Since the nineties, cultural tourism is considered as a form of tourism that is carried out by groups of people or institutions, whose main motive is the fulfillment of an interest and knowledge more on the culture, the history and the heritage of the chosen destination. The city of Constantine, located in northeastern Algeria, is one of the oldest cities in the Mediterranean basin. It was elected "Capital of Arab Culture 2015" due to its history, cultural and architectural heritage. The aim of this study is to examine the influences of cultural tourism on local development, to highlight the perception of local actors' roles in the development of tourism and to determine their involvement in the preservation of Constantine's cultural heritage to achieve a development model of cultural tourism in Constantine. This study is based on a literature review and field surveys, the type of questionnaire includes different types of questions: open questions, Likert scale questions and multiple choice qualitative questions. A manual processing of the data was performed using the mean and standard deviation calculation. The results of this study reveal a misunderstanding of cultural tourism among local residents hence the need to develop a model of categorization of the objectives of the study (SPIP) which proposes four key principles for the development of local cultural tourism in the city of Constantine. However, unless the proposed model elements are incorporated, cultural tourism in this city would never emerge.

One of the deep and painful involuntary contractions of skeletal muscle is muscle cramp which takes place during various other conditions. The origin for the cramps that occur during or soon after exercise and the appropriate remedies continue to prove uncertain. Soon after an implant process and forceful workout, past voluntary dehydration cramps occur at many sections. The process of identifying the type of cramp is time consuming and treatment process to cramps is also quite tedious. If not treated at the right time, Muscle cramps may cause vigorous side effects and worsening in day to day physiological activities. The main motive of this vest is to locate and identify the cramp and alert so that further injury can be detected. It would also be helpful in preventing the person from further muscular cramps and other complications. EMG signals which are obtained from adhesive electrodes are amplified by using IC741 (op-amp) with instrumentation amplifier configuration.LM35 temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature at specified locations. Wherever the cramp occurring possibilities are high. Flex sensor is used to identify the abnormal contraction and relaxation muscles in upper limbs. The three input bio potential signals are fed to the micro controller (Arduino UNO). The main objective of this system is to provide a comfortable vest which would monitor the cramps occurring in athletes whenever it occurs. Therefore with the help of this wearable device muscle cramps occurring at upper limbs can be detected and further injuries, complications such as fractures can be reduced.

The article examines the GDR Trilogy by Fritz Kater as a dramatic collage, characterized by the multiplicity and heterogeneity of its constituent elements, re-coding the meanings of each fragment in the context of the whole, synthesis of various dramatic and epic techniques, elements of music, painting and other types of arts. The relations of connection, repulsion, parallelism, contrast that arise between the scenes in the context of the trilogy are traced. The authors strategy of constructing an auditory image in the play is described. On the example of the first of the plays Vineta or Vodomania / Vineta or Oderwassersucht, 2001), the author analyzes the sound score written in the authors remarks, emphasizing the division of the piece into two parts according to the principle of the golden section. The motive analysis used in the article shows how the extra-musical sound palette of the play, built in the spirit of John Cage, reveals and enhances the motive of loss the main motive of the first movement, and the silence that occurred in the last scenes helps to highlight the shame-motive that arises in them. Musical fragments of the play are associated with the mythological image of the sunken city, the lost paradise, the flourishing Vineta.

For the first time in the practice of creating regional specially protected natural areas in the Murmansk region, a socio-anthropological study was carried out. The purpose of the investigation was to study the attitude of residents of a rural settlement to the creation of a natural park in the context of sustainable tourism development in a remote area. The main component of this strategy is the interaction of all parties interested in the comfortable development of tourism in settlements. In the article, based on the classifications proposed by Urry and Cohen, the views of the local population were analyzed and the types of Teriberka visitors were identified. The predominant kind of tourist in Teriberka is romantic. That solitary traveler represents an individualistic-oriented person the main motive of travel of which is admiring natural objects. This kind of tourist is complemented by the individual mass tourist traveling alone or with a group of travelers who already know each other. Based on the results we are able to assume that indigenous people are tolerant towards tourists and are not against the development of tourist activities in the village. The attitude of the local population for tourists visiting these territories was revealed, the main problems of the settlements were determined. The main of these are an abundance of garbage, a lack of toilets, a lack of control of inappropriate behavior of visitors; environmental pollution; damage to nature, etc. The study has shown that most of the local residents reacted positively to the idea of creating a natural park. Most part of the respondents agrees with the opinion that the creation of a natural park will help preserve the natural and cultural heritage of this unique historical settlement.
