This article discusses the concept of al-muwalah and the style of interpretation of al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhayli. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with an interdisciplinary interpretation study approach. The primary source for the discussion of this article is al-Munir's interpretation which was obtained from the library. The finding of this article is that az-Zuhayli's interpretation of the concept of al-muwalah shows a comprehensive style of interpretation with multi-disciplinary approaches. The interpretation of the verses on the concept of al-Muwalah by az-Zuhayli reflects that his interpretation is not only traditional, but also contains dynamic, tolerant, moderate, and humanist principles. The article also concludes that al-Munir's interpretation is included in the category of literary interpretation (al-adabi waal-ijtima'i), not the interpretation of socio-political movements (Adab-ijtima'i-siyasi-haraki).

The qur 'an and the hadith as the basis of islamic teaching, not only set the affairs of the urighteous alone, but also contain passages relating to science and technology (iptek). Many verses both the qur 'an and the hadith signal about science such as biology, history, astronomy, and much more. Science is one of the main content of the holy scriptures of the qur 'an. Even the word 'ilm itself is called in the qur 'an 105 times, but in the sense that it has been called over 744 times that is indeed one of the needs of Islam. This word science is used in the sense of the process of attainment of knowledge. Intact study requires the use of scientific, philosophical, humanities, historically, sociological, and doctrinal methods. Learning the qur 'an in order to discover values that are able to bend lil alaamin requires a highly intelligent role but must be remembered that human intelligence contains limitations. Therefore, to feel the content of the qur 'an intact and thoroughly requires theological, philosophical, scientific, and sensory thinking. This requirement was necessary because not all problems were solved or resolved merely by philosophical thought but required other methods that could be used together.

The Qur'an has various forms of miracles, one of which is al-i'jaz at-tasyri'i (miracles of Islamic law). Therefore, this study will highlight how the miracles of the Shari'a are, the measuring standards along with examples that are appropriate and not in accordance with these rules. This type of research is a qualitative research where the researcher focuses on library data sources as the main resource. Then the data is described by descriptive analysis and analyzed critically (content analysis) and then gives a conclusion. The results of the study indicate that there are five criteria or rules that must be met. First, to distinguish between i'jaz tasyri'i and taujih ijaz (an attempt to explain the miraculous side) where the miracle of the Shari'a is something that is certain, while the taujih has the possibility of being right or wrong. Second, that the Shari'a contained in the Qur'an is something that is beyond the reach of the power of human reason. Third, I'jaz tasyri'i is contained in one discussion theme and not in the scope of one verse or one surah alone. Fourth, it must be underlined that not all the wisdom and secrets of His shari'a miracles can be revealed in real terms. Fifth, do not violate the rules and rules of interpretation in the analysis.

The relationship between health quarantine and disease outbreaks can be seen in 2 ways: first, through an interpretation which tells about quarantine and epidemics that can become ibrah, and second, through Asbab an-Nuzul Verse in which there is iradah kawniyah which can be understood by Allah commanding us. to self-quarantine. The relevance of the interpretation of the quarantine relationship and the epidemic can be viewed from the purpose of quarantine and quarantine techniques and quarantine history, after observing and spreading the disease, quarantine can be carried out with several types of quarantine.

Science and technology, especially modern technology, are changing at a very fast pace, while religious movements are very slow, because religion and technology are not in sync. In the Encyclopedia of Religions and Philosophy, it is explained that Islam is the religion of Allah, and he ordered Allah to teach the principles and rules of the Prophet Muhammad. And commissioned him to convey religion to all mankind by inviting them to accept it. One of the distinguishing features of Islam is its emphasis on knowledge. The Qur'an and Sunnah invite Muslims to seek and acquire knowledge and wisdom, and place great importance on those who are knowledgeable. If we look at the verses in the Qur'an about the command to seek knowledge, then we will find that the commandment is universal, especially in the science called religious knowledge. The Qur'an emphasizes whether knowledge is beneficial or not. The criterion of useful knowledge is to approach the knowledge of the Creator as a form of devotion to Him. The encounter between Muslims and the modern world gave birth to various schools of thought, such as the Salaf school with the motto "Back to the Qur'an and Hadith" and the Tajid school with the motto "Forward with the Qur'an". recommends Reformation, as long as it does not castrate the true teachings of Islam, but strengthens, elevates and elevates the dignity of Muslims before the whole world.
