Endometnosis is not a disease of individual organs and systems, but of the whole organism, the treatment of which requires complex action. The effect of all drugs used to treat endometriosis is to suppress growth factors and the development of pathological implants at different levels of the system - from the hypothalamus to target organs. The problem of restoring reproductive function in patients with endometriosis-associated infertility remains very urgent at the present time. This is due to the prevalence of this pathological process - in the structure of female infertility, endometriosis is about 50%.

Gastrodin (GAS) is the main bioactive ingredient of Gastrodia, a famous Chinese herbal medicine widely used as an analgesic, but the underlying analgesic mechanism is still unclear. In this study, we first observed the effects of GAS on the vincristine-induced peripheral neuropathic pain by alleviating the mechanical and thermal hyperalgesia. Further studies showed that GAS could inhibit the current density of NaV1.7 and NaV1.8 channels and accelerate the inactivation process of NaV1.7 and NaV1.8 channel, thereby inhibiting the hyperexcitability of neurons. Additionally, GAS could significantly reduce the over-expression of NaV1.7 and NaV1.8 on DRG neurons from vincristine-treated rats according to the analysis of Western blot and immunofluorescence results. Moreover, based on the molecular docking and molecular dynamic simulation, the binding free energies of the constructed systems were calculated, and the binding sites of GAS on the sodium channels (NaV1.7 and NaV1.8) were preliminarily determined. This study has shown that modulation of NaV1.7 and NaV1.8 sodium channels by GAS contributing to the alleviation of vincristine-induced peripheral neuropathic pain, thus expanding the understanding of complex action of GAS as a neuromodulator.

Introduction: The health status of the population is aresult of the complex action of several components of society. Chronic non-communicable diseases are the leading cause of death. They are often aresult of smoking, alcohol consump- tion, poor diet and lack of exercise. Objectives: To obtain and compare information on health lit- eracy of the population (Western versus Eastern Slovakia) re- garding the most common liver diseases, risk factors for chronic liver diseases and healthy diet. Research sample group and methodology: Aself-designed questionnaire was composed of 30 questions. 400 respondents helped us to carry out the research: 145 men and 255 women. 200 respondents came from Western Slovakia and 200 respon- dents from Eastern Slovakia. Results: We established several hypotheses, based on which we determined health literacy of the population in Eastern and Western Slovakia. Health literacy is statistically significantly higher in aselected sample of respondents from the western part of Slovakia. Conclusions: In order to improve the health of the population, it is necessary to pay great attention to the education of the population about chronic diseases and healthy diet by all, the public health authorities, medicine and nursing. Close coop- eration with general practitioners is abasic prerequisite for the successful solving of this problem.

Discussions concerning rural family succession have occurred more frequently due to different factors such as rural exodus, an aging rural population and loss of existing knowledge in a farm when there is none. We propose to analyze publications on succession in rural properties, highlighting its relationship with rural development. For this, the proposal of Fink (2010) was used as a framework for the systematic review of peer-reviewed journals. One can identify that succession in rural space is a complex action that occurs in different ways, and is influenced by individual issues. Moreover, in many cases, the current manager finds it difficult to understand the need to reduce and subsequently stop his/her work activities so that the successor can continue the management of the property. Moreover, succession planning is necessary in order to achieve a greater success in this process. Succession contributes to the continuity of traditional activities in the rural space, that is, food production.

The article provides data on the investigation of the effect of enzymatic catalysis on the technological parameters of apple juice production. Apples are distinguished by the presence of a heterogeneous high-molecular complex of biopolymers, which complicates their processing: it prevents juice output, hinders its clarification, filterability of wine materials and negatively affects the colloidal stability of wines. Enzymatic catalysis based on the action of microbial preparations, contributes in many respects to the successful solution of the problems of intensifying technological processes of fruit and berry raw materials processing and improving the quality of obtained products. Enzyme preparations of complex action, causing deep hydrolysis of high-molecular components of the peel and pulp of fruits, provide a more complete extraction of the liquid fraction, better clarification and filterability of juices. The foothill zone of Adygea has special soil and climatic conditions that affect the formation of physical and chemical characteristics of raw materials. Considering that apple tree occupies the first place in terms of planting area among fruit crops in the Republic of Adygea, an urgent task is to study the effect of enzymatic catalysis on technological properties of juices obtained during the processing of apples grown in these soil and climatic conditions. Enzyme preparations of complex action, recommended for the processing of fruit juices and wine materials, made in France and Germany, have been selected as objects of the research. The results of the studies on the use of enzyme preparations in the processing of apple juices, taking into account their influence on the juice yield and such technological parameters as the speed and quality of clarification, filterability and dynamics of alcoholic fermentation, have been presented. The effect of enzymatic catalysis on the mass concentrations of polysaccharides, starch, total nitrogen and phenolic substances has been studied. A higher hydrolytic activity of the Extrazyme enzyme preparation has been established, when added to the pulp; it contributes to the deep transformation of high-molecular substances and, as a result, to optimize the technological parameters of juice production

Occlusion is a harmonious interaction of the dental system in dynamics, ending with the contact of teeth in conditions of their normal or disturbed ratio. This is a complex action involving teeth, masticatory muscles, TMJ. Occlusive disorders are a reflection of the external manifestations of pathological processes of the dental system. There is no doubt that in the search for etiological factors of occlusion disorders, the problem will manifest itself in one of the parts of the chewing system. The aim of the study was to optimize the early diagnosis of occlusive disorders in young patients without violating the integrity of the dentition. Materials and methods. The study included 36 patients without a violation of the integrity of the dentition aged 18 to 25 years (15 men, 21 women), who did not complain of pain in the dental system. A comprehensive dental examination was carried out and an individual "questionnaire and patient's health card" was filled out. Computer analysis with the T-Scan III occlusiography system of the company Tekscan (USA) was used to register the nature of the closing of the dentition, the study of diagnostic models in the PROTAR evo 7 KAVO articulator, as well as the study of the registration of the difference in the biopotentials of the masticatory and temporal muscles proper in patients in the phase of relative physiological rest and with maximum jaw compression using a four-channel electromyograph Synapsis NMF Neurotech (Russia). The results showed that the prevalence of occlusive disorders in the study group is 83.3%. The abnormal position of the teeth in the dentition in combination with malocclusion anomalies, non-physiological relief of the occlusal surfaces of the teeth formed due to various factors which cause the appearance of premature contacts. This prevents the harmonious sliding movements of the lower jaw and is accompanied by articulatory changes in the entire chewing system.
