Medical profession deals with human interactions and ability to empathize improves clinical interactions as well as brings out good clinical outcomes. This has led to increasing interest in the importance of Emotional Intelligence (EI) for effective clinical practice. EI integrates the important aspects of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships to promote self-management skills like adaptability, control of temperaments and tension free states, which have a profound effect on the academic performance of students. There has been substantial evidence proving that being emotionally intelligent can help individuals excel through life transitions starting from school to college, and later into to the working world. There are many studies in the literature that examine the correlation between EI and academic achievement in different education levels which signify importance of EI levels to predict “students who are in need of guided intervention”.

Construction of multi direction which initiates students’ involvement by self-directed, collaborative, and institutional as learning approach, oriented on the effort of improving graduates capacity in which be able to apply their own knowledge and practical skill experience in working world that take advantage of wide learning source with learning model of research or inquiry through merdeka belajar dan kampus merdeka model, based on institution characteristics that its curriculum ignites the pattern of multi direction learning. Therefore, the students can analyze learning how to learn based on their learning needs. Implementation of multi direction strategy needs curriculum design of college that is adaptive suitable with the demands of contemporary regulation change and future needs which states in design of kurikulum kualifikasi nasional Indonesia (KKNI). The impact of construction multi direction implementation is employment skill and enterpreneurship based on community character values which are available in society life civilization. Employment skill dan entrepreneurship contain critical thinking element which grows students that have self capacity appearing in themselves that are able to think critically, think creatively, communicate effectively with other people and collaborate with colleague or tim work.

Nowadays, in a waving working world managers could and can play an important role in the process enable people to find wellbeing at workplace and some people believe they can no more work as correctly and efficiently than before. Often, as a psychologist I hear difficulties encountered by people who are suffering in an occupational world where they sometimes become mentally and physically injured. Many of their problems seem to be induced by their occupational environment, more specifically by management practices. The aim of this paper is on one hand to identify and explain some inappropriate management practices which are often applied by managers, and then on another hand to underline effects of those management practices on wellbeing at work, essentially not only as a function of the difficulties or problems encountered by workers but also in relationship with potential psycho(sociological) effects of some management practices on the workers. Even if the key points and proposals mentioned in that article must be considered to be a suggested framework to be brought to the attention of managers, we firmly believe that the transformation of management practices from an instrument of suffering into an instrument of wellbeing can /could happen, in particular through a case-by-case training of managers / leaders.

Understanding how the function of leading in a virtual cloud environment is becoming critical as organisations are increasingly forced to use dispersed teams to continue business operations in the “un-usual” current economy. This paper shares some findings of a study titled “A select bouquet of leadership practices advancing good governance and business ethics: A conceptual framework” undertaken in the pursuit of a doctoral degree submission. These findings can inform leaders by providing academic knowledge on the subject. Furthermore, it can support the enterprise leadership environment in transitioning from a physical to a cloud-based proximity which, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, must and is happening relatively fast. Keywords: COVID-19; communication; empathy vision; trust; Leadership; humility; people; profit.

An important aspect for companies in dealing with the demands of the working world is the continuous and requirement-specific further training of employees. The possibility of workplace-related learning has a major importance in this context. In this context, digital assistance systems can be used to provide targeted support for the learning process. This paper presents current research findings from the funding priority "Work in the Digitalized world" on the use of digital assistance systems for competence development as well as on relevant design criteria for the development and implementation of workplace-related learning assistance systems. In addition, the article explores the question of what role artificial intelligence (AI) can play as a learning technology in in-house further training. In this context, the article highlights the challenges and associated design options for AI-supported learning in the process of work. Finally, the development and design of symbiotic interaction (human-machine) will be addressed and the possibility of reciprocal learning in the interaction between humans and assistance systems will be highlighted.

The research project "COVID 19 LL Lessons Learned", funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), aims to identify successful solutions and measures that emerged in three different German regions through a systematic analysis during the pandemic. The regions under consideration are Bavaria (TU Munich), North Rhine-Westphalia (RWTH Aachen) and Saxony (TU Dresden). The aim of the project is to identify the problems that companies and organisations are facing and what they have learned from the change process so far. In this way, it is to be determined whether innovative and digital forms of work that have emerged as a result of the pandemic can provide positive impulses that can prove their worth in the working world in the medium and long term. One of the issues under consideration is the change in competence requirements due to the pandemic-related change in work organisation. The following human-technology-organisation process model was used for the project work.
