The rise of the current digital era brought by further sophisticated technology increases access to global information and advancement in various industry application. In 2012, Hospital Accreditation Commission KARS launched an application to assist hospitals in accreditation assessment. Due to the lack of understanding and perception of accreditation standards, improvements were made to develop new standards using a methodology called ReDOWSKo. This study will look into measuring the use between ReDOWSKo application and book form. Data was collected using google form questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistic and correlation method. The results show there is a relationship between the ReDOWSKo assessment in the form book and application with the nature of weak and unidirectional relationships. In this case the application is used to help remember important elements in accreditation. There is also correlation that is statistically significant between application users and book users and there is a positive relationship between the use of ReDOWSKo book form with application form. This application relatively new, and have little literature found while the use of the ReDOWSKo application is indeed considered not yet optimal. This study suggest it would require time for adoption of the use of the application that could enhance the effectiveness of ReDOWSKo. Therefore, will include upgrading the application and further socialization and training in the upcoming years.

The competency standards of university graduates must comply with the National Standards of Education, the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI), and other criteria set by the university. Universities need to set strategies and implementations to achieve the standard of graduate competence consisting of attitudes, knowledge, and skills stated in the formulation of graduate learning achievements. A case study using a qualitative approach was conducted at the university in Banten, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to explore academic strategies in university. This includes examining the key drivers for strategic planning, the opportunities pursued in strategic planning, and challenges encountered in the process of strategic planning. The findings suggest that key drivers for strategic planning in the university include market competition and customer requirements. Secondly, the findings are the university should pursue three major strategic planning opportunities, including improved academic operational efficiency, improved student competency, and lecturer’s qualification, as well as improved services of the university. Thirdly, the change management process is reactive and not necessarily transformational in its degree, even though it can involve large-scale changes. The findings integrated into a model contribute to understanding the relationship between the context of strategic planning, the content of strategic planning, and the process of strategic planning in university.

Health care services in the private hospitals are required to deliver quality care to stay competitive in the business. In line with the advancement of hospital facilities and the raise of patient needs for complex care, the care coordination is inevitable to ensure the delivery quality of care. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the care coordination model toward delivery of quality care in the private hospital outpatient setting. This research model was empirically tested on outpatient clinic at one of the leading hospitals in Indonesia. The data was analyzed by PLS-SEM method, whereas respondent obtained by purposive sampling technique. The result of structural model, shown moderate to strong prediction accuracy with large predictive relevance indicate and acceptable model. The result demonstrated that all of care coordination paths lead to the delivery of quality care has significant positive effect, except for facilitate transitions and accountability to communication and information transfer. However, facilitate transitions and accountability has significant positive effect through IT-enabled care coordination and through interprofessional teamwork and consistency. Therefore, it could be concluded that all variables have contribution to the care coordination in the outpatient, respectively. The strongest direct effect to care quality perception is found from communication and information transfer, while the strongest indirect effect is from physical infrastructure and facilities which mediating by IT-enabled care coordination and further communication and information transfer. There are managerial implications that could give suggestions for hospital managers to improve care coordination process in hospital outpatient services.

LinkAja is one of the online payment applications in Indonesia similar to that of Gopay, DANA, OVO, etc. This study also seeks to provide recommendations on how LinkAja can improve its position and be more competitive. This study uses questionnaire for data collection. Data analysis used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS and using reliability, validity, and multicollinearity analysis. The actual data collected used comprise of 140 women and 140 men. The results showed, in the case of female users, trust, reliability, and responsiveness were had no effect on customer retention. While for men, trust and website design have no effect on customer retention.

BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT:
