The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between teamwork and organizational trust. In the implementation section the data from the survey of 250 workers is employed in call centers in Erzurum by using relevant statistical methods. Consequently, it is found that there is a positive and significant relationship between teamwork and organizational trust. Thus, the hypothesis of the study is supported as it was expected. Besides, it is found that there are positive and significant relationships between communication, openness to innovation, participation-trust in teamwork and organizational trust, trust in management, trust in co-workers, and trust in workplace.

The present research aims to determine relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational trust. It was a descriptive correlation study. The statistical population of the research included all female teachers of high schools of district 4 of Isfahan City. Organizational support questionnaire developed by Eisenberger et al. (1986) and Sashkin's organizational trust questionnaire (1988) were instruments used in this research. 1986questionnaire. For organizational trust questionnaire, alpha was equal to 0.90 and for perceived organizational support, it was equal to 0.83. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational trust. Furthermore, the results showed that there are significant relationships between perceived organizational support and 10 dimensions of organizational trust except for manager’s honesty for predicting future results.

Teachers begin to experience symptoms of fatigue due to heavy workload characterized by working ineffectively in the classroom so that the interest of the students declined. This study aims to test whether there is relationship between self-regulation and burnout in teachers. The population was junior high school’s teacher. This study use population research, where all the population used as a sample. Researchers use all certified teachers in the school, participants are 35 teachers. The approach used is quantitative method. Data collected using self-regulation and burnout scales, and analyzed using pearson product moment correlation test. The results obtained from this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between self-regulation with burnout in teachers. Significant relationships are seen from the p-value of 0.017 and r value of -0.401. The r value indicates that the relationship between the two variables have a negative direction, meaning that the higher of self-regulation, the lower of burnout. Individual’s good self-regulation be able to cope stress and emotions, because of burnout arising drag on stress experienced by the individual.Abstrak: Guru mulai mengalami gejala kelelahan akibat beban kerja yang berat yang ditandai dengan kurang bekerja efektif didalam kelas sehingga minat kepada peserta didik menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan burnout pada guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian populasi, dimana semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan semua guru yang sudah sertifikasi di sekolah tersebut yang berjumlah 35 orang guru. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala regulasi diri dan burnout, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasional pearson product moment. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara regulasi diri dengan burnout pada guru. Hubungan yang signifikan tersebut dilihat dari nilai p sebesar 0,017 dan nilai r sebesar -0,401. Nilai r tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel memiliki arah negatif, artinya semakin tinggi regulasi diri maka semakin rendah burnout. Regulasi diri yang baik yang dimiliki individu akan mampu mengatasi stres dan emosi dalam dirinya, karena burnout timbul akibat stres yang berkepanjangan yang dialami individu.

There have been many reports indicating the relationship between gardening and health or healthy lifestyles among adults in developed countries all over the world. However, Japanese evidence is lacking. The aim of this study was to clarify the relationship between community or home gardening and health status or a healthy lifestyle using a web-based survey with Japanese elderly living in the community. A survey was conducted to gather data from 500 gardeners and 500 nongardeners aged 60 to 69. As a result, significant relationships were shown between community gardening and exercise habits, physical activity, eating vegetables, and connections with neighbors. Moreover, the significant relationships between home gardening and the following items were indicated: Subjective happiness, exercise habits, physical activity, sitting time, eating breakfast, eating vegetables, eating balanced meals, and connections with neighbors. No item demonstrated a significant relationship with gardening frequency. A significant relationship was demonstrated between gardening duration and health problems affecting everyday life. Further significant relationships were shown between gardening with others and subjective happiness, having a reason for living. In conclusion, promising positive relationships between community or home gardening and health or healthy lifestyles were indicated.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri1 Argamakmur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan instrument angket. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial teknik  korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian adalah hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial dengan nilai rx1y 0,512. Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial f dengan nilai rx2y 0,802 dan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi dengan nilai rx1x2y 0.684. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan korelasi yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Argamakmur dengan tingkat hubungan kuat.Kata kunci:  Penyesuaian Diri, Rasa Empati, Interaksi Sosial CORRELATION OF  ADJUSTMENT AND EMPAHTY TO SOCIAL INTERACTIONS OF TWO GRADE STUDENTS MAJORINGIN SOCIAL PROGRAMAT SMANEGERI 1 ARGAMAKMUR  ABSTRACTThis study aims to study the relationship between self and empathy with social interaction in social studies class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Argamakmur. The results obtained in the study are significant relationships between adjustment and social interaction with a value of rx1y 0.512. There is a significant relationship between adjustment and social interaction f with a value of rx2y 0.802 and a significant relationship between adjustment and a sense of empathy with interactions with a value of rx1x2y 0.684. In the present study, we tested the relationship between organizational trust and engagement. The study investigated how the three factors of organizational trust including trust in management, trust in supervisor and trust in coworkers can predict work engagement. The study collected data through sampling employees working in the retail food businesses in Sweden via social media. The study applied structural equation modelling on the final sample of 199 to test the three factors of organizational trust and their relationship with work engagement and found significant positive results for all. The study found that employees who expressed trust in the top management resulted in enhancing their work engagement. Furthermore, employees who had trust in their immediate supervisors for their facilitation, support and acknowledgement were also able to boost their engagement. Lastly, trust in coworkers also helped employees to enhance their work well-being, in other words predicting work engagement. The study offers discussion on the findings, implications, and recommendations for future research.

Emerging economies have been trying to improve economic growth with the help of different policies like R&D, technology development, technology transfer and patents. Despite the large amount of literature on the relationship between technology, direct government R&D support, R&D activities and patents, it has not been clearly defined in emerging economies. With this research based on 191 observations from companies in the Aegean Region of Turkey, we have found significant relationships between technological infrastructures, inward technology transfer and patents. Furthermore, the findings prove that there is a significant relationship between R&D activities, R&D experience and patents. Surprisingly, there is no significant relationship between outward technology transfer, direct government R&D support and patents. These results contribute to the literature on the relationship between direct R&D support, R&D activities, technology and patents in emerging economies.

The phenomenon of trust is currently under focus in sociological discourse. Interest in the topic of organizational trust is due to an increasing number of studies proving its positive role in performance of organizations and employees, in increasing the economic efficiency of enterprises, stimulating the processes of its technical and technological modernization. In this regard, there is a need to search for factors conducive to building trust. One area of such research is the study of interaction of trust and organizational justice. However, existing publications do not give a definite answer regarding a direction of influence of these phenomena: some authors argue that trust is formed under the influence of organizational justice, others believe that the influence is vice versa. An additional argument in favor of the relevance of this topic is that the existing studies poorly reflect the specifics of Russian enterprises, since the topic of organizational trust is still under-examined in the domestic scientific literature. This article aims to empirically test hypotheses about the relationship between trust and organizational justice based on research materials carried out at one of the largest Russian enterprises. The objectives of the study were as followed: characterization of trust and organizational justice in various groups of personnel, assessment of impact of various types of organizational justice on vertical organizational trust. The empirical basis of the study is the materials of structured interviews of workers of the main production unit and engineering workers, conducted at one of the largest oil and gas industrial enterprises of the Perm Krai in 2021 (n = 792 people). The authors used the method of a continuous survey of workers at their workplaces in subdivisions. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time, based on the materials of a survey of Russian workers, the relationship between trust and organizational justice at different stages of a career in an organization was empirically analyzed. Furthermore, the contribution of various types of organizational justice to the formation of employee trust in management was illustrated. In accordance with the results of the study, the authors found out that organizational justice affects vertical trust in an organization: the more fair the organizational conditions are perceived by employees, the higher the level of trust in management. The authors point out that interpersonal and procedural justice have the major influence on the formation of vertical trust in an organization, but their role changes depending on length of service. It is concluded that in order to increase the level of vertical trust, the internal social policy of an organization should include technologies for both organizational analysis and the development of justice of intra-organizational relations, which, in turn, will contribute to an increase of productivity and efficiency of an organization.

This study was designed for comparing between manic and mixed episodes and the relationship between these episodes and special scores were evaluated.This analytical - observational study was performed in Kerman Beheshti hospital / Kerman / Iran : one hundred and eighty six bipolar inpatients with diagnosis of manic and mixed episodes were included in study. They were assessed with the Young mania and Beck Depression Inventory.Frequency of pure mania was 22.6%. The mean of age of onsent was lower in mixed type (P = 0.02). Young score was higher in pure mania (p = 0.026).Spearman's correlation coefficient show strong relationship between duration of hospitalization and young score (p = 0.0001).These is significant relationship between Beck score and family history of bipolar disorder (p < 0.05). and there was significant relationship between Beck score and patient’s insight overlay,comorbidity of personality disorder was 26.3 was similar in both groups.There were significant relationships between age of onset of illness and positive familial history of bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder,and between suicidal attept and panic disorder and social phobia,however rapid cycling was higher in mixed patients significantly (p = 0.009).As far as we know This is the first study regarding relationship between bipolar subtypes and severity of mood disorders in Iran. This study is a part of a larger study including several provinces in Iran.We believed the prevalence of mixed state is not well known and in many cases it could be underdiagnosed.

This study investigated the relationship between reading achievement, self-concept and visual perception of 100 randomly selected junior high school pupils. Findings indicatd that: (1) both two- and three-dimensional perception had significant relationships with reading at the .001 level; (2) a significant relationship existed between reading and two of the self-concept components; and (3) there was a significant relationship between two-dimensional perception and eight of the self-concept components. Investigators concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-concept and reading and hypothesized that in some instances reading disability might well be a conditioned attitude. It was recommended that further investigations be designed to explore the causal relationship between self-concept, perception and reading.

The study aimed to explore Mongolian students’ tendency of self-expression and a conduct of self-study at one university of Mongolia. It employed quantitative research method to explore the relationship between self-expression and self-study and examined them in terms of age, gender, years of study and field of study. The chi-squared test found that there is a significant relationship between self-expression and the ability to conduct self-study. We concluded that students who conduct self-study or has an ability of self-study tend to self-express in the context of Mongolian education. Significant relationships between age, year of the class and self-expression implies that self-expression develops as the student becomes matured and confident with an increase of their educational level.
