The load on the top of a slope is an important cause of slope failure, and it is of great significance to study the relationship between the load and the stability of the slope. This paper uses elastic theory and Moore Coulomb's theory as transformation conditions to obtain the slope stability coefficient expression under slope top load based on the Swedish slice method. In view of the actual engineering, the corresponding slope model structure was established, and 5 sliding surfaces were set with the crack on the top of the slope as the shear outlet. According to the slope stability coefficient expression, the stability coefficient of the set sliding surface is solved. The result shows that the slope is unstable under the load. The judgment result is consistent with the GEO-STUDIO check calculation result. This method can provide reference for theory and engineering practice.

AbstractBackgroundThis study aimed to understand the status quo of delta checks in Chinese clinical laboratories through a nationwide online survey.MethodsThe survey was divided into two parts. The first part was a general situation survey in which clinical laboratories had to provide information about the laboratories, including delta checks used. In the second part, clinical laboratories were asked to record the delta check alerts generated in their laboratories from June 1st, 2019 to June 30th, 2019.ResultsThe most frequently used analytes in delta checks were potassium (K), glucose (Glu), creatinine (Cre) for clinical chemistry and hemoglobin (Hgb), platelet (PLT) count and white blood cell (WBC) count for clinical hematology. The median maximum time interval between specimens for all analytes was 5 days. The most commonly used delta check calculation modes in Chinese clinical laboratories were percentage change and absolute change. K and Hgb were the analytes most involved in clinical chemistry and clinical hematology delta check alerts. The most common causes of delta check alerts were that the patients had received treatment, which was followed by the change in the patient’s physiological state and interference from hemolysis, lipemia and icterus. The two most common outcomes of delta check alerts were ‘no problems found, standard report issued’ and ‘no problems found, report issued with comment’.ConclusionsThis study was the first nationwide survey of delta checks in China, the results of which help us to understand the current situation of delta checks in Chinese clinical laboratories.

A TrueBeam STx is one of the most technologically advanced linear accelerators forradiotherapy and radiosurgery. The Monte Carlo simulation widely used in many applications in various fields such as nuclear physics, astrophysics, particle physics, and medicine. The Geant4/GATE Monte Carlo toolkit is developed for the simulation in imaging diagnostics, nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, and radiation biology to more accurately predict beam radiation dosimetry. In this work, we present the simulation results of the dosimetric characteristics of a 6 MV photon beam of TrueBeam STx medical LINAC using Monte Carlo Geant4/GATE. The percentage depth dose (PDD), central axis depth dose (Profile) have been simulated and compared with those measured in a water phantom for field sizes 10×10 cm2 via the gamma-index method. These results will permit to check calculation data given by the treatment planning system.

When inspecting in the nuclear power plant, the bolt of the 001/004 pump in Essential Service Water system was found fracture. The bolt in 001 pump had ever fractured before, and it had been replaced. In this paper, the material, microstructure, energy dispersive spectrometry and mechanical check calculation of the bolt are analyzed. The result shows, the bolt breakage is for stress corrosion cracking, the corrosion element is Cl−. When the martensitic stainless steel is in the heat treatment, the temperature is improper control, which causing the Cr element distribution changed. So the ability of material to resist corrosion becomes poor which is the root cause of the bolt fracture.

Driving axle loader is a key component for loader. For the steering drive axle of the QAY125 all terrain crane, the main parameters of the main reduction gears and drive axle housing have been designed and calculated. By adopting the method of optimum matching between engine and transmission system parameters, the ratio of the main reducer is determined by the optimum design. Considering the drive axle housing structure and the force is very complex, in order to ensure the strength of full static strength check calculation of impact load and emergency braking of the three cases, calculations show that the axle strength design can meet the design requirements. The half shaft diameter is calculated by using the maximum torque, when the half shaft diameter is 45mm, the material selection 42CrMo, the half shaft safety factor is 2.09, completely meet the use requirements.

Using some detection tools, we can get arrangement, size, displacement, deformation, etc. And we can sue 3d3s software of Tongji University to check the calculation of bearing capacity. Through calculation and analysis, put forward to the original network frame the whole pre-stressing reinforcement and part of steel reinforcement bar outsourcing way, satisfying the requirements of design and specification, and to avoid the welding process, shorten the construction period, and achieved good social benefits.

This paper based on the interpolation point check calculation process, which uses the movement aixs of the CNC system on the velocity and acceleration components checking , instead of the traditional motion characteristics of the checking calculation. In this way, we can avoid complex NURBS curve derivative computation and simplify the process of the interpolation point calibration. Therefore, it also can ensure the precision of curve machining based on curve, at the same time, the interpolation speed and acceleration control strictly in the scope of the corresponding axis servo system capacity. Whats more, we can ensure that processing does not appear too large shock and vibration at any time.
