Harau is one of the areas with a wealth of flora and has not been fully explored, especially for medicinal plants. This research was carried out in July-September 2020 in Harau, Lima Puluh Kota District, using an exploratory survey by observing the research location. Samples of species in the Asteraceae family were taken  as data,  photos were tken, and samples of plants as herbarium specimens were taken as identification material. Furthermore, a literature review was carried out on this Asteraceae family plant which could  be used as medicinal ingredients. Data analysis was done descriptively. The data obtained was presented in tabular form. Identification of plants of the Asteraceae family found in Harau and species of this family that had the potential for treatment were identified using the identification guide literature. Based on the research conducted, it was found that 28 species in the Harau, Lima Puluh Kota District, with habitus terna, sufrutex, frutex, and liana. The Asteraceae family consisted of only one genus, except for Eupatorium which had three species, and Bidens which had two species.

This work reports the results of an exploratory survey conducted among educators and teachers of the educational sector 0-6 in the Municipality of Rome. Due to the lockdown caused by the spread of Covid 19, also in Rome, as in most part of the world, nursery and kindergarten operators have been forced to organize distance didactic, using digital tecnology, to maintain the relationship with children and their families. In order to understand the ways in which they organized distance learning and their opinions on the matter, an online questionnaire was created and submitted. Interesting findings emerged: all the respondents (n=318) put a lot of effort into the design of distance learning approaches even if almost all (except 5) declared that they had no training in the use of digital technologies for educational purposes and never had them previously adopted.   L’uso delle tecnologie digitali per la costruzione di contesti educativi a distanza nel Nido e nella Scuola dell’Infanzia. Una indagine esplorativa.   Questo lavoro riporta gli esiti di un’indagine esplorativa condotta tra gli educatori e i docenti del settore educativo 0-6 del Comune di Roma. A causa della chiusura determinata dalla diffusione del Covid 19, anche a Roma, come nel resto del mondo, le operatrici dei nidi e delle scuole d’infanzia hanno organizzato interventi educativi a distanza, utilizzando le tecnologie digitali, per mantenere la relazione con i bambini e le loro famiglie. Per conoscere le modalità, le tecnologie adottate e le loro opinioni in merito, è stato costruito un questionario distribuito online. Sono emerse questioni interessanti: tutte le rispondenti (n=318) hanno posto molto impegno nella progettazione di interventi didattici a distanza anche se la quasi totalità (eccetto 5) ha dichiarato di non avere alcuna formazione nell’uso delle tecnologie digitali a scopo educativo e di non averle mai adottate in precedenza.

<strong>Abstrak</strong><p>Pesan kesehatan kini bisa ditemukan di berbagai media, termasuk media sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alasan dan tingkat kepuasan yang dicapai oleh pengguna media (followers) ibu hamil @Temanbumil. 10 konten IGTV @Temanbumil yang memiliki viewer, like dan komen atau respon yang cukup banyak dari para followers @Temanbumil. Beberapa IGTV @Temanbumil tersebut memiliki 30.000–70.000 Viewers, 1.000–3.200 likes, beberapa komentar positif dan respon dari para followers @Temanbumil (pada tanggal 4/4/2020). Penelitian ini menggunakan teori <em>uses and gratification</em>. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode survey eksplanatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu <em>purposive sampling</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motif di balik pengguna media IGTV @Temanbumil adalah kepuasan informasi dan bahwa pengguna media ibu hamil mendapat tingkat kepuasan tertinggi. IGTV @Temanbumil bisa memuaskan pengguna media ibu hamil. Informasi, identitas pribadi, integrasi sosial dan keterlibatan, dan hiburan adalah empat kategori. Kemudian untuk motif penelitian yaitu pengetahuan 3,55, identitas pribadi 3,31, kenikmatan 3,18, dan motif integrasi dan interaksi sosial 2,98 diperoleh hasil urutan. Motivasi informasi merupakan variabel yang paling kuat dan bernilai paling tinggi dalam variabel motif. Dalam situasi ini, informasi mendesak ibu hamil untuk mengikuti akun Instagram yang berfokus pada kehamilan IGTV @Temanbumil. Kesimpulannya bahwa motif dan kepuasan pengguna media berhubungan dengan IGTV @Temanbumil yang membahas tentang kesehatan kehamilan kategori tinggi.</p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em><em><strong>Abstract</strong><br /></em></em></p><p><em><em>Health messages can now be found in various media, including social media. This study aimed to find out the reasons and the level of satisfaction achieved by media users (followers) pregnant women @Temanbumil. Ten @Temanbumil IGTV content with many views, likes, comments, or responses from @Temanbumil followers. Some of @Temanbumil's IGTVs have 30,000–70,000 Viewers, 1,000–3,200 likes, some positive comments and responses from @Temanbumil followers (on 4/4/2020). This study uses the uses and gratification theory. The paradigm used is positivistic with a quantitative approach. The method used is the explanatory exploratory survey method with the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the motive behind @Temanbumil's IGTV media users was information satisfaction and that pregnant women media users got the highest level of satisfaction. Therefore, IGTV @Temanbumil can satisfy media users for pregnant women. Information, personal identity, social integration and engagement, and entertainment are the four categories. Then, the results obtained are sequences for the research motives, namely knowledge 3.55, personal identity 3.31, enjoyment 3.18, and the motive for integration and social interaction 2.98. Information motivation is the most potent variable and has the highest value in the motive variable. In this situation, information urges pregnant women to follow the Instagram account that focuses on pregnancy IGTV @Temanbumil. The conclusion is that the motives and satisfaction of media users are related to IGTV @Temanbumil, which discusses the high category of pregnancy health</em></em></p>

Cognitive disabilities include a diversity of conditions related to cognitive functions, such as reading, understanding, learning, solving problems, memorization and speaking. They differ largely from each other, making them a heterogeneous complex set of disabilities. Although the awareness about cognitive disabilities has been increasing in the last few years, it is still less than necessary compared to other disabilities. The need for an investigation about this issue is part of the agenda of the Challenge 2 (Accessibility and Digital Inclusion) from GranDIHC-Br. This paper describes the results of an online exploratory survey conducted with 105 web development professionals from different sectors to understand their knowledge and barriers regarding accessibility for people with cognitive disabilities. The results evidenced three biases that potentially prevent those professionals from approaching cogni-tive disabilities: strong organizational barriers; difficulty to understand user needs related to cognitive disabilities; a knowledge gap about web accessibility principles and guidelines. Our results confirmed that web development professionals are unaware about cognitive disabilities mostly by a lack of knowledge about them, even if they understand web accessibility in a technical level. Therefore, we suggest that applied research studies focus on how to fill this knowledge gap before providing tools, artifacts or frameworks.

This article deals with the impact on customer loyalty through the implementation of customer co-creation campaigns in the beauty industry, also referred to as the cosmetic industry; while additionally featuring central points that add to the ability and willingness of a customer to partake in these co-creation campaigns. Co-creation refers to the practice deviced by organizations to team up with their stakeholders during the planning, advancing, and implementing stages of their products and services. “It replaces the hierarchical approach to management and the linear approach to innovation, affording all stakeholders the possibility to influence and bring forth meaningful and relevant solutions in a collaborative environment” (Kirah, A 2009). An exploratory survey was conducted to collect data from 229 respondents, through questionnaires. All the respondents were users of cosmetic products, irrespective of gender; living in the cities of Bangalore and Mysore. Mean, Standard Deviation, Correlation and Factor Analysis were used to analyse the acquired data, and study the outcomes. The findings of the study suggest that the customer co-creation campaigns have a favorable impact on customer loyalty, ultimately resulting in higher customer retention rates. The study also confirms various factors contributing to a customer’s participation in the co-creation campaign.

Abstract Each year family caregivers provide care and services worth billions of dollars to support the needs of older Americans. Their support is invaluable to keep individuals in the community for as long as possible and to allow individuals to attain and maintain their highest practicable level of well-being. But what impact does caregiving have on one’s health? Does caregiver health decline with the assumption of caregiving duties? Did caregiver health change during the pandemic? If so, how and what factors are associated with declines in caregiver health? To answer these questions, an exploratory survey was conducted among a convenience sample of 195 family caregiver. Almost a third of those sampled reported excellent or very good health, while 44% reported good health, and almost a quarter reported poor or fair health. Forty-eight percent reported their health had declined since they assumed caregiving duties and 29% reported their health had declined during the pandemic. Employed caregivers and those experiencing less depression/anxiety reported better health. Those experiencing a decline in health with caregiving were more likely to be female, not employed, experienced more stress and more depression/anxiety. Those experiencing a decline in health during the pandemic reported less spirituality, greater attachment related avoidance, and greater depression/anxiety. Findings from this research can be used to inform future research on the effect of the pandemic on family caregiving and to plan interventions to protect caregiver health as they provide vital services to maintain individuals in the community for as long as possible.
