Sterilization, which is any process, physical or chemical, that destroys all forms of life, it is used especially to destroy microorganisms, spores, and viruses. Precisely defined, sterilization is the complete destruction of all microorganisms by a suitable chemical agent or by heat, either wet steam. In this review, we discussed about various suitable techniques that used for removing of infectious agents. The heat sterilization can be applied only to the thermostable products, and chemical sterilization is also used for any types of plastic or glass materials that degrade with heat. The Gas sterilization involves exposing equipment to chemical gases in an enclosed heated or pressurized chamber.

The features of the diurnal dynamics of the area of rat hepatocyte nuclei and their ploidy were studied under conditions of a standart (fixed) light regime and constant illumination, as well as under chronic exposure to alcohol in the mentioned light regimes. It has been shown that exposure to alcohol and exposure to constant illumination separately lead to a change in the amplitude-phase characteristics of the circadian rhythm of the nucleus area, while the combined effect of these factors leads to a complete destruction of the rhythm, which indicates a violation of adaptation processes. An increase in the average ploidy of hepatocyte nuclei in chronic alcohol intoxication is also shown, while in animals kept under constant illumination without drinking alcohol, the values of this parameter decrease, which indicates a successful course of the adaptation process. The conducted research indicates that the results of karyometric and ploidometric analysis characterize the degree of influence of alcohol intoxication and changes in the light regime on the liver of rats, reflecting the rate of efficiency of adaptation to these factors.

In 30 June 2020, Dr. Farid Shomali, an architect meditating on current religion debates and human behaviors, was the first person on planet earth to reject the burial of the body in a peer review condensed two pages research paper or manifesto. While people from all thoughts and religions; the educated, the intelligent, the illiterate, even the rich and the broke practiced or witnessed that, in site or in media, from the beginning of creation tell now. His research paper: A man is not a tree will show you why GOD will never say to put people under the ground let alone cremate them, and how burial and cremation are deadly sins since GOD rejected it in his words, and practicing it will lead to complete destruction of Human thoughts and feelings. Then he tries to come up with his best solution. He is calling prohibiting burying and cremation the 11th commandment. The message must be spread to the entire world, so the Author encourages people to include his idea in religion debates, schoolbooks, university books, TVs,  newspapers and manifestoes. Dr. Shomali while waiting for biblical institutions and all other religious institution in the whole world, to justify their position; telling us from where did they get this stupid and wrong idea called “burying” "you don't even bury a pencil, you bury a human!". Which is the most disgusting and stupid idea in the whole world that shows they got it wrong. He ask people to give him the Nobel peace prize for his research paper and if not the Templeton Prize or Pulitzer prize or at least a certificate from all of those recognized institutions and he also asks to announce June 30th 2020 a “no burial and no cremation day”- Note: no co-authors, Institutional or Influencers’ interventions

The strong connection between the Komi and Russian fairy tale traditions has been noted repeatedly, yet research on this issue is clearly insufficient. In this article the author attempts to define the interaction of fairy tales of these neighboring peoples which belong to different linguistic families but which have closely related cultural traditions. Its specific focus is fairy tale SUS number 502 “Copper Forehead.” It examines five Komi variants of the fairy tale that contain all of the significant elements of this plot type. Examination of the Komi material challenges the idea that the laws governing folktales are stable. With the fading of folkloric traditions, there have been changes in fairy tales’ most stable components, their plot and compositional structure. Komi storytellers have introduced changes that transform Komi fairy tales in the direction of “novelization,” turning them to some extent into oral tales of adventure and fantasy. Traditional stories are reinterpreted primarily due to contamination, including bringing folklore tales closer to those from Russian books. At the same time, these normal changes by no means indicate the complete destruction of Komi folklore’s deep traditional basis. The study also demonstrates that Komi storytellers have had a clear notion of traditional fairy-tale patterns and made wide use of them, which has largely contributed to the preservation of the fairy tale as a genre.

The article deals with the contemporary condition of some naturalized and wilded woody plants in the vicinity of Tbilisi: Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm., Cercis siliquastrum L., Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle., Fraxinus ornus L. and the nature of their participation in phytocenoses. The research took place in Tbilisi surrounding, approximately in 20 places. The study revealed that Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm., Cercis siliquastrum L. Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle, Fraxinus ornus L., are distinguished by aggression, and those who have a high coefficient of multiplication, propagate well by seeds and root shoots. Besides, they get well into natural and artificial phytocenoses, and win in competition with local and introduced plants and micro groupings, causing their transformation. It is necessary to limit the spread of these introduced plants, in order to avoid complete destruction of local phytcenoses and decorative plants.

Geomorphological and geological features of the eastern part of Lviv have been analyzed. A new, extremely picturesque and informative tourist, recreational and geo-educational route has been developed, namely “Chatovi Rocks – Vynnykivske Lake –Medova Pechera”, which forms an extension of “Vysokyi Zamok – Chatovi rocks” tourist route. Picturesque relief, exposure of sediments of various ages and genesis, as well as rich archeological monuments occurring along the routecan perform educational, educational, cognitive, ecological, and aesthetic functions. Archaeological memorials, little known to the general public, are extremely valuable, too, because they illustrate the history of populating the city of Lviv and its neighborhood. Mostly inanimate objects located along the route are well accessible for exploration; however, today they are not very popular among Lviv residents. This is primarily due to the lack of proper infrastructure – marked trails, information stands, etc. Anthropogenic impact on the objects located along the proposed route is extremely diverse and large-scale. Some sites (such as Chatovi Rocks and Medova Pechera) are affected heavily, as they are actively used for hiking, mountaineering, etc. Others (for example, Zhupan and Lysivka archeological monuments) virtually do not experience it. The monuments of Mlynivtsi I and II are exposed to the greatest threat, up to complete destruction. They are endangered due to the extensive construction of a new sports and recreation complex, deployed around Vynnykivsky Lake. The refore, the condition of these facilities needs to be monitored continuously. On the other hand, the said complex will open up new prospects for the use of picturesque relief, complex geomorphological and geological structure of the eastern part of Lviv in the future recreational and geo-educational activities. There is no doubt that the new center of attraction, created by the sports and recreation complex, will increase the attendance of Vynnykivsky Forest Park. Therefore, the need to establish appropriate tourist, recreational, geo-educational infrastructure along “Chatovi Rocks – Vynnykivske Lake – Medova Pechera” route is obvious today. Key words: nature-learning and geo-archeological route; Upper Cretaceous marls; Neogene sands and sandstones; woods, travertines; archeological monuments.

The evaluation issues on the aggregate’s extraction on the ecosystem of bodies of water has been considered. The dredgers' impact of various capacities on bodies of water of different capacities have been compared, as well as on food supply change of bodies of water for benthos eater. The research findings have showed the dragger's impact of a higher capacity is bigger on a large body of water than this of a lower capacity on a small body of water. The impact manifests itself in decreasing the number and biomass of macrozoobenthos in the area used for the oil and lubricants extraction and the downstream flow. It has been found that the complete destruction of macrozoobenthos at the site of hydraulic engineering activities has not been detected either in small rivers or in large reservoirs.

To search for signals of the phase transition of matter from the hadronic state to the quarkgluon plasma, interactions with extreme characteristics are studied. The study of the dependence of the average multiplicity on the projectile energy for sulfur and silicon nuclei with energies of 3.7 AGeV, 14 AGeV, and 200 AGeV has been carried out. Experimental data on inelastic interactions with the nuclei of the NIKFI BR2 emulsion obtained at the SPS at CERN and at the Synchrophasotron at JINR. To take into account fluctuations in the initial conditions of the nucleusnucleus interaction, the events were divided into central and peripheral ones. A comparative analysis of the average multiplicity with heavy and light nuclei of the photographic emulsion is presented. The multiplicity increase factor has an almost linear increase in energy (on the logarithmic axis) for all events, except for the central interactions of sulfur nuclei with heavy emulsion nuclei at 200 AGeV. These events are explosive events, which give a flux of secondary particles in a narrow range of average pseudorapidity and significantly shifted towards low values <η>. The analysis of events of complete destruction of the projectile nucleus is presented. Such events are considered as events in which the most favorable conditions are created for the formation of a quarkgluon plasma.

Abstract Crude oil pollution is a serious threat to both humans and agricultural trends in all ramifications. The effects include suffocation of humans, plants and other useful organisms in the polluted area. The resultant effect is that it is cost effective and provides an aerated soil environment for enough nutrient distribution. This research designed an effective reagent that has ability to destroy the crude oil molecules in the soil and reviewed highlights for crude oil molecule conversion into soil nutrient. The formulation is based on the principle of complete destruction or combustion of hydrocarbons (crude oil) molecules. The Reagent is called hydrocarbons polluted area sludge solution. The advantage is that the polluted soil is remediated and it is restored after the application of the reagent, with increase in its original fertility. The reagent was applied on a soil polluted by crude oil around Warri Refinery and the result showed a complete destruction of the sludge molecules. It converted the sludge molecules into organic salt, hydride and water molecules. It was equally used on samples sludge from Ogoni polluted area and the result was successful. The sludge was completely destroyed and converted into organic salts and acids. Soil and water samples around the polluted area analysis result revealed that contaminated soil and water were restored. It has been confirmed that the reagent has the ability to destroy sludge molecules in soil, effectively clean and restore the soil with added fertility.
