The paper presents the results of the study of a capacitive radial beating sensor, consisting of a primary transducer with concentric coplanar electrodes and a secondary measuring transducer «capacitance - voltage». The design and results of calculations of the capacitive sensor conversion function presented. The parameters of the circuit of the secondary measuring transducer based on the frequency-independent measuring circuit are determined. The optimal frequency range for measurements selected.

Purpose. Investigation of a moisture frequency transducer based on a moisture-sensitive capacitive element of a cylindrical structure with mesh electrodes for a system for measuring the amount and parameters of crude oil. Methodology. When constructing a moisture-sensitive element, an oscillatory method for measuring humidity was applied to achieve high sensitivity and accuracy while maintaining a low cost of the device. A moisture sensitive capacitive sensor based on a cylindrical structure with mesh electrodes was introduced into the measuring generator system based on a transistor structure with a negative differential resistance. Findings. Analytical expressions are obtained to describe the dielectric constant of an inhomogeneous mixture of water and oil. Using these equations, the capacitance of a moisture-sensitive sensor with mesh electrodes is calculated as a dependence of the moisture content of crude oil. It was determined that the capacitance of the moisture sensitive sensor increased from 20 to 44 pF when the mass moisture of crude oil changed from 0 to 30%. The sensitivity of the developed capacitive sensor is 0.8 pF/% when using a measuring device in the form of a crude oil pipeline with a diameter of 50 millimeters. Originality. A mathematical model has been developed for the primary transducer of the moisture content of crude oil based on a cylindrical capacitor structure with net-like electrodes, which allows determining the value of the capacitance of the primary transducer of the moisture content of crude oil. A self-oscillator device for controlling the moisture content of crude oil has been developed on the basis of the structure of bipolar and field-effect transistors with a cylindrical capacitor structure with mesh electrodes. Practical value. Circuitry solutions for a moisture transducer for crude oil have been developed. The results of experimental studies showed that for the selected version of the moisture converter circuit, the output signal frequency decreased in the range from 1.617 to 1.27 MHz with a change in the mass moisture content of the Turkmen mixture from 0 to 30%, respectively, and is close to a linear dependence. The wide frequency range of the output signal of the secondary converter with the frequency output of the measured information increases the accuracy of moisture measurement in crude oil by an order of magnitude.

There are shown the normative documentation requirements concerning complete and element wise calibration of the information-measuring systems measuring channels. It is about requirements, which are applicable for tests area of aviation turbo-engines and their componentry, including the electronic regulators FADEC-type. There are given short information concerning the experience of JSC "Element" – certificated developer and manufacturer of such regulators – on providing of calibration (testing) of measuring channels with the use of imitators of electric signals of engine transducers. There is given the information concerning the ranges of measuring of vibrating accelerations and vibrating frequencies, which are required for providing of the engine vibrating monitoring and the information about the extreme high magnitudes of vibrating acceleration, which is interesting for the developer of the engine. There are covered the problems, which the developer of regulators deals with necessary to execute complete calibration of vibration measuring channels (jointly with a primary transducer), including the limitations laid on by the possibilities of accessible facilities of creation of vibration with the controlled magnitudes of vibration acceleration and vibration frequency in the required ranges of measuring. There are described the workplaces organized in JSC "Element" at the methodical help of SE "Ukrmetrteststandard" for providing of complete calibration of vibration measuring channels in laboratory terms at the enterprise-manufacturer, including the workplace with the resonator, which was specially developed and made. There are brought the results over of development, making and uses of the resonator, which provides controlled vibrations with the extreme level of vibration acceleration – 400 g and more at the predetermined level of vibration frequency.There is shown the expediency of element wise measuring channels calibration with the use of imitators of sensors signals for serial producing of regulators. There is explained the necessity to organize workplaces for the realization of complete calibration on enterprise-developer of FADEC regulators, which provide verification results got with imitators.

Technical solutions applied to a special complex for measuring position of a control rod in the primary coolant circuit of nuclear reactor are considered. These solutions have provided an increased accuracy, sensitivity, fault-tolerance, and lifetime. The primary transducer lifetime is comparable with reactor lifetime. The measuring complex also carries out developed self-diagnostics and diagnostics of a drive that moves the control rod. The results of the measuring complex use are analyzed.
