Harau is one of the areas with a wealth of flora and has not been fully explored, especially for medicinal plants. This research was carried out in July-September 2020 in Harau, Lima Puluh Kota District, using an exploratory survey by observing the research location. Samples of species in the Asteraceae family were taken  as data,  photos were tken, and samples of plants as herbarium specimens were taken as identification material. Furthermore, a literature review was carried out on this Asteraceae family plant which could  be used as medicinal ingredients. Data analysis was done descriptively. The data obtained was presented in tabular form. Identification of plants of the Asteraceae family found in Harau and species of this family that had the potential for treatment were identified using the identification guide literature. Based on the research conducted, it was found that 28 species in the Harau, Lima Puluh Kota District, with habitus terna, sufrutex, frutex, and liana. The Asteraceae family consisted of only one genus, except for Eupatorium which had three species, and Bidens which had two species.

Fitting of analytic forms to point or triangle sets is central to computer-aided design, manufacturing, reverse engineering, dimensional control, etc. The existing approaches for this fitting assume an input of statistically strong point or triangle sets. In contrast, this manuscript reports the design (and industrial application) of fitting algorithms whose inputs are specifically poor triangular meshes. The analytic forms currently addressed are planes, cones, cylinders and spheres. Our algorithm also extracts the support submesh responsible for the analytic primitive. We implement spatial hashing and boundary representation for a preprocessing sequence. When the submesh supporting the analytic form holds strict C0-continuity at its border, submesh extraction is independent of fitting, and our algorithm is a real-time one. Otherwise, segmentation and fitting are codependent and our algorithm, albeit correct in the analytic form identification, cannot perform in real-time.

Interaction and parasocial relationships are one-way relationships formed through the media. This type of relationship can be seen through various social media accounts owned by celebrities. Fans interactions with their idol celebrities in social media will lead to the formation of positive and negative parasocial relationships. This study was conducted to see how the relationship and parasocial relationship that exists between the fans with the celebrities in social media. Through observation on social media accounts owned by several celebrities in Indonesia, and in-depth interviews conducted with informants; It is known that various comments given by fans is a description of a parasocial interaction. Fans who always comments on every updated information uploaded by their idol, shows a parasocial relationship. This relationship is a picture of emotional attachment from the fans. The interaction and parasocial relationship in social media are closely related to the concept of hyperreality. All things related to a particular celebrity may be rendered artificially, so the fans will eventually form identification of the celebrity with hyperrealitas or reality that is different from the actual reality.

Abstract of a thesis is the brief and accurate representation of the thesis, with the important function of persuading readers to read on the thesis. So how the writer constructs the abstract and wins readers’ recognition is our main focus. On the basis of Burke’s Identification Theory, this paper analyzed 10 abstracts from Nature from content and form perspective respectively. The results show that identifications by sympathy, by antithesis and by inaccuracy are three main content identification strategies and conventional form is the main form identification strategy, which combine together to improve the objectivity and persuasion of abstracts.

Proxies for unobserved skills and technologies are increasingly available in empirical data. For dynamic discrete choice models of forward-looking agents where a continuous state variable is unobserved but its proxy is available, we derive closed-form identification of the structure by explicitly solving integral equations. In the first step, we derive closed-form identification of Markov components, including the conditional choice probabilities and the law of state transition. In the second step, we plug in these first-step identifying formulas to obtain primitive structural parameters of dynamically optimizing agents.
