Forecast of future weather is one of the dominant concerns in today’s era. Several techniques that have been used to forecast future weather are statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning techniques. Forecast of weather can assist in the decision-making process for the prevention of disasters. While forecasting weekly weather can help people, decide and manage their activities and recreational programs it can also help Smart management programs. The accuracy of the Short term ambient forecast conditions is particularly conducive to the development of forecast management strategies. This paper presents an inclusive survey on such methods based on Machine Learning, and Deep Learning Techniques used to predict weather and discusses the applications, types, and problems of the forecasting.

The issue of standards and regulation of training loads in recreational programs is a key challenge in the strategy of physical education for adult people. The aim of the research: to determine permissible values and appropriate methods of the regulation of training loads in recreational exercise programs for women aged 45-65 and older. Research methods and organization. We carried out the research in a rehabilitative group at the Physical Culture Institute. The study involved 65 women aged 45-65 and older with different physical activity experience. We assessed the health status of women in their age group. We used the following research methods: study and analysis of scientific and methodical literature, pulse monitoring, exercise timing, bicycle ergometer test of physical capacity PWC150, pedagogical observation, educational testing. Research results. Identification of training pulse for each participant of the training program is an essential methodical aspect. On the one hand, it makes it possible to individualize exercise loads, and on the other hand - to reveal its adequacy to individual capabilities. We used the Karvonen formula to determine individual permissible values of training loads for the participants. We used exercise timing and heart rate indicators to determine the “pulse value” of specific exercises, their combinations, and the whole training session. We identified the most effective ways to control training loads in recreational programs for adults, which provide the diversification of training program and its adaptation to the abilities of participants. A variety of approaches to load management provides an opportunity for their selection and diversification at different stages of long-term recreational training. Conclusion. Long-term studies of the condition of women aged 45 years and older involved in physical activities revealed that specially developed methods of recreational training, load individualization and the use of appropriate regulation methods provide maintenance of the functional body state and motor abilities even in older people.

Abstract Objective: It is of great importance to identify the talent students in the Scientific Olympiad and pay attention to the upgrade of quality of these competitions. The aim of this study was to explain the Students' experiences about the Scientific Olympiad. This research was a phenomenological qualitative study. Data were collected based on questionnaires (27 students) and semi-structured interviews (13 students) who were selected in the Medical Students' Scientific Olympiad. The analyzing of information was performed using clayze method. Results: Students' experiences were divided into two main themes, including motivating and restrictive factors. Scientific level, planning and implementation and welfare issues were obtained as the three main categories by analyzing data. The participants suggested four holding suggestions, side plans, facilities and the notification results. In conclusions, students' experiences stated that the Medical Students' Scientific Olympiad in Iran is still at an early stage that challenges further the knowledge level. Therefore, it is necessary to design questions with high taxonomy by trained academic facilities. Also, the attention to the side programs, welfare amenities and recreational programs as the motivating factors for participating in these competitions recommend.

Boys dominate youth recreational programs in ways that control the conversation and the physical space, which impedes the ability for girls to participate. This is distressing, given that youth recreational and social programs, for example, those focusing on personal development or on health and well-being, improve girls’ physical and mental health and serve as a protective buffer against negative health outcomes. We conducted a qualitative community-based Participatory Action Research (PAR) project in which we interviewed programmers responsible for social and recreational programs that cater to youth between the ages of 12 and 18 in a region of Southwestern Ontario, Canada. We examined factors influencing girls’ participation through the lens of a modified Bronfenbrenner Ecological Model. The findings were unpacked with a view toward gender equity, particularly focusing on girls’ health and well-being. Based on the findings, we created a knowledge mobilization gender-based toolkit, which, upon implementing, would make the benefits of recreational programming more accessible to girls.

From 1931 until 1986, at the annual Texas Prison Rodeo, incarcerated people performed before massive crowds. In this negotiated space, prison officials, audience members, and imprisoned riders welded together a performance of violent range labor with a discourse of social rehabilitation. Responsible for funding all educational and recreational programs for the incarcerated population of Texas, the rodeo purported to save lives even as it risked them. Prisoner-led reforms in the 1960s and 1970s, however, helped expose the failures of Texas's labor regime, stripping the rodeo of its rehabilitative pretenses and contributing to the eventual demise of prison rodeo in Texas.
