Professional training is part of the professional development and lifelong learning process of an individual. The teacher in the classroom has very complex tasks and great responsibility in the upbringing and education of future generations in every society, and lifelong professional development is especially important. Therefore, the research aims to determine the level of teachers' self-assessment of professional development for teaching music culture, ie in the field of music theory and pedagogy. A sample of 365 teachers from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina used the Likert-type scale, within which the respondents expressed their assessments of the forms, areas, and reasons for professional development for teaching music culture. The research results indicate that teachers highly prefer various forms of professional development. They express the need for professional development in the fields of playing and creativity, and the most pronounced reasons for professional development are the need to maintain musical competencies that are lost over time. Based on the research findings, the authors give recommendations regarding possible directions and ways of professional development of teachers in the field of music theory and pedagogy, ie. for teaching music culture.

Partial least squares (PLS) offers multiple advantages as a composite-based structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. PLS enables scholars to examine the measurement model and structural model simultaneously and often requires fewer assumptions than factor-based SEM techniques. For these reasons and more, PLS offers great power for researchers who wish to use a SEM-based approach to evaluate a research model. However, with the great power of PLS also comes great responsibility. Scholars should determine if PLS is appropriate to use within their context, and scholars should explain their rationale for employing PLS for data analysis. Recognizing the power and responsibility associated with PLS is important since many scholars have called for an abandonment of PLS within the information systems discipline and beyond. We reviewed articles from four premier journals within the information systems field from 2017-2020 that use PLS as an analysis technique. Based on this review, we identify recommendations for scholars seeking to embrace the power and responsibility of using composite-based SEM to analyze research models.

Abstrack: This article will discuss the role or position of a women in the life of the Church. Often found sentences that men are higher in terms of power that women. But in the Bible many examples can be explored regarding eduality between men and women before God, one thing is certain that God makes differences between men and women in terms of leadership. Women are not weak creatures, but because of a lack of self-confidence so that women do not stand out in terms of leadership in church life, men and women are equal before God because they are given a great responsibility by God to care for the earth and the whole world, it contains God has appointed men to be leaders for women long ago, at the time of creation, in the Christian family, also in the life of the church. But that does not mean that women are slaves to men.

Flow cytometry is a powerful technology used in research, drug development and clinical sample analysis for cell identification and characterization, allowing for the simultaneous interrogation of multiple targets on various cell subsets from limited samples. Recent advancements in instrumentation and fluorochrome availability have resulted in significant increases in the complexity and dimensionality of flow cytometry panels. Though this increase in panel size allows for detection of a broader range of markers and sub-populations, even in restricted biological samples, it also comes with many challenges in panel design, optimization, and downstream data analysis and interpretation. In the current paper we describe the practices we established for development of high-dimensional panels on the Aurora spectral flow cytometer to aid clinical sample analysis.

In the 1920s-1930s, the political struggle in the USSR at the Politburo was closely linked with historical science. The search for “crimes” against the Communist Party that Bolshevik leaders had committed in the past became an important lever for obtaining political dividends in the contemporaneity. In this regard, the history of the Revolution was given special attention, and specialists in this field took on a great responsibility, often without even realising it. In the historiography of Soviet science, considerable attention is paid to the formation of the canon of the history of the Bolshevik Party, crowned by the Short Course of 1938. The author continues to study this topic from a different angle. The article aims to answer the question of how, under the conditions of the gradual establishment of the Stalinist vision of history, Stalin’s recent opponents existed – historians participating in Grigory Zinoviev’s opposition and the so-called United Opposition in 1925-1928. At the same time, it describes how they themselves used historical publications in the political struggle, as well as their direct participation in campaigning against Joseph Stalin’s and Nikolai Bukharin’s course. An important milestone was the publication of Stalin's letter to «Proletarian Revolution» newspaper, which, in addition to changing trends in historiography, also led to repression against former Trotskyists working in the humanities.

‘ No thi ng Ch an ge s i f No t hi ng Ch an ge s’ Treating a case of full mouth rehabilitation has remained a challenge till date. Dentistry has witnessed many advancements in terms of material science, technology and treatment procedures. What has not evolved is the thought process of application of these newer methods and technology. Any treatment procedure performed on a patient is not a straightforward mathematical calculation which can be implemented in a specified manner. Clinical processes, especially a case of full mouth rehabilitation requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the stomatognathic system. The word rehabilitation in itself conveys responsibility. A lot is involved at both the ends - the receiver (patient) and the donor (the rehabilitation specialist). The oxford dictionary defines rehabilitation as ‘The action of restoring someone to health or normal life through training and therapy after imprisonment, addiction, or illness.’ 1 It is a great responsibility on restoring dentist to bring the abnormal and compromised oral functions back on track. The multidisciplinary dimension of the treatment cannot be ignored. Although the culmination of an elaborate treatment is by a restoring specialist which happens to be prosthodontist most of the time, other specialists such as endodontist, periodontist, oral surgeon, orthodontist and an oral radiologist play a significant role throughout the planning and execution. It is advisable to seek expert opinion and include specialty procedures whenever deemed necessary.

The intensification of the process of depopulation of the population in Russia, the demographic crisis, exacerbated by the pandemic, actualize the importance of the sociological analysis of reproductive behavior “childfree”, especially considering this from the point of view of the prospects of social and family policy of the state. Childfree is interpreted as a voluntary refusal of individuals, married couples from childbearing. According to the results of an empirical study by the method of questioning Saratov youth (the volume of the quota sample was 486 respondents), it is shown that the modern transformation of reproductive relations and parenthood in modern society has led to the fact that voluntary childlessness is not considered as a social deviation and does not act as a basis for conflict in society. The sexual, gender characteristics of young childfree adherents are analyzed. Objective factors (high level of education, median income, nonreligiosity) that contribute to the development of this strategy are revealed. For them, cohabitation and celibacy act as the most comfortable ways of organizing everyday life, although they do not deny the traditional form of marriage. In a pregnancy situation, they are prone to abortion. Children in the representations of childfree supporters are associated primarily with difficulty, fear, loss of freedom, forced denial of material comfort, risk, suffering. Hostility to the children was not revealed. Most of all, they are frightened by great responsibility (91.9%), which demonstrates not so much selfishness as fears of being untenable in this regard
