Coal is the most reliable energy resource in China and has been in existence for a long time. The development model of coal industry is of great significance to carbon emission and environmental protection. In order to evaluate the development mode of China’s coal industry, this paper presents the constructed evaluation index system of the development mode of the coal industry from two dimensions, demand pull and factor drive. And, coal consumption is the measurement index of demand pull and selecting resources, capital, technology, human resources, and the energy system form the measurement index of factor drive. By analyzing the evaluation index system of the coal industry development mode and optimal evaluation method, the minimum deviation comprehensive weighting evaluation model, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and entropy are constructed. The evaluation results show that the coal industry has continued the factor driven growth, driven by demand, in the past decades. Finally, the study analyzes the changes and challenges of the development of China’s coal industry from four aspects, development power, development mode, development effect, and development bottleneck, to provide support for revealing the internal mechanism of the development mode of China’s coal industry.

In view of the imperfection of the measurement index of the level of sports events, the coverage rate of the measurement index is low and the stability is poor. Therefore, this paper puts forward a sports event level measurement index system based on multisensor information fusion. First, the simulated annealing algorithm is used to cluster the grouped sensors and fuse the optimal Bayesian estimation of compatible sensors. Second, the relative entropy measure method is used to expand the compatibility measure of the sensor information in the group, and the optimal Bayesian estimation value of the consistent measure test is obtained. The outliers are eliminated, the optimal fusion value is obtained by the overall weighted statistical fusion, and the alternative measure index system is constructed. Finally, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the weight of each alternative index, so as to achieve the final measurement index. The results show that the standard deviation of clustering average energy consumption is low, and the energy loss is small. The system can effectively construct the measurement index, and the index coverage rate is as high as 95%.

The analysis of the evolution of the distribution characteristics of “high-impact papers,” which are highly concerned by researchers and the public, and their influence on academic and social factors, provides a reference for the combination of Altmetrics index and traditional literature measurement index in scientific research evaluation. Selecting 2015 to 2019 Altmetrics TOP100 papers, which are also highly cited papers in Web of Science as the “high-impact papers” data set. This paper explores the basic characteristics of high-impact papers and the influencing factors of Altmetrics indicators on academia and society by using basic statistical methods and SPSS. The results show that high-impact papers mainly come from international authoritative journals in natural science and biomedical categories with higher influence factors; there are more researches on medical and health sciences in high-impact papers, followed by earth and environmental sciences and human society studies; paid acquisition is the main way to obtain high-impact papers, but the proportion of open or free access to papers is increasing; News, Twitter and Blogs are the main ways to spread high-impact papers on social media, Mendeley, Blogs and Facebook have a certain correlation with the academic influence of papers, and Mendeley is the main factor influencing the academic influence. Combining traditional measurement index with Altmetrics index can evaluate the influence of the paper in multiple dimensions more objectively.

Pipe system conveying fluid faces the problem of multi-order resonance failure caused by broadband excitation. For solving above problem, the dynamic stiffness method is employed to solve the dynamic equations of multi-span pipes considering the temperature effect. Combining the obtained natural frequency and the rule of resonance failure of pipe system, a multi-order anti-resonance system reliability model is established in this paper. To analyze the effect of input variable uncertainty on the probability of system resonance failure, the variance-based importance measurement index is further established. By introducing the active learning Kriging (ALK) model, the resonance failure probability and importance measurement index can be calculated efficiently. The effects of fluid flow velocity, pressure and temperature on the probability of pipe resonance failure are analyzed in detail, which has significant guidance for the anti-resonance optimization design of pipes.

With the increase of library collections, it is difficult for readers to quickly find the books they want when choosing books. Book recommendation system is becoming more and more important. Based on the previous research, this paper proposes a book recommendation algorithm based on collaborative filtering and interest. Take the interest of the book itself as an important measurement index, including the number of searches, borrowing time, borrowing times, borrowing interval, and renewal times. Through the analysis of MAE and RMSE experiments, the results show that the method proposed in this paper converges faster than the traditional method.

Even well-developed nations with the highest economic growth rates have failed to bring happiness amongst their citizens. Consequently, recent studies have shifted their focus from economic variables, such as Human Development Index (HDI), gross development product (GDP) per capita, etc., to happiness as an indicator of growth, development and social progress. Amidst others, criminal victimization is one of the important indicators of happiness. The present article intends to study the relationship between happiness using the happiness measurement index and criminal victimization using the crime statistics of selected nations. It consists of a descriptive statistical analysis of six nations selected based on their happiness score, including two nations each with a high, average and low happiness measurement index. The results show that people living in nations with high crime rates were less happy and satisfied than individuals living in nations with comparatively lower crime rates. However, the article could not conclusively establish the relation between the happiness level and the nature of crime.

In professional art education, it is a great challenge to improve the classroom teaching effect. To cope with the challenge, this paper identifies the factors affecting the classroom teaching effect of professional art education from the perspective of teachers and that of students, through multi-perspective analysis. In the context of professional art education, the connotations of enhancing the classroom teaching effect were fully analyzed. On this basis, several strategies were put forward to enhance the said effect in professional art education. In addition, multi-angled measurement index systems were established for the enhancement, and a measurement model for the said effect was created through multi-factor decision-making. The research findings provide strong practical and theoretical supports to improving the classroom teaching effect of professional art education.

Against the present background of trade protectionism and anti-globalization, an independent and controllable high-end equipment manufacturing industry has become the focus of attention from all walks of life. Based on industrial safety and some related theories, this paper analyzes the connotation of an independent and controllable high-end equipment manufacturing industry, constructs a measurement index system of it with patent information, and designs a solution by a combination of “Entropy Method + TOPSIS”. At the end of the paper, by using the relevant data of global patent database, the offshore equipment manufacturing industry is taken as an example to measure its ability of independence and controllability. The results show that the measurement index data is consistent with the development status of China's offshore equipment manufacturing industry, which verifies the effectiveness of the index system and measurement method.
