Data collection through the dissemination of questionnaires to 32 educators. As for the factor that has not been opimalnya tendic performance is caused by the motivation of educators have not been optimal. Work motivation has a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the performance of educators with a valueof R2 Koefesien Determination) of 0.495 or 49.5% with a value outside the model (errovar) of 0.522 or 50.2.%.

Introduction. LGBT communities belong to groups with deviant behavior. A small amount of information about the structure of the LGBT community causes the following problems: 1. Disinformation and negative attitude towards the activities of the LGBT community. 2. The LGBT community consists of significantly different groups with different needs and specific problems, which leads to misunderstandings and conflicts of interests within the social movement. 3. Hidden conflicts within the LGBT community have an influence on its activity. The purpose of the research is to study the peculiarities of intergroup relations within the LGBT community. Methodology, methods and techniques. Participants were 134 representatives of the LGBT community. The sample included 34 lesbians, 8 gays, 16 bisexuals, 27 transgender, 15 asexual people, 14 pansexual and 20 genderqueer or non-binary people. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used in the study. The respondents were asked to fill out a questionnaire including the following techniques: 1. Questionnaire “Components of social capital” by L. G. Pochebut; 2. Questionnaire “SEP” by L. G. Pochebut; 3. Questionnaire “The need for affiliation” by A. Mahrebian; 4. Questionnaire “Measuring trust” by R. B. Sho; 5. Open questions. Results. When analyzing the data, the following significant intergroup differences were identified: indicators of “trust” and “goals and values” are lower among transgender people than lesbian, pansexual and genderqueer people. The level of trust among pansexual people is higher than in other groups. “Fear of social rejection” with asexual people is higher than with prosexual people, while the same indicator with asexual people is higher than “fear of social rejection” with lesbian, gay and pansexual people. Gays have lower “fear of social rejection” than transgender people. At the same time, the latter are less inclined to collectivism than cisgender. Lesbians are more prone to affective neutrality than gay and transgender people, while homosexual men are likely to be affective than other groups. Bisexual people are more prone to universalism than other groups. Scientific novelty of the research is determined by the fact that intergroup relations in the LGBT community have not been previously investigated by Russian scientists. Practical significance. To provide effective counselling being in great demand nowadays among LGBT people, it is necessary to understand community peculiarities and relations between groups.

Given the recent advances in technology, knowledge-based products have become increasingly prevalent. Many companies offer interdisciplinary resources for incumbent learners to break through chronological and geographical constraints. Therefore, it is important to investigate the factors that motivate learners to pay for knowledge-based products. The purpose of this research was to identify the relevant factors that contribute to purchasing intentions and to clarify the reasons why people purchase knowledge-based products. This study involved 406 valid participants over 20 years of age with knowledge purchase experience. The results demonstrated that incumbent learners’ need for affiliation has a positive effect on involvement, and that involvement has a significant positive impact on knowledge purchase intentions. The key factor influencing learners to pay for knowledge-based products is their involvement in learning. Information anxiety interferes with the relationship between involvement and knowledge purchase intentions. However, no linear relationship was found between cognitive styles and involvement. Field-dependent learners show greater involvement and also information anxiety than field-independent learners. The research offers suggestions for practical use and future research from the perspective of knowledge-product marketing.

The social needs of the elderly in the South Bangka Regency were expressed through the needs of affiliation, succorance, and deference. These needs seem to dominate the behavior of the elderly out there. Social ties with neighbours are very strong and each of them avoids conflicts or disputes. This study aimed to see which social needs were the most dominant among these needs so that the local government could be more appropriate in developing the social welfare programs for the elderly in their regions. This research involved 311 elderly people from 8 (eight) sub-districts in South Bangka Regency. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling based on the area of each district. The results showed that the need for succorance was the most dominant with a mean rank of 548.09, the need for affiliation hit second place with a mean rank of 541.72 and the last one was the need for deference with a mean rank of 311.20. This showed that the need for attention was more dominant than the need to build a relationship and conformity with others. There is no difference in social needs between men and women, nor is there a significant relationship with age.

The research objective was to test the effect of motivation and organizational culture on the performance of the State Civil Servants at the South Sulawesi Regional Police. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis methods. The samples taken by “cluster sampling” technique were sixty one people from a population of one hundred and fifty three people. The analysis proves that there is a significant effect of motivation on performance, which means that the need for achievement, the need for power and the need for affiliation affect the performance of the State Civil Servants at the South Sulawesi Regional Police, and organizational culture has a significant effect on performance as well, meaning that civil servants in the South Sulawesi Regional Police already implement Panca Prasetya Korpri and Tribrata as a guide and philosophy of life in every task implementation.

Currently, there is a proliferation of studies examining group and team dynamics, as an increasing number of organizations are incorporating group and team-based structures. Extant literature has provided mixed findings regarding the influence of reward structures on various team outcomes. E.g., More rapid activity in teams has been found for competitive reward structure, with diminishing quality of work (Mailer, 1929). Which type of reward structure (competitive, cooperative or hybrid) has the best implication for team performance in organizations? This paper aims to address this question by incorporating the mechanism (i.e., epistemic and social motivation) and moderating variable (i.e., need for affiliation). Understanding the motivated information processing in groups model (MIP-G) and antecedents of team performance has important managerial implications. This moderator (i.e., need for affiliation) has not been examined in relation to all three types of reward structures in past studies. This paper hopes to extend the literature of reward structures and motivated information processing model by encompassing this new boundary condition. It is essential to incorporate novel contexts while examining relationships among variables as this approach further develops existing theories.
