Resumen: Al cambiar la disposición geopolítica tras 1898, España intenta articular un africanismo que permita justificar y valorar su presencia en las pocas colonias que le quedan en África. Este africanismo representaba una estrategia política que ofrecía una versión humanista de sus intereses en estas colonias, en principio sólo estratégico. El caso de Guinea ofrece una historia donde esta recreación tuvo reveses particulares, al no poder consolidar un origen racial que se pudiera poner en común. Pero, mientras fue cambiando el estatus de la colonia y al adquirir ésta nueva significación económica, la estrategia cambia y es capaz de disolver las anteriormente rígidas diferencias raciales dispuestas en documentos estadísticos. Este ensayo sigue los discursos que desde la antropología y las fuentes gubernamentales se dieron con respecto a la identidad indígena guineana, y a cómo fueron mutando las categorías para dar validez al sentido colonial: desde una categoría negativa y bajo el estereotipo de la “baja disposición al trabajo” a convertirse en seres asimilables y útiles para el propósito de la Nación. Igualmente, se pone énfasis en la confección de un censo colonial (1950) y su retroalimentación con los discursos antropológicos para poder captar la incisiva incursión colonial-administrativa y la re-presentación española en el terreno geopolítico. Abstract: As the geopolitical disposition changed in 1898, Spain tried to articulate its Africanism as to justify and value its presence in the colonies left in Africa. This Africanism represented a political strategy that gave a humanist version of its own interests in the colonies. The case of Spanish Guinea brings up a story where this recreation have particular setbacks, as it was difficult to put together a common racial background. But, as the colony changed its status and economic significance, the strategy also changed, making it possible to dissolve the prior, rigid, racial differences deployed in statistic documents. This essay follows the discourses made from anthropology and governmental archives on indigenous Guinean identity, and studies how categories were mutating categories as to accept the colonial role of the Nation: from negative categories based on stereotypes of low profile for labor to assimilation and usefulness. The paper in centered on the confection of a colonial census (1950) and its feedback with anthropological discourses as to capture the colonial-administrative incursion and the representation of the Spanish in the geopolitical arena.   En el mundo contemporáneo, cada vez con mayor fuerza, el conocimiento se convierte en un elemento fundamental para los procesos de desarrollo, lo cual ha ido transformando el rol de las universidades en sus vínculos con la sociedad. En este contexto, la participación del gobierno, así como del sistema empresarial, se torna igualmente relevante, dando lugar a diversos modelos de vinculación entre todos estos actores. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el presente trabajo tiene como propósito fundamental la sistematización, desde el punto de vista teórico-metodológico e histórico, de las bases conceptuales para la vinculación universidad-empresa-gobierno, así como de los modelos de vinculación derivados de la experiencia internacional. Ambos tópicos son abordados en los dos apartados que conforman el artículo.   Palabras clave: Vinculación, Universidad, Empresa, Gobierno   ABSTRACT In the contemporary world, knowledge is increasingly becoming a fundamental element for development processes, which has been transforming the role of universities in their links with society. In this context, the participation of the government, as well as of the industry, becomes equally relevant, giving rise to diverse models of linkage between all these actors. Taking into account the above, the present work has as its fundamental purpose the systematization, from the theoretical-methodological and historical point of view, of the conceptual bases for the university-industry-government linkage, as well as of the linking models derived from the international experience. Resumen En el presente artículo repasaremos someramente algunos de los hitos más reseñables de la historia militar del Imperio Romano Tardío, haciendo hincapié en el papel de los bárbaros que luchaban junto a los romanos, puesto que la barbarización del ejercito romano ha sido uno de los puntos de referencia en las investigaciones acerca de la decadencia y caída del Imperio Romano. En este sentido, haremos referencia al papel integrador que tuvo el ejército romano durante buena parte de la historia del Imperio Romano, y señalaremos los principales hechos que condujeron al final de dicho papel; esbozando también las desastrosas consecuencias que tuvo este hecho para el futuro del Imperio, especialmente del Occidental.    Palabras clave: Bárbaros, ejército, integración, migración, godos, reclutamiento. Abstract In this article we will briefly review some of the most important milestones in the military history of the Late Roman Empire. In it we will emphasize the role of the barbarians who fought with the Romans, since the barbarización of the Roman army is one of the points of reference in the investigations about the decay and fall of the Roman Empire. In this sense, we will refer to the role played by the Roman army in the integration of foreigners during a large part of the history of the Roman Empire. In addition, we will point out the main events that led to the end of this integrating role; we will also indicate the disastrous consequences this fact had for the future of the Empire, especially for the Western part. Resumen: Universalismo metodológico es un planteamiento acerca de la Ciencia que adquiere formas muy diversas. Por un lado, su formulación puede ser explícita o bien puede tratarse de una concepción implícita, que incide en la visión de los procesos científicos. Por otro lado, su alcance varía de manera apreciable, pues puede dar lugar a una propuesta potencialmente irrestricta o bien se puede contentar con una orientación restringida. Estas diversas formas de universalismo metodológico en la Ciencia se enfrentan a la complejidad, que en su doble vertiente —estructural y dinámica— modula de hecho los límites de esta propuesta metodológica. Así, hay ciertamente obstáculos al universalismo metodológico debidos a la complejidad. Esto se aprecia con mayor nitidez en los obstáculos a los predictores, donde la complejidad desempeña un papel decisivo. Palabras clave: Universalismo metodológico, complejidad, Ciencia Abstract: Methodological universalism is an approach to science that takes several forms. On the one hand, it may acquire an explicit formulation or have an implicit conception that influences the vision of scientific processes. On the other hand, its scope varies to appreciate extent since it can set off a potentially unrestrained proposal, or be a view that embraces a restricted orientation. These various forms of methodological universalism in science need to deal with complexity, which its double, structural and dynamic, line modules de facto the limits of this methodological proposal. Hence, there are indeed obstacles to methodological universalism due to complexity. Key words: queer ecocriticism, environmental justice, ecophobia, performativity, normative heterosexuality This essay outlines the necessary role of queer ecocriticism as one of unsettling normative thinking about environmental issues and defamiliarizing some ecocritical practices. In particular, a queer ecocritic can propose a rethinking of what our reinhabitation of the world should be like. Other questions as the implications of the intersection between sex and nature or the rethinking of nature itself as queerly performative in the fact that species become themselves over and over again through a process of evolutionary “satisficing” according to the demands of their environment should also be addresssed. Likewise, queer ecocriticism can question the role of the senses and corporeal relations in experiencing place.  Palabras clave: ecocritica queer, justicia medioambiental, ecofobia, performatividad, heterosexualidad normativa Este ensayo esboza el papel necesario de la ecocrítica queer para cuestionar el  pensamiento normativo sobre temas medioambientales y como defamiliarización de algunas prácticas ecocríticas. En particular, un/a ecocrítico/a queer puede proponer un nuevo planteamiento de cómo debería ser nuestra re-habitación del mundo. Otras cuestiones son las implicaciones de los cruces entre sexo y naturaleza o el volver a pensar en la naturaleza como “performativa” desde una perspectiva queer en el sentido de que las especies se convierten en sí mismas una y otra vez a través de un proceso evolucionario de satisfacer en grado suficiente según las demandas de su entorno. De la misma manera, la ecocrítica queer puede cuestionar el papel de los sentidos y de las relaciones corporales al experimentar el lugar.

The Impact

The paper deals with economics of social capital which is defined as the capacity of society for collective action in pursuit of common good. Particular attention is paid to the interaction between social capital and formal institutions, and the impact of social capital on government efficiency. Structure of social capital and the dichotomy between its bonding and bridging forms are analyzed. Social capital measurement, its economic payoff, and transmission channels between social capital and economic outcomes are discussed. In the concluding section of the paper we summarize the results of our analysis of the role of social capital in economic conditions and welfare of Russian cities.

The article investigates the role of communicative-functional approach in the translation of scientific and technical literature, when the translation itself is seen as a tool to accomplish purposeful activity of communicators, representatives of different interlingual groups. In practical terms, the difficulties of translating scientific and technical texts are due to the peculiarities of scientific style, insufficient understanding of the terminology of a particular field of knowledge, which complicates the choice of adequate translation solutions. In this context, an important role is played by the translation strategy, where the communicativefunctional approach dominates. The translation is implicitly included in the communication structure between the author and the recipient. The relevance of the article is determined by the necessity of studying the problems of scientific and technical literature translation, taking into account the current realities of interlanguage information exchange.
