There are several factors that have been identified in both theory and practice of management that influence the development of modern entrepreneurial organizations. In recent years, innovative management has been particularly prominent in this field, which is given the role of a basic economic and social factor. In this paper, we want to analytically and objectively present the innovative management. Based on that, we came to the conclusion that innovation is the key to the development of any business, but that it differs significantly based on the type of business. For the effective and efficient innovation implementation, it is necessary that every entrepreneur and manager first gets acquainted in detail with the potentials of their organization, and only then develop a strategy that will ensure the growth and development of their business.

This article discusses the management activities of the organization using the project approach. The role of open and closed innovations in a project-oriented business is indicated. Two main forms of business projects have been identified and studied: development projects and contract projects (also called project production). The innovative management of companies in the food industry by the example of “Rakhat” and “Foodmaster” is shown. The business model of the enterprise shows the distribution of results and costs by stages of implementation. It serves as a resource support tool and is the basis for creating planning documents governing the attraction and distribution of resources during the implementation of the project. Introduction. Sustainable economic development, increasing the role of e-commerce, receiving of fast access to information and multichannel of information exchanging enhance of the innovation activity at enterprise. According to this, topical question is the improvement the approaches to components of management system of innovative activity of energy service company. Purpose: the study of components of innovative management at energy service company on the basis of including of modern tendencies of economy and society development. Method (methodology). Methodological basis of the research were the following methods: induction and deduction – for considering the essence of the concepts «innovation system» and «innovative enterprise»; system-functional – for determining the components of the innovative management system of the energy service company; logical generalization – for distinguishing the place and role of innovative management in the activity of the energy service company. Results. The article is explored approaches to defining an innovation system and an innovative enterprise. Energy service companies are seen as innovating businesses. It is noted that the innovation management system is treated as a separate management mechanism, as a subsystem of the innovation system, as an element of the overall management system of a company, organization or institution. The place and role of the innovative management system in the activity of the energy service company is established. The results of research the components of the enterprise innovation management system is the basis for further scientific research in the direction of defining the tasks of innovative management of energy service companies.

The results of our studies and the data of modern literature regarding the biological role of Cr(III) compounds in conditions of their application in the nutrition for pigs and cattle are discussed. The metabolic impact of Cr(III), coming from different sources – mineral and organic compounds, obtained by chemical synthesis or a nanotechnological method (chromium citrate), as well as in the form of biocomplexes from the cultural medium of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeasts was analyzed. The metabolic connection between the impact of Cr(III) and the biosynthesis of some hormones – insulin, cortisol – as well as the sensitivity of some tissues and organs to the effect of chromium compounds was studied. A considerable part of the review material was dedicated to the metabolic effect of Cr(III) compounds on the reproductive function of pigs and cattle and their impact on the viability of the offspring and gametes of animals. The data about the stimulating effect of Cr(III) on the growth and development of the organism of piglets and calves, meat and milk performance of these species of animals are discussed. The relevance of dosing Cr(III) in the nutrition of pigs and cattle is highlighted.

This study focuses on a conceptual representation of the metaphysical and non-classical context of reflection in its subjective dichotomous understanding. The author successively reviews the specifics of reflection, as well as the features of methodology of cognition and self-knowledge in the context of determining the values and priorities of human development and consciousness. The article also includes an overview of the main categories of reflection through a breakdown of theoretical relationships and the most important conceptual discourses. The theoretical significance of the problem of cognition and self-knowledge is determined by the central role of man in society and history. The analysis shows that the methodology of cognition and self-knowledge should be based on the principles of axiological disengagement, a combination of logical and historical aspect, as well as on the coherence of theory and practice.

The diversity of indole concerning its production and functional role has increased in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems. The bacterial species produce indole and use it as a signaling molecule at interspecies, intraspecies, and even at an interkingdom level for controlling the capability of drug resistance, level of virulence, and biofilm formation. Numerous indole derivatives have been found to play an important role in the different systems and are reported to occur in various bacteria, plants, human, and plant pathogens. Indole and its derivatives have been recognized for a defensive role against pests and insects in the plant kingdom. These indole derivatives are produced as a result of the breakdown of glucosinolate products at the time of insect attack or physical damages. Apart from the defensive role of these products, in plants, they also exhibit several other secondary responses that may contribute directly or indirectly to the growth and development. The present review summarized recent signs of progress on the functional properties of indole and its derivatives in different plant systems. The molecular mechanism involved in the defensive role played by indole as well as its’ derivative in the plants has also been explained. Furthermore, the perspectives of indole and its derivatives (natural or synthetic) in understanding the involvement of these compounds in diverse plants have also been discussed.

This study uses the archetype of a ‘trickster’ to reflect back on, and hence problematize, the role of the educator/facilitator identity in leadership learning. This is based on the view that a trickster is a permanent resident in liminal spaces and that these liminal spaces play an important role in leadership learning. Our approach was based on the reading of the trickster literature alongside reflective conversations on our own experiences of facilitation of leadership learning, development and education. We suggest that paying attention to the trickster tale draws attention to the romanticization of leadership development and its facilitation as based on a response to crisis that leads to a further enhancement of the leader as a hero. Hence, it also offers ways to problematize leadership learning by uncovering the shadow side of facilitation and underlying power relations. We therefore contribute by showing how, as facilitators, we can use the trickster archetype to think more critically, reflectively and reflexively about our role and practices as educators, in particular, the ethical and power-related issues. In our conclusions, we make recommendations for research, theory and practice and invite other facilitators to share with us their trickster tales.

Ryan Patrick Hanley makes two original claims about François Fénelon: (1) that he is best regarded as a political philosopher, and (2) that his political philosophy is best understood as “moderate and modern.” In what follows, I raise two concerns about Hanley’s revisionist turn. First, I argue that the role of philosophy in Fénelon’s account is rather as a handmaiden of theology than as an autonomous area of inquiry—with implications for both the theory and practice of politics. Second, I use Fénelon’s writings on the education of women as an illustration of the more radical and reactionary aspects of his thought. Despite these limits, the book makes a compelling case for recovering Fénelon and opens up new conversations about education, religion, political economy, and international relations in early modern political thought.
