Highly efficient CO and syngas production in a cyclic system was proposed using coke-promoted Ni/CaO (C-Ni/CaO) catal-sorbent. The C-Ni/CaO exhibited high CO production in CO2 conversion and syngas production in CH4 conversion step, respectively.

Finding the optimal mode is a conceptual problem. The most important indicator that reflects the perfection of a chemical reactor is the intensity of the process in it. The phenomenon of conservatively perturbed-equilibrium (CPE) in the conditions of different types of reactors (in acyclic and cyclic systems) was studied: the ideal displacement reactor ("steady-state plug flow reactor, PFR") and the ideal mixing reactor ("steady-state continuous stirred tank reactor, CSTR"). For the acyclic reaction, the time of extremum onset was less in CSTR by ≈2.1%, but the concentration of substance B in the extremum in PFR was greater by ≈17.2% than in CSTR. For the cyclic reaction, the time of extremum onset was less in CSTR by ≈5.6%, but the concentration of substance B in the extremum in PFR was greater by ≈11.6% than in CSTR. For the acyclic and cyclic reaction in PFR, the time of occurrence of the extremum of the cyclic reaction was lower by ≈44.2% than in the acyclic, but the concentration of substance B in the extremum of the acyclic reaction was greater by ≈24.8% than in the cyclic reaction. For the acyclic and cyclic reaction in CSTR, the time of occurrence of the extremum of the cyclic reaction was lower by ≈46.2% than in the acyclic, but the concentration of substance B in the extremum in the acyclic reaction was greater by ≈18.9% than in the cyclic reaction. The cyclic system showed a shorter time for the onset of the extremum, but the acyclic reaction system showed a higher concentration of substance B at the extremum in PFR and CSTR. Although the time of extremum onset was the lowest in CSTR in the cyclic system, the concentration of substance B in the extremum was highest in the PFR in the acyclic system. Therefore (from our systems and reactors) the acyclic system in PFR shows the best characteristics. The extremum in transient modes is always observed for acyclic and cyclic complex reactions in both reactors, both in PFR and in CSTR. The phenomenon of conservatively perturbed-equilibrium is manifested in both PFR and CSTR. With the same rate constants, the acyclic system in PFR is characterized by higher values of "over equilibrium" conversion than the acyclic system in CSTR. Similarly, with the same rate constants, the cyclic system in PFR is characterized by higher values of "over equilibrium" conversion than the cyclic system in CSTR. The time of extremum onset is less in CSTR. This is true for acyclic and cyclic systems. The greater the difference between the initial concentrations of the two substances, the greater the "over equilibrium" concentration of the third substance, the initial concentration of which was equilibrium. At our values of kinetic parameters, the sensitivity of the time of occurrence of the extremum of the same reaction in different reactors (PFR and CSTR) is small (up to ≈5.6%), and at different reactions (acyclic and cyclic), but in one type of reactor (PFR or CSTR) - significant, reaching ≈46.2%.

In this article, the authors consider forms and methods of teaching a foreign language at a technical university. Within the framework of the modular cyclic system, the academic year involves the division of the studied material into two terms, each of which includes five consecutive cycles. According to the concept of the MCTS, the cycle is a set of goals, tasks implemented in the educational process, constituting a round of eight/sixteen days of auditing and independent work, intermediate certification and control, aimed at the formation of competencies during the study of the module (discipline). The intensity, saving time of a student and a teacher, the large amount of independent work of students, the use of test technologies in assessing the quality of knowledge are distinctive features of the MCTS from the traditional form of study. The theoretical foundations of the study are derived from the analysis of works on the theory and methodology of teaching foreign languages, described in the works of A.A. Mirolyubov, N.D. Galskova, N.I. Gez. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of formation of professional communicative competencies in the study of a foreign language in a non-language university within the framework of a modular-cyclic training system, which involves a high degree of intensity of auditing and independent work, which reinforces the importance of diagnosing knowledge and skills in the process of mastering the module. Independent work of students is considered a mandatory part of the classroom work. The individual independent student's work under the guidance of a teacher is aimed at developing a skill in working with scientific and professional texts.

Several cyano groups are added to an alkane, alkene, and alkyne group so as to construct a Lewis acid molecule with a positive region of electrostatic potential in the area adjoining these substituents. Although each individual cyano group produces only a weak π-hole, when two or more such groups are properly situated, they can pool their π-holes into one much more intense positive region that is located midway between them. A NH3 base is attracted to this site, where it forms a strong noncovalent bond to the Lewis acid, amounting to as much as 13.6 kcal/mol. The precise nature of the bonding varies a bit from one complex to the next but typically contains a tetrel bond to the C atoms of the cyano groups or the C atoms of the linkage connecting the C≡N substituents. The placement of the cyano groups on a cyclic system like cyclopropane or cyclobutane has a mild weakening effect upon the binding. Although F is comparable to C≡N in terms of electron-withdrawing power, the replacement of cyano by F substituents substantially weakens the binding with NH3.

It has been proved that the introduction of a cyclic system of professional training of specialists in economic security of enterprises and organizations contributes to increasing the efficiency of their functioning, competitiveness, financial and economic stability in the conditions of market uncertainty. It has been established that the introduction of cyclic methods of the systematic development of professional competencies of specialists of economic security must be implemented based on the results of the preliminary assessment of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the main threats and risks posed by them. The main stages of organizing and conducting cyclical professional training have been developed, the factors contributing to the adaptation of the training system to the specifics of the enterprise have been identified, the content, essence, procedure for conducting educational and methodological activities have been described. The main restrictions and priorities in the organization and conduct of educational and methodological activities aimed at ensuring the required level of economic security of production facilities have been ascertained. The list of current and prospective tasks that need to be solved during the implementation of training activities has been defined.

The concept of bioeconomics covers all sectors of the economy, including agriculture, which supplies renewable resources: plants, animals, microorganisms and their processed products. The goal is a transition to an economy that is independent of fossil fuels and non-renewable resources. Agriculture and forestry, fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the conversion of biotechnological biomass and biological waste, are central to the multilateral new value chain. The processing industry uses renewable resources in various products, in particular, due to the industrial application of biotechnological and microbiological processes, especially in the chemical industry. This also applies to the food, woodworking, paper, construction, leather, and textile industries, as well as parts of the pharmaceutical and energy industries. Thus, the cyclic system and the storage of reusable waste are also included in the bioeconomic system. The aim of our study is to study the degree of development of sustainable value chains in bioeconomics.
