Abstrak RA Nurul Falah adalah salah satu lembaga yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan anak usia dini yang regulasinya ada di bawah Kementerian Agama RI. Lokasi lembaga berada di Kecamatan Kalideres Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta. Lembaga RA ini menerapkan kegiatan Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR) selama masa pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda Indonesia sejak bulan Maret tahun 2020. Demi terselenggaranya efektivitas kegiatan Belajar Dari Rumah, penyelenggara RA Nurul Falah memberikan laporan penilaian secara berkala tiap bulan. Laporan penilaian ini diberikan kepada 16 orang tua siswa yang ada di RA Nurul Falah. Program pemberian laporan penilaian kegiatan belajar dari rumah kepada orang tua ini dapat menjadi sarana pembinaan orang tua dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Belajar Dari Rumah dan sarana komunikas antara orang tua dan guru dalam mengetahui kemajuan kemampuan enam aspek kemampuan perkembangan anak. Pemberian laporan penilaian selama kegiatan belajar dari rumah ini juga diberikan sebagai dukungan pembinaan kepada orang tua untuk memahami perkembangan dan gaya belajar anak. Orang tua sangat terbantu dengan adanya laporan penilaian ini karena dengan penilaian ini mereka dapat mengetahui kemampuan anaknya meningkat dari hari ke hari dan mengetahui kegiatan yang dilakukan selama masa Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR) adalah kegiatan yang bermakna dengan tujuan untuk mencapai perkembangan anak sesuai tingkatan usianya. Abstract RA Nurul Falah is one of the institutions that organize early childhood education whose regulations are under the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The location of the institution is in Kalideres District, West Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta. This RA institution implements Learning from Home activities during the COVID-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2020. To ensure the effectiveness of Learning from Home activities, the organizer of RA Nurul Falah provides an assessment report regularly every month. This assessment report was given to 16 parents of students at RA Nurul Falah. This program of providing reports on the assessment of learning from home activities to parents can be a means of fostering parents in implementing Learning from Home activities and a means of communication between parents and teachers in knowing the progress of the six aspects of children's developmental abilities. The provision of assessment reports during learning from home activities is also provided as coaching support for parents to understand children's development and learning styles. Parents are greatly helped by this assessment report because with this assessment they can find out their child's ability to improve from day to day and know that the activities carried out during the Learning from the Home period are meaningful activities to achieve child development according to their age level.

How reliable are the EU’s reports when assessing its Eastern neighbouring countries’ progress towards democracy? To explore this question, I first developed an original scale that enables to identify the variation in the quality of the EU’s assessment reports across the partner countries and over time. Subsequently, by employing both quantitative and qualitative research techniques, I carried out a systematic analysis of the key structural factors that tend to influence and compromise the quality of the EU’s assessments. The main results of the study suggest that the more dependent partner countries are on the EU as a source of development aid and export market, the less lenient the EU’s institutions appear in their assessment reports. Furthermore, the findings of the study show that somewhat counter-intuitively, the more authoritarian the regime in question is, the less willing the EU appears in criticizing the country’s poor democratic performance. However, when a certain level of political liberalization is underway, the EU institutions become rather critical in their assessment reports by explicitly and openly denouncing the country’s poor democratic performance.

Publicly available summaries from Marketing Authorization Applications for gene and cell therapy products (advanced therapies) were evaluated to explore data expectations for product characteristics pre and post changes (comparability). Public assessment reports were used to analyze trends in information requests from regulators concerning comparability from current commercial advanced therapies. In the analysis, 12 products approved in the USA and EU were included. Inadequacies were highlighted for comparability data (six products); additional information requests (five products) and major objections were identified relating to comparability (two products, EU). Postapproval authorization obligations were imposed for six products. Comparability data are essential component for regulatory applications and public assessment reports provide a valuable source of insight into regulators’ expectations.

Purpose of the study: Quality Enhancement Cells (QECs) are prudent and play a dynamic role in the advancement of quality in higher education. This study examined the role and significance of QEC's in HEIs in an emerging economy like Pakistan. Methodology: This study is conducted on the perceived benefits of Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) to have an initial guideline for further investigation on the role of QECs. The research model for this study has been formulated from the outcomes of SARs devised in a previous similar study. The model was evaluated through quantitative analysis using SmartPLS, determining SARs benefits associated with academia and students. Main Findings: The empirical findings indicated that faculty perception regarding SARs and their benefits are positive and the relationship between the assessed variables is significant. Applications of this study: The study findings will benefit the policymakers in HEIs to induct SARs as an organizational development tool. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research is novel in its nature as limited research work regarding SAR and QEC evaluation in Pakistan has hindered the research-related activities and strategic planning in this area.

Regulatory approval of biosimilars predominantly relies on biosimilarity assessments of quality attributes (QAs), particularly the potentially critical QAs (pCQAs) that may affect the clinical profile. However, a limited understanding exists concerning how EU regulators reflect the biosimilarity assessments of (pC)QAs in European public assessment reports (EPARs) by different stakeholders. The type and extent of information on QAs and pCQAs in EPARs were evaluated for seven adalimumab biosimilars. Seventy-seven QAs, including 31 pCQAs, were classified and assessed for type (structural and functional attributes) and extent (biosimilarity interpretation and/or test results) of information in EPARs. Reporting on the QAs (35–75%) varied between EPARs, where the most emphasis was placed on pCQAs (65–87%). Functional attributes (54% QAs and 92% pCQAs) were reported more frequently than structural attributes (8% QAs and 22% pCQAs). About 50% (4 structural and 12 functional attributes) of pCQAs were consistently reported in all EPARs. Regulators often provided biosimilarity interpretation (QAs: 83% structural and 80% functional; pCQAs: 81% structural and 78% functional) but rarely include test results (QAs: 1% structural and 9% functional and pCQAs: 3% structural and 9% functional). Minor differences in structural attributes, commonly in glycoforms and charge variants, were often observed in adalimumab biosimilars but did not affect the functions and clinical profile. Despite the variability in reporting QAs in EPARs, the minor observed differences were largely quantitative and not essentially meaningful for the overall conclusion of biosimilarity of the seven adalimumab biosimilars.
