Cloud computing has achieved rapid development in recent years, and the use of cloud platforms to carry various large-scale services has become the general trend of the development of the information industry. This study investigates WTP of Hangzhou residents for the recreational value of Baguatian productive landscapes based on CVM and cloud computing. In this study, we did the related analysis on the social and economic characteristics and WTP of interviewees and made the monetization assessment about the recreational value of its urban productive landscapes. The result shows 62.1% of interviewees have WTP and the average payment intention (WTP) is $40.74 per year. Besides, the total recreational value of Hangzhou Baguatian productive landscapes is 354 million yuan; the relatively accepted payment mode is tax-paying and cash payment; the educational degree, occupational background, and income are the main factors influencing the tourists’ WTP and the correlation between interviewees’ origin, permanent residence, and WTP is not apparent.

Abstract The aim of the research is to identify the recreational potential of green plantings in the vicinity of the village of Kradikhino, Kichmengsko-Gorodetsky district of the Vologda Region. The research has been carried out according to the methods of a comprehensive assessment of the recreational potential of S.L. Rysin. The research results indicate that the most recreationally valuable plantings are concentrated in commercial forests. Recreational value plantings of Class III predominate in protective forests (60%), and of Class II – in commercial ones (54%). The expediency of recreational use of these plantings by the local population has been noted. The negative impact on the recreation of clear cuttings in commercial forests has been revealed. Some measures have been recommended to optimize the multifunctional use of the forests. Taking into account the high recreational value of commercial forests, it is advisable to create a landscape reserve in the 1st and 11th compartments of the Karyugsky forestry, where scientific work should also be organized to study the effect of recreation on the forest environment.

The purpose of the article is to conduct a retrospective analysis and generalize information about the parks of Irpin, including their location, size, historical aspects of establishment and development, planning structure, current state and composition of greenery, importance for the city and the level of socio-cultural needs of modern society; formulating conclusions on the prospects of their preservation and optimization. Methodology. The study of the historical aspects and current state of Irpin parks (retrospective analysis) was established during 2019-2021. Field and analytical methods were used, in particular, most of the historical information about the formation and development of parks was obtained from scientific literature sources and archival materials, and the assessment of the current state was carried out as a result of own route surveys. The scientific novelty is to reveal the need to study the Irpin parks, as important centers of historical, socio-cultural and recreational value, in the context of their protection and preservation under the conditions of powerful modern urban transformation of the city. In addition, for the first time in decades, a retrospective analysis of five Irpin parks was conducted, and the collected material was grouped in one publication, which is important for current and future research. Conclusions. A retrospective analysis of five parks in Irpin was carried out, in particular: Volodymyr Pravyk City Park; Dubky City Park of Culture and Recreation; Victory Park; Mikhail Stelmakh Park; Park of Heroes. The study found that the founding of these parks dates back to the twentieth century, respectively, today they represent a significant historical, socio-cultural and recreational value of the city, continuing to exist fully. However, in the process of adaptation to modern needs of society under the influence of constant urban transformation of the city, currently characterized by significant changes in planning structure and functional zoning, elements of landscaping, the composition of greenery, including cultivated dendroflora. Given these changes, it is extremely important to take care of the preservation of parks (territorial integrity and cultural dendroflora), which can be achieved through the widespread promotion of parks among local residents, reconstruction (fragmentary or complex) to maintain the proper condition of parks and their compliance with the requirements of modern society. As one of the unique destinations in Iran, Abdanan Black Twin Lake attracts many tourists yearly. Among striking features is the presence of minerals, boiling springs, and its beautiful landscape. Human beings are willing to spend money on such natural resources. An economic valuation can be interfered constructively and positively in improving environmental policies. So, quantifying these benefits is of the utmost importance. The paper mainly estimated the tourists' willingness to pay and their recreational value using the contingent valuation method. Random sampling was conducted on 384 people using the two-dimensional double-choice questionnaire in spring 2019. In the Twin Lake Recreational Value Questionnaire, the main questions were devoted to the visitors' willingness to pay, with three bids of 0.07 $, 0.14 $, and 0.22$. Among 384 respondents, 304 (79%) were willing to pay for recreational use of the lake, and 80 respondents (21%) were not. The likelihood, the model's parameters were estimated. The findings indicated the average tourists' willingness to pay for recreational value was estimated at 0.09$ per visit and the recreational value of this lake for each household was estimated at 0.40$. The findings revealed the effect of education, household income, household size and tourists' willingness to pay was significant.

Especially in urban areas, green spaces are important recreational destinations, yet they are often exposed to high levels of traffic noise. Therefore, it should be investigated to what extent the design of green spaces affects the perception of noise within the green spaces. For this purpose, four soundwalks with a total of 34 participants were conducted in the Großer Garten in Dresden, Germany. A range of acoustic and perceptual properties were measured and examined. Furthermore, the green space was characterised with regard to its vegetative design and the visibility of the noise sources, as well as evaluated by the participants with respect to visual impression and appropriateness. The statistical evaluation has shown that the visual impression, the appropriateness and the masking of the noise sources correlate significantly with the perceived loudness and pleasantness - but not with the eventfulness. With regard to vegetation, it was found that the diversity of vegetation correlates significantly with all three parameters of individual noise perception, whereas the quantity of vegetation does not. Thus, it can be said that appealing design, masking of the noise sources and diversity of vegetation reduce individual noise perception and therefore increase the recreational value.

Abstract Hingol National Park (HNP), in Baluchistan, Pakistan, is rich in biodiversity and has a variety of eco-services and marine eco-services. It has dune and mountain habitats that provide a significant environment for wildlife, including amphibians, dolphins, green marine turtles, and migratory birds, but the number of species is declining. HNP faces many problems such as unregulated tourism and lack of a budget to protect and conserve precious wildlife. The study used a negative binomial regression model and a zero-truncated regression model to estimate the visitors’ travel demand and recreational value of the National Park by collecting a sample of 210 respondents.. The study estimated a consumer surplus of USD 270 per person per visit and thus a total annual recreational value of the park at USD 35.11 million. Since the elasticity of demand is low, the study suggests the imposition of an entrance fee of USD 0.86 (PKR 100) that would generate an annual revenue of USD 113,000. It is recommended that both provisional and federal governments should take the necessary steps to maintain and promote heritage tourism in the region by reshaping the national parks for the protection of scarce natural resources and the protection of biodiversity.
