Its anatomy is useful not only for Anatomist but also for Surgeons, Radiologists and Physicians. A lot of variations are observed in the spleen from its shape to size which is important to diagnose or treat the number of diseases. Methodology: This study was carried out on 60 spleens in the dissection hall of our medical college which were removed during routine undergraduate dissection. The parameters studies were shape of the spleen, number of notches (single or multiple), location of notches (Superior or inferior border), weight, breadth, width or length. Results: The 90% spleens has single notch. The weight of the spleens ranges from 89 gm to 220 gm with an average 142.6 gm. Range of breadth observed 3.5cm to7.4cm with an average 5.8cm, Range of width observed 2.8cm to 5.7cm with an average 4.1cm. Range of length observed 8.1cm to13.2cm with an average 11.7cm. Conclusion: Morphological variation is very common in spleen and varies according to the genetic, geographic, nutrition and work habits of individual and varies regions to regions of India. Morphological analysis is under reported and need to be carry out at different regions and places for obtaining more accurate data.

Gamification, the use of game-based principles to promote learning (Kapp 2012), allows instructors a pathway through which they can maintain curricular rigor while simultaneously fostering strong work habits and soft skill development. In this paper I describe my own experience of gamifying an online linguistics undergraduate course as I sought to combat engagement challenges such as spotty attendance and assignment procrastination. By implementing a gamified bonus level in the course, I was able to reimagine the traditional notion of extra credit in a way that incentivized self-regulation and engagement without creating a high amount of grade inflation in the process. Unlike traditional extra credit which advantages high-performing students, the bonus level sought to provide equity to the lower-performing students at a regional university with a predominant first-generation population.

The content and subject of this paper, that is Migration in the context of the principles of terrorism, is in close cerrespondence with the scientific project of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic called Creating and testing presentations of projects preventing illegal criminality. Migration is a problem all over the world and represents a huge financial, but above all a social, burden for economically developed countries. In early 2020, the problem partially receded as a result of the global pandemic, but the problem still exists and is waiting to be solved. The same problem is being faced not only by the EU countries, but also by the USA on the border with Mexico. However, populist manifestations of the new USA government will bring another problem of huge dimensions. EU countries must quickly find a common solution on how to protect countries in the northern Mediterranean Sea and avoid declarations of legacy linked to the past. A new image is being gained by terrorism penetrating the cyberspace, and migrants getting ready to do so represent an instrument in the hands of organizations from the Arabian world. After world pandemics, EU countries will begin to recover from economic problems, and migrants will gain new strength because they will already have information about how to obtain shelter benefits in individual countries. They primarily want to go to economically developed countries, so the happiness of post-socialist countries is that they are not among the dream countries of economic migrants. There is one rule that will always be true, and namely, the easy money will wean the native population off their work habits, and subsequently whatever they get without work in their home country they can get in any other EU country. The research methods used to write this article were: analysis, synthesis of available information, reports, scientific articles on the topic, and subsequent deduction to determine conclusions.

The Decision to Confiscate German-Owned Property (1944), the Law on Agrarian Reform and Colonization (August 1945) and the Decree on the Implementation of Veterans’ Settlement (1945) provided a legal framework for the colonization of Vojvodina. People from the outback regions applied for colonization in large numbers since it was believed that migration guaranteed deliverance from decades of dearth and poverty. The journey of the colonists was fraught with numerous difficulties, primarily due to poor organization and frequent changes of plans. The distribution of houses, cattle, and inventory was done by local commissions. The bias of these commissions was obvious. Thus, the division of houses and inventory was accompanied by great social injustices. Some families were housed in buildings with electrical installations, while others had to settle into houses without floors. Such actions caused indignation and revolt among the colonists. Dissatisfied with their new life, as many as 4,000 families decided to return. Those who remained needed time to adapt to the new way of life. With time, big families disintegrated, the position of women improved, new work habits were developed, and neighborly relations became better.
