The 21st century is the era of new media. We-media, social media, short videos have emerged one after another. Not only have they changed the form of media, but also they have brought tremendous changes in terms of media functions, communication methods and communication relationship etc. Focused on the development of short video platforms in China in the last decade, this essay analyzes the impact of short videos on society, economy, and humanities.  Also, it aims to propose a solution to the problem "how to make good use of the scarce resource of attention and truly realize the attention economy".

This study aims to determine the relationship of organizational communication, and to explain the process of employee performance, as well as communication barriers. The research is descriptive qualitative in nature to understand the phenomena that occur in the research subject with a phenomenological approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation study, literature study. The results showed that the organizational communication relationship between employees uses formal communication which is official model and can be done in groups or forums in the command line according to leadership communication. All employees cannot communicate directly to the leadership. The organizational communication relationship that occurs in the Mamasa Regency Tourism Office uses a top-down communication pattern and cross-channel communication. Some of the communication barriers are errors in the delivery of information from leaders to subordinates, semantic barriers, ambiguous barriers to communication between leaders and staff, physical barriers, and inability to convey information from the leadership to the staff.

Youtube is one part of social networking that can create a very close interaction and communication relationship between its users. Inside the YouTube social media account, the account is created by people who basically want to be a part of YouTube content creators. Many people out there who like to play Youtube but do not have the channel account. YouTube channel accounts are made with a variety of content, there are accounts that specialize in making videos of one's daily life, specialist accounts for opinion videos related to issues that are currently hot, specialist accounts for motivational videos, specialist accounts for culinary videos, specialist accounts for videos prank videos and more. What will be the focus of the researcher in this study is the video titled "Saya Mualaf Bila" with views of 3.2 million to this day, views mean that is the frequency of a video is seen. This research method uses purposive sampling supported by Stuart Hall's reception theory. The video is 15 minutes 21 seconds length, in the video Deddy Corbuzer is talking to a religious leader known as Gus Miftah. Deddy Corbuzer talks about religious issues that are rife in Indonesia, causing divisions. The results of this study are the analysis of audience or viewers’ reception of the video message "Saya Mualaf Bila" on Deddy Courbuzier’s YouTube Channel account and the most dominant reception is the interpretation of opposition.

Knowing a player's temperament can help the coach in the communication relationship between him and the player. First, the coach will know how to approach the subject to get a certain answer in practice or matches. Subjects were handball players born in 2005 or younger, at the category juniors III from Sporting Ghimbav Sports Club. The initial testing took place on 22nd December 2018 and 9th January 2019 and the final testing on 23rd November 2019. The method used is the application of psychological test, the Guide Belov for identifying the temperament, and interpretation of the results. The conclusions of the study have highlighted useful information on how to improve the training of the junior players.
