Currently, the methodology of system engineering is being formed, the product of which is, as usual, the creation of real objects information models, supplemented by virtual components, and on the contrary, virtual objects, supplemented by real components. For example, an information model of a technological object is a specification of real equipment, supplemented by a specification of the purchased equipment of a technological process and on the contrary. By analogy with general engineering in the field of technical activity, the metastructures of such information models must meet the V-shaped structure of the validation and verification processes. Therefore, models should be regularly checked during their life cycle to ensure that their structure and parameters correspond to real and virtual objects. At the present, there are conditions for a coordinated decision of technological objects system information modeling, taking into account their internal (physical) structure and of the digital environment the external structure. In general theoretical terms, the construction of system models is based on the problem of formal consistent description (grammatical calculus) of the structure and functional regularities of a set of objects and their connections in the subject area under study. The presented approach of the subject area system modeling under consideration is based on the classical model of a machine-building enterprise (MP) educational and production activities and a university. Aim. To apply the principles of the design approach for the formation of a corporate information system (CIS) engineering company metastructure digital twin, to explore the prospects of its application, to show the key information components in the management of subject-oriented knowledge and data, as well as the ability to scale technology in the formation of a digital environment for architecture and modern MP, improving the efficiency of business processes participants interaction. Materials and methods. The principles of the system engineering methodo¬logy (process approach, life cycle, etc.), an integrated approach and structural analysis of the design process according to the SADT (Structured Analysis and Design Technology) methodology, and the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) methodology are used. Results. The proposed approach for system modeling the subject area is the development of works of the authors, demonstrates the possibility of scaling on the example of interaction of participants of the REC using part of the University's digital twin KIS enterprises of the real sector of the economy. The requisite of developing a knowledge management model and the increasing role of information search engines are shown. Conclusion. The proposed approach expands the application of the digital twin metastructure, allows correcting the enterprise architecture to improve the efficiency of business processes.

One of the ways to build information models is ontological modeling. The use of ontologies greatly facilitates the exchange of data between embedded models and utilities for the digital representation of an object or a real-world system, sometimes called “digital twin” (DT). It is also important to establish a correspondence between the DT, people and external programs. Based on the dictionary of the main terms, classes, objects of the subject area and the relations between them, we have built an ontology of the hydroelectric dam DT.

At present, in the context of the development of Knowledgeable society, information systems are at now an integral part of any organization, even the smallest, regardless of the business processes they implement. Such information systems are commonly referred to as Corporate Information Systems (CIS). Special requirements for the development of CIS are made to ensure their information security, which can be achieved by developing a protected version of the CIS. In this article is considered the analysis of this problem and approaches to its solution. Block Chain technologies are very promising not only when applying them in traditional spheres - manufacturing, service, transport, but also to solve security and information problems, in particular.

In the context of the university digital transformation, the development of digitalization processes, it is necessary to introduce a data management culture. In most cases, this approach does not allow to see a big picture, as well as to identify “bottlenecks”. There is a need to develop a unified data management strategy, which will assess the value of IT technology, and ensure the adoption of effective decisions. This article highlights the conceptual issues of data management strategies in higher education, using the example of the university. The place of the data processing strategy within the university’s information space is considered a map model for analyzing key issues for decision making. The basic principles of organizing a data strategy for the university are determined. There is also considered an approach to designing and implementing an information and analytical system on the Microsoft Power BI cloud-based business analysis platform, which integrates all disparate data from university’s corporate information systems and transactional data sources. The analysis of reports of key business processes of the university is carried out, in which the formulation of research questions is shown, and there have been given conclusions to these issues. Introduction of the information and analytical system in the contour of the university’s corporate information system will contribute to the early identification of bottlenecks in the organization of the educational system and prompt decision-making in a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the main business processes of the educational organization through building a data map and visualizing all statistical reports.

This article offers a universal methodology for the design, creation and operation of complex electrotechnological systems. This methodology is based on a system-process approach to business modeling. The article provides a detailed description of all private business processes that provide a full cycle of business engineering, and offers a General mathematical expression for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the business engineering process. The proposed methodology has been tested on the example of designing, creating and operating vegetation climate systems (VCS). This example shows that it is possible to conduct quite serious scientific research at the intersection of plant physiology and electric power engineering, which allows us to create modern self-adjusting systems for automatic microclimate control when growing plants. Application of engineering methods allows to increase the efficiency of development of information systems for automatic control of parameters of the most important physiological processes (photosynthesis, transpiration, etc.) in plants under the influence of environmental factors. The article outlines the prospects for the development of the subject area of engineering in the direction of solving specific problems to integrated energy engineering, and the energy business - from trading individual services to trading models and technologies.

The main purpose of a corporate information system is the support of the company’s business processes. The development of information systems is therefore typically preceded by an analysis of the business processes it is supposed to support. The tasks of analysing business processes and designing information systems are governed by two seemingly incompatible perspectives related to the interaction between human actors or inanimate agents (objects), respectively. As a consequence, the corresponding modeling languages also differ. DEMO (dynamic essential modeling of organization) is a typical language for modeling business processes, the UML is the predominant language for information systems modeling. We challenge the assumption of incompatibility of the perspectives by providing a framework for the integration of these languages.

The organizational and technical aspects of creating databases are described in relation to the processes of applied veterinary medicine, in particular, to visualize the results of monitoring the epizootic state of animals. The conceptual architecture of the processes of knowledge integration in the formation of the database of the developed information system based on the template form, prepared on the basis of the results of the analysis of the subject area, is proposed, the algorithm of actions is structured, both for specialists in the subject area and specialists in IT technologies, as well as system analysts. The proposed methodological benchmark allows the formation of the most adequate database prototype in the Excel software environment, as well as logical models of attributes and their relationships. The structure of the output reports is compiled in accordance with the requirements of veterinary reporting and taking into account the business logic of mathematical and statistical data processing in order to establish the laws of the processes under study and build their models, which is necessary for the timely adoption of prognostic veterinary measures. The results can be useful in the development and implementation of modern information and communication technologies in real business processes in the field of applied veterinary medicine.

The majority of municipal medical institutions are not working effectively enough. Long waiting in the queue to see a doctor is one of the most significant problem of the organization in the field of healthcare. The SADT (Structured Analysis and Design Technique) methodology was used to find out the problems of functioning of the medical center. Functional diagrams of the subject area were constructed, which helped to understand how individual business processes of the organization that need to be optimized are implemented. A simulation model of the medical center "Detstvo+" in the GPSS World programming language has been developed. it is an open Queuing network consisting of 5 large nodes that are Queuing systems, which allows us to imagine the process of functioning of the medical center. The model was optimized according to the efficiency criterion of this system: while maintaining the volume of the incoming flow of applications, the number of rejections is kept to a minimum, while it is necessary to reduce the length of queues for doctor appointments. This model can also be used by institutions with a similar organizational structure to improve their systems and make management decisions.
