The purpose of this creation is to develop, introduce, the culture or custom of karo marriage in the form of painting. And can implement it in the form of painting so that it can be enjoyed by the community without having to wait for the moment of the Karo traditional wedding directly. The method of creating this work uses the Exploration method, including; idea exploration, concept exploration, form exploration, media exploration, technical exploration, aesthetic exploration and data analysis, namely primary data and secondary data. The embodiment of this work is in the form of paintings with canvas as the main media with sizes ranging from 70 X 90 Cm, 100 X 100 Cm, to 150 x 150 Cm. The creation of this painting is to implement and tell stories about the Karo traditional wedding in North Sumatra. It is hoped that this painting can introduce and become an educational medium for audiences who do not know this custom or culture.  Keywords: Wedding, Karo Culture, Creation Idea, Art, Painting

Abstract Government agencies, globally, strive to minimize the likelihood and frequency of human death and severe injury on road transport systems. From an engineering design standpoint, the minimization of these road accident effects on occupants becomes a critical design goal. This necessitates the quantification and management of injury risks on the human body in response to several vehicular impact variables and their associated uncertainties for different crash scenarios. In this paper, we present a decision-based, robust design framework to quantify and manage the impact-based injury risks on occupants for different computational model-based car crash scenarios. The key functionality offered is the designer's capability to conduct robust concept exploration focused on managing the selected impact variables and associated uncertainties, such that injury risks are controlled within acceptable levels. The framework's efficacy is tested for near-side impact scenarios with impact velocity and angle of impact as the critical variables of interest. Two injury criteria, namely, Head Injury Criterion (HIC) and Lateral Neck Injury Criteria (Lateral Nij), are selected to quantitatively measure the head and neck injury risks in each crash simulation. Using the framework, a robust design problem is formulated to determine the combination of impact variables that best satisfice the injury goals defined. The framework and associated design constructs are generic and support the formulation and decision-based robust concept exploration of similar problems involving models under uncertainty. Our focus in this paper is on the framework rather than the results per se.

This paper demonstrates a concept design methodology for naval SESs that is adapted from modern surface combatant optimization techniques. Similar to current methods, a synthesis model is constructed that uses a variety of discrete and continuous input values to calculate ship characteristics and performance data. The model outputs are generated using a combination of first-principles and exact 3D geometry along with parametrics aggregated from conventional monohulls and SES historical data. A specifically formulated multiobjective genetic algorithm is integrated with the model. The algorithm explores the highly nonlinear and non-convex SES objective space to identify non-dominated design variants. The synthesis model and the associated design space for a patrol boat with a novel SES hullform is detailed. Tradeoffs are evaluated in objective criteria of cost and performance in high-speed littoral operations that include surveillance, reconnaissance, and surface warfare.

The concept of self-regulation appears frequently in nursing literature. Although the concept is well developed in nonnursing theories, its application in nursing has not been explored adequately. Most nursing authors address self-regulation in one of two ways. Some publish findings without a strong theoretical understanding of self-regulation. Others publish studies using a conglomeration of theorists' self-regulatory explanations without properly contextualizing the theoretical elements for nursing practice. For this concept exploration, the authors used Rodgers, B. L. (2005). Developing nursing knowledge: Philosophical traditions and influences. Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins, evolutionary concept analysis method to determine the current use of self-regulation in pediatric nursing literature and trace the concept's recent development, changes, and expansion. This work provides a representation of self-regulation based on existing healthcare studies and suggests steps for concept clarification that could promote accurate use of the concept in future research.

In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted by the consumers who purchasing Huawei mobile phones in China under the social media environment as the test subjects. At present, research on self-congruence with brands is still centered offline, so this research aims to broaden the scope of the self- concept exploration to consider the role of self-congruence with brands in the network, besides, to explore that how social media marketing affects the brand loyalty of customers, and whether it will be affected by self-congruence. At the same time, based on the S-O-R theory, a research framework containing six hypotheses was proposed through this study. All hypotheses were supported after data analysis by using SPSS 25, nevertheless, management implications were proposed based on the research conclusions.
