The study aimed to investigate the impact of website quality & its Relationship with the corporate reputation forming &management; applied on DAL - Sudan by studying the corporate website users, using the descriptive analytical approach for collecting and analyzing data. The study community was (656257) users of DAL corporate website, and the study sample consisted of (400) users were taken and selected in a simple random manner to represent different age groups, gender and educational levels; by questionnaire checked with Alpha Cranach's formula for validity& reliability. The results showed that there was an effect of website quality with its dimensions (easy access & use, quality & adequacy of information, simplicity & attractiveness of design)on forming &management the corporate reputation among the website's users & followers, and there is a relationship between the interaction of website admins with users' comments & the amount of time users spend on the website, the study found that interest in users' comments contributes to their increased stay on the website and their interaction with its electronic content, in addition to its relationship with reputation forming and management. The study recommended a greater focus on the intensive application of web technologies on the website, to meet the needs and desires of users, and attention to periodic user surveys to determine the corporate status and satisfaction scores, and use it as a tool to manage and measure the corporate reputation, as the website can measure reputation electronically through users' feedback and interaction with the website content.

In this paper we present the prediction model for the dynamics of the ionospheric equatorial anomaly that is based on the use of the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). The prediction model was developed by using global maps of the ionosphere Total Electronic Content (TEC) for the period from 2001 to 2018. We show that in case of correct data centering and elimination of diurnal and seasonal factors, the equatorial anomaly makes major contribution to the variance of fluctuations in the TEC data. We applied several neural network-based prediction models that were trained independently for each component of the decomposition. The approach based on a hybrid model consisting of a convolution network and a network with long short-term memory with preanalysis of the principal components reduced the prediction error of TEC maps by 2 hours. The prediction error of this model was 4 times less than the error of the linear regression model.

The article presents an analysis of the peculiarities of the development of professional skills of teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature in the intercourse period in distance learning, in particular in the training “Modeling of the Ukrainian language lessons on the basis of activity approach in the digital educational environment”. Due to the clear construction of the distance course, administration is provided, knowledge is gained by studying theoretical material, information literacy of teachers and opportunities for their use of digital technologies for self-education, self-development, research and united learning tasks, self-control, arranged activities of participants in small groups, synchronous and asynchronous communication, etc. It was found that the training focuses not only on digital technologies that we use as tools for modeling electronic content, but also on pedagogical aspects, which are expressed in the methodology of modeling the Ukrainian language lesson on the basis of activity approach, organization of space for functioning in conditions of distance learning, etc. The distance training course consists of five modules, which are filled with teaching materials and digital tools. This format helps to create conditions for learning, communication and partnership. The subjects of classes are modelled taking into account the current needs of the teacher and provide the performance of creative projects and credit tasks by him. Positive experience in the use of training as an educational trajectory of professional self-realization and development of pedagogical skills of a teacher in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education by distance learning is presented. Keywords: training, distance learning, competence, professional skill, activity approach, postgraduate pedagogical education, educational process, intercourse period.

Various countries have shifted from face-to-face learning to distance learning in response to the challenges imposed by the spread of the COVID19. Worldwide distance learning has become a global phenomenon. The current study aims to evaluate the use of distance learning in Jordanian universities during the covid19 pandemic.  The study has developed standards for using distance learning in Jordanian universities and the current status of using distance learning in Jordanian universities. To achieve these aims, the descriptive approach is adopted. A list of the necessary standards for using distance learning is developed, and the current status of using distance learning in Jordanian universities is determined through five domains, and descriptive statistics (means and standard deviations) were calculated as well. The results show the weakness of the technological and human infrastructure necessary for distance learning, and its low ability to create an attractive educational environment, making the use of technology a formal matter that does not achieve the slightest added value to the educational process, along with the weak evaluation of the quality of electronic content. Therefore, the study recommends the necessity of providing modern technological and human infrastructure for higher education institutions to activate them neatly to support the continuity of the educational process.

Watermarking is a today's digital hiding technique within certain electronic content: for example, message, image, video, or audio recordings. Recent times, it was created as a modern copyright security tool. The pattern in zero watermarking technique isn't really inserted directly in the cover image, but has a logical relation with that cover image. In this article, we propose a powerful convolution neural Networks (CNN) and deep learning algorithm-based-watermarking technique in which the CNN produces robust inherent selected features and is merged with the XOR activity of host's watermark sequence. The outcomes of our proposed method present the courage of the watermark counter to many typical image processing techniques.

Abstract The study sought to assess user expectations and acceptance of library services at the African Union Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights. The study, which targeted 94 library users, employed LibQUAL and SERVQUAL protocols to collect data, which were subsequently analysed using descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that users have the lowest expectations of the physical aspects of the library, namely the library as a place and of its tangibles. By contrast, users had the highest expectations in aspects associated with people and of the library collection, namely the effect of service, information control, responsiveness and reliability. The study recommends the allocation of resources in a way that ensures that the human aspects of the library remain at high levels of service quality, while shortcomings related to information control, library space and equipment should be addressed. Further, the library should invest in electronic content that users can access remotely. The findings have implications for information practice, in that studying user expectations enables libraries to understand individual and group expectations. These, in turn, will inform decision-making processes in respect of service provision, and provide justification and accountability for the resources used during such service provision.
