COVID-19 has greatly disrupted lives and affected buying behavior of individuals. Countries were forced to impose lockdowns, alongside the practices of wearing masks, social distancing and hygiene have become the ‘new normal'. This situation forced consumers to re-work shopping habits, modify food patterns, develop healthy eating and online shopping behavior. With multiple waves of COVID-19 engulfing countries, pandemic effects are here to stay, suggesting food marketers explore the continuity of healthy food consumption with futuristic behavioral intention. For this purpose, this study uses a behavioral model perspective built upon the theory of planned behavior. A general review of the literature on food choice behavior is used. The literature review shows an integrated framework indicating linkages between the antecedents, consumers' behaviors, and behavior intentions/consequences from a sustainable behavioral model perspective.

The Covid 19 pandemic makes the implementation of learning carried out into online (in a network) which process since the odd semester of 2020/2021. The implementation of online learning process requires an evaluation that is used to determine the factors that can be used as the basis for determining success in the implementation of the online learning process. One of the determinants of this success is to determine student acceptance in the application of the online learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to determine student acceptance of online learning that has been implemented. The study used a quantitative method with a survey method using a sample of 50 students at SMAN 1 and 50 students at SMAN 2, Kahayan Tengah District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The model used is The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Of Technology (UTAUT) model. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Interpretation of research results using the Smart PLS 3.3.2 program. The results showed that there were several factors that influenced the implementation of the online learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic, including performance expectancy, effort expectancy which affected behavior intentions in participating in the online learning process and behavior intention affects user behavior in following the online learning process. Model yang digunakan adalah model The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Of Technology (UTAUT).

In a pandemic situation, with climate change around the world, studies analyzing changes in travel patterns are welcome. This study combines three theories to propose a model on pro-environmental behavior intentions, namely, the theory of planned behavior, value–belief–norm theory and habit theory. This study aims to examine the role of social norms, personal norms and habit strength to explain pro-environmental behavior intentions. The authors collected 316 usable questionnaires from tourists in the well-known touristic Belem location in Lisbon. Personal norms were revealed to have the strongest association with pro-environmental behavior intentions, followed by habit strength. The study also identified different broad challenges to encouraging sustainable behaviors and use these to develop novel theoretical propositions and directions for future research. Finally, the authors outlined how practitioners aiming to encourage sustainable consumer behaviors can use this framework to achieve better results.

The issue on the effect of violent video game to aggressive behavior has gained wide interest from various communities. This paper presents some results of predicting quantitative measure of aggressive behavior from variables that measure violent video game playing. Experiment results showed that Decision Tree Regression (DTR) and Adaptive Boosting Tree Regression (AB-DTR) models predicted aggressive behavior intentions with high accuracy. For predicting Hostile variable: DTR’s training and testing RMSE (0.0, 0.0); AB-DTR’s training and testing RMSE (0.08, 1.08). For predicting Instru variable: DTR’s training and testing RMSE (0.0, 2.18); AB-DTR’s training and testing RMSE (0.0, 3.30) respectively.

AbstractCOVID-19 prevention behaviors may be seen as self-interested or prosocial. Using American samples from MTurk and Prolific (total n = 6850), we investigated which framing is more effective—and motivation is stronger—for fostering prevention behavior intentions. We evaluated messaging that emphasized personal, public, or personal and public benefits of prevention. In initial studies (conducted March 14–16, 2020), the Public treatment was more effective than the Personal treatment, and no less effective than the Personal + Public treatment. In additional studies (conducted April 17–30, 2020), all three treatments were similarly effective. Across all these studies, the perceived public threat of coronavirus was also more strongly associated with prevention intentions than the perceived personal threat. Furthermore, people who behaved prosocially in incentivized economic games years before the pandemic had greater prevention intentions. Finally, in a field experiment (conducted December 21–23, 2020), we used our three messaging strategies to motivate contact-tracing app signups (n = 152,556 newsletter subscribers). The design of this experiment prevents strong causal inference; however, the results provide suggestive evidence that the Personal + Public treatment may have been more effective than the Personal or Public treatment. Together, our results highlight the importance of prosocial motives for COVID-19 prevention.

Information security policy (ISP) noncompliance is a growing problem that accounts for a significant number of security breaches in organizations. Existing strategies for changing employees' behavior intentions towards compliance have not been effective. It is therefore imperative to identify other effective strategies to address the problem. This article investigates the effect accountability constructs on employees' attitudes and behavior intentions towards establishing ISP compliance as a culture. In addition, the authors validate a testable research model for predicting employees' compliance behavior intentions in a field survey involving 313 employees from selected Ghanaian companies. The overall effect showed that measures of accountability significantly influenced employees' attitudes and behavior intentions to ISP compliance while the establishment of ISP compliance culture largely depended on the existence of a conducive information security culture and positive employee behavior intentions.
