AbstractElectrical activity of fungus Pleurotus ostreatus is characterised by slow (h) irregular waves of baseline potential drift and fast (min) action potential likes spikes of the electrical potential. An exposure of the myceliated substrate to a chloroform vapour lead to several fold decrease of the baseline potential waves and increase of their duration. The chloroform vapour also causes either complete cessation of spiking activity or substantial reduction of the spiking frequency. Removal of the chloroform vapour from the growth containers leads to a gradual restoration of the mycelium electrical activity.

The replanting, which was carried out for the first time in the Kuamang Valley hamlet in 2018, which was funded by the BPDPKS grant, was carried out on an area of 110 hectares that participated in the registration of 51 oil palm farmers. However, in its implementation there are various obstacles that make the program not run well in Lembah Kuamang Hamlet. This research method uses a qualitative method with the selection of informants by purposive sampling. The results of the study found that the oil palm replanting policy at KUD Citra Merkadi Dusun Lembah Kuamang had not run according to the rules set out in the Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 6 of 2018 concerning Palm Oil Relanting Guidelines which occurred due to various obstacles that arise in the implementation of replanting coconut plantations. oil palm in the hamlet of Lembah Kuamang, Pelapat Ilir sub-district, Bungo regency. Constraints in replanting are the difficulty of communicating with operators who handle the implementation of rejuvenation of oil palm plantations in the village of Kuamang valley, the absence of socialization to the community of oil palm farmers and the workforce who have experienced complete cessation due to non-current wages from contractors. As for the efforts made by the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in solving the problems that are happening in the valley of Kuamang, the village unit cooperative gives a warning to the contractors and operators and finally decides on a contract with the operator and looks for another contractor who is more professional

<b><i>Introduction:</i></b> In Doppler flow diagnosis of a large placental chorioangioma with vascularization, there may be fetal consequences as cardiac output failure and polyhydramnios. Prenatal percutaneous fetoscopic laser photocoagulation of chorioangioma is a therapeutic option. First, we present 2 cases of chorioangioma treated by fetoscopic laser photocoagulation. Second, we conducted a narrative review to identify all reported cases of chorioangioma treated by fetoscopic laser photocoagulation. <b><i>Case Presentation:</i></b> Case 1 presented a chorioangioma measuring 48 × 36 × 42 mm, and the Doppler flow study showed vascularization with a high flow rate. The fetus showed dilatation of the right cardiac chambers, moderate tricuspid insufficiency, normal Doppler indices, and polyhydramnios. Case 2 presented a chorioangioma measuring 58 × 36 × 31 mm associated with polyhydramnios and elevated peak systolic velocity of the middle cerebral artery at 49 cm/s, that is, 1.65 MoM. The procedure was performed at 22+2 and 23+5 WG for both cases. Photocoagulation of the chorioangioma vessels was performed first on the small superficial vessels (capillaries) and then on the feeding vessels (artery first and then vein), until complete cessation of blood flow on ultrasound. Successful devascularization was achieved when flow within the chorioangioma’s feeding vessels was no longer visualized on intraoperative ultrasound examination using Doppler flow. The ultrasound follow-up showed complete cessation of blood flow in the chorioangioma, normalization of fetal signs, and normal fetal growth in both cases. In case 1, a 2,350-g boy was delivered vaginally after spontaneous labor at 33+6 WG. In case 2, a 2,700-g boy was delivered vaginally after spontaneous labor at 39+2 WG. Neonatal findings were normal, and the outcome at 1 year was normal for both children. <b><i>Conclusion:</i></b> Prenatal percutaneous fetoscopic laser photocoagulation improves survival in large chorioangioma, despite a risk of fetal death in utero.

The operation of many fields is complicated by the presence of asphalt-resinous substances (ASV) in oil and their precipitation on the inner surface of downhole and surface equipment. This leads to a significant decrease in oil production, up to the complete cessation of inflow from the reservoir. The article discusses methods for preventing DIA precipitation and their removal from the inner surface of the equipment. The authors propose methods of chemical action as priority methods for combating asphalt-resinous substances (ASV).

In modern economic theory, scientific and technological progress one consider different economic risks. The influence of scientific and technological progress on a particular sector of the economy appears in the creation of new products that have important competitive advantages over existing ones, or in the modification (modernization) of existing products. Often, new products based on new (innovative) technologies. However, technological superiority requires well-timed modernization of production and staff training, that is, significant financial and organizational investments. At the same time, the rejection of the transition to innovative technologies can lead to tangible losses in market positions or even to a complete cessation of the organization. In this paper, we introduce a model for estimations influence of risks on development of industrial enterprises. An analytical approach for analyzing the influence of various parameters on the proceeds has been introduced.

Reliable air travel is essential to the global economy. In turn, air travel is directly dependent on socio-economic dynamics. The closure of state borders and the almost complete cessation of flights around the world during the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection have led to unprecedented losses for airlines. The drop in revenues is due to both a decrease in the number of flights and an increase in expenses for ground handling of aircraft for a long period, preparation of the aircraft fleet and personnel for the restoration of flights. The paper considers new approaches to organizing air travel that contribute to the gradual recovery of the industry, for example, the partial abandonment of the use of wide-body airliners and the introduction of digital passenger documents.

Starting from 2020 to the present day, because of the COVID-19 pandemic in the sphere of tourism and hotel industry, as well as in related areas, there has been a decline or even complete cessation of activity, as a result of which a significant number of enterprises have become bankrupt or in crisis. So there is a need to find such a way of development of the spheres of tourism and hospitality, which would provide an opportunity not only to preserve these areas, but also to provide, after leaving the pandemic, the conditions for their further development in such a manner that as many as possible business entities are involved in their activities. It is also necessary to take into account the demand of people – potential recreants (tourists and vacationers), which should be satisfied, despite the pandemic, because during isolation and restrictions in movement and communication with nature, a depressed and painful state occurs, which leads to a deterioration in efficiency and a decrease in the number of able-bodied personnel. As an instrument to overcome the existing crisis, it is proposed to create campsites with the involvement of all stakeholders from enterprises in the sphere of tourism, hotel and other industries. Such an approach makes it possible to work during a pandemic due to the lack of crowding in one place. At the same time, thanks to the differentiated approach when creating campsites, it is possible to satisfy the maximum possible range of demand from potential tourists and vacationers by creating conditions of stay that are different in comfort. As for the possibility of working not only during a pandemic, but also after its completion, camping is best suited for this, since when it is created, a stable entrepreneurial managed structure is formed – a territorial recreational system that becomes the core for the further development of tourism, hotel industry and other areas directly or indirectly related to their activities.
