1 ARGAMAKMUR  ABSTRACTThis study aims to study the relationship between self and empathy with social interaction in social studies class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Argamakmur. The results obtained in the study are significant relationships between adjustment and social interaction with a value of rx1y 0.512. There is a significant relationship between adjustment and social interaction f with a value of rx2y 0.802 and a significant relationship between adjustment and a sense of empathy with interactions with a value of rx1x2y 0.684. <p>The purpose of the present study is to determine the relationship between organizational support and organizational trust of teachers. Organizational support is recognizing the contribution of employees, appreciating and paying attention to them in the organizations. Organizational trust refers to an organizational climate that the employees behave each other in an honest, realistic, helpful and coherent way. The study sample involves 470 primary school teachers working in Tuzla during 2013-2014 educational year. In the present study, the data was collected through the perceived organizational support scale and trust scale. SPSS 21.00 programs were used in analysis of the data. The relationships was tested by Pearson Moments Product Correlation Coefficient. Regression Analysis was used for testing predictive power. Positive, low-level and significant correlations were found towards perceived organizational support and sub-dimensions with organizational trust. Regression analyzes revealed that organizational trust was positively predicted from educational support, administrative support and justice variables. Educational support predicts a high part of the variance. These three variables explain the 10 % of the organizational trust.</p>

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between teamwork and organizational trust. In the implementation section the data from the survey of 250 workers is employed in call centers in Erzurum by using relevant statistical methods. Consequently, it is found that there is a positive and significant relationship between teamwork and organizational trust. Thus, the hypothesis of the study is supported as it was expected. Besides, it is found that there are positive and significant relationships between communication, openness to innovation, participation-trust in teamwork and organizational trust, trust in management, trust in co-workers, and trust in workplace.

Talent management aims at improving the potential of employees who are seen as being able to make a valuable difference for the organization, now or in the future. In other words it deals with attracting, developing and retaining the key organizational talent. In this research, the relationship between talent management, organizational trust, and employee retention is investigated among staff members of 4 Universities under study. The research method is explorative cum descriptive in nature. The statistical population consists of staff members of University of Kashmir, University of Jammu, Central University of Kashmir and Central University of Jammu. The sample included 261 employees, which were selected randomly. Data has been collected by a researcher-developed questionnaire. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a significant relationship between talent management, organizational trust, and employee retention. The study is significant in that it draws attention to the effects of talent management on organizational trust and employee retention in organizations.

The main purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between the serving leadership and the managers' ability with organizational trust of sport clubs staffs in Erzurum. The research methodology was established based on correlation-descriptive type of study; it also was an applied type of study regarding to its purpose. The information had been gathered as field-based using the related questionnaire from all staffs of Erzurum Clubs. The research data was also gathered as ranking, qualitative and frequency-based in this regard. The statistical population of the related study was included all staffs of Erzurum Clubs. The number of the related staffs was reached to 230 people that the number of the subjects was also taken up from every club. The number of the total staffs for every sport club in Erzurum based on the information and statistics center was 230 people in 2016. The statistical sample using Morgan Table was also reached to 140 people in this study. Three questionnaires of the serving leadership, managers' ability and organizational trust were also applied in order to gather the related data testifying the related hypotheses in this research. The correlation coefficient and t-test and regression analysis also were applied in order to analyze the obtained data in this study. The results showed that there was observed a significant relationship between the scales of the serving leadership (humiliation, trust, serving and kindness) and the ability of managers with the organizational trust in Tabriz Sport Club.

This study investigated the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS), job satisfaction (JS) and organizational commitment (OC) in an institution of higher learning. The mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment was tested. Self-completion questionnaires were administered to a sample of (n=302) participants. Structural equation modelling techniques were used to test the hypothesized relationships. Results indicate strong significant positive correlations among the variables. Furthermore, findings of the study demonstrate that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. The results also showed that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. A significant relationship between perceived organizational support and affective commitment, as well as continuance commitment was also noted, but no significant relationship between perceived organizational support and normative commitment was found. Results showed a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and affective commitment, as well as continuance commitment, but no significant relationship between job satisfaction and normative commitment was found.
