We emphasized that there were many factors (both internal and external) that should be taken into consideration while we were engaged in the teaching process. Under “the internal factors” we mean factors which are inside the classroom. They are: Effective instructions. In this way we mean teaching practice due to the attention to individuals of pupils leading well-planned instructions, which tend to enhance a great order and effective process of studying. Setting and implementing rules. In this case the goal is to achieve maximum result of learning within minimum of time. Feedback according to appropriate behavior. It is a good point to remember that praise of behavior would be more effective if it was linked with well-planned and well-done performance. Emphasizing on classroom environment. Well-managed classrooms will increase pupils’ desire to study in such supportive learning environment. The best teacher’s Approach. The best way to teach pupils is to develop their activity that lets them to create the rules, instead of telling the schoolchildren what the rules are. Disabilities. If one pupil has a disability to study this subject, the teacher may need to spend more one-on-one time with this pupil or allow the development of technician to provide the activities with him/her. It was shown that external factors were these ones that were outside the classroom. In this way they affect classroom management, such as: planning, developing teacher’s personality, organizing parent-teacher meetings and emphasizing on psychological factors.

Dengue is a major threat to public health globally. While point-of-care diagnosis of acute/recent dengue is available to reduce its mortality, a lack of rapid and accurate testing for the detection of previous dengue remains a hurdle in expanding dengue seroepidemiological surveys to inform its prevention, especially vaccination, to reduce dengue morbidity. This study evaluated ViroTrack Dengue Serostate, a biosensors-based semi-quantitative anti-dengue IgG (immunoglobulin G) immuno-magnetic agglutination assay for the diagnosis of previous and recent dengue in a single test. Blood samples were obtained from 484 healthy participants recruited randomly from two communities in Petaling district, Selangor, Malaysia. The reference tests were Panbio Dengue IgG indirect and capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, in-house hemagglutination inhibition assay, and focus reduction neutralization test. Dengue Serostate had a sensitivity and specificity of 91.1% (95%CI 87.8–93.8) and 91.1% (95%CI 83.8–95.8) for the diagnosis of previous dengue, and 90.2% (95%CI 76.9–97.3) and 93.2% (95%CI 90.5–95.4) for the diagnosis of recent dengue, respectively. Its positive predictive value of 97.5% (95%CI 95.3–98.8) would prevent most dengue-naïve individuals from being vaccinated. ViroTrack Dengue Serostate’s good point-of-care diagnostic accuracy can ease the conduct of dengue serosurveys to inform dengue vaccination strategy and facilitate pre-vaccination screening to ensure safety.

WHO in 2019 established the Advisory Committee on Developing Global Standards for Governance and Oversight of Human Genome Editing, which has recently published a Draft Governance Framework on Human Genome Editing. Although the Draft Framework is a good point of departure, there are four areas of concern: first, it does not sufficiently address issues related to establishing safety and efficacy. Second, issues that are a source of tension between global standard setting and state sovereignty need to be addressed in a more nuanced fashion. Third, it fails to meaningfully engage with the extent to which the conceptualisation of human dignity may justifiably vary between jurisdictions. Fourth, the meaning of harm to the interests of a future person requires clarity. Provided these four areas of concern can be addressed, the future of the global governance of human genome editing may hold promise.

Abstract Symbiotic organisms search (SOS) algorithm is a nature-inspired meta-heuristic algorithm, which has been successfully applied to solve a large number of problems of different areas. In this work, a novel modified variant of SOS with a memory strategy and good-point set (GMSOS) is proposed to improve the properties of exploration and exploitation. For improving the population diversity and the search capability of the SOS algorithm, the good point set theory rather than random selection is used to generate the initial population, and the memory strategy is adopted in three phases of the SOS algorithm, which aims at maintaining the trade-off between exploration and exploitation effectively, and preventing the current best solution from getting trapped into local optima. The performance of the proposed version of SOS is tested on standard benchmark functions with different characteristics and real-world problems. The numerical and statistical results on these applications demonstrate the competitive ability of the proposed algorithm as compared to other popular algorithms available in the literature.

The nomadic mode of life among Buryats no longer exists. It was devastated in the epoch of the Soviet Union by forced sedentarization and collectivization. However, the figure of the nomad is still present in the various arts. Contemporarily, the figure of the nomad has started to appear in pop culture. In this research article, I will prove the nomad i as a reference point for constructing a new urban identity among Buryats. I will focus mainly on lyrics, primarily in rap songs, because hip-hop is comprehended as urban phenomena. The challenge of revitalizing Buryat collective identity requires finding new symbols, that strongly impact on the people and allow them to self-identify with it. The Nomad, man of the steppe, fulfils these conditions. It connects past with present and demonstrates the Buryat affiliation to the Mongol Civilization. Additionally, everyone can be a nomad, contrary to national heroes who have defined personalities. Therefore, it is a good point of reference. The modern nomad is an effect of forming new Buryat identity in urban condition.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology has brought a significant change to academic institution, especially to higher education. Almost all of Indonesia higher education has adopted the information technology as a learning media. Academic Information System is one of the technologies that adopted for academic purposes. However, there are still many gaps in developing and implementing the system. This research aims to build a conceptual framework that can measure the quality based on its functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability and portability where all this element is exist in ISO 9126 as our guide for measuring the quality. We use a questionnaire and interview the stakeholders to collect data. The attributes in the questionnaire will used as a guidance to build a baseline framework. We hope this will be a good proposed model that can be a main reference for academic and other related units. The result shows that all system characteristic has a good point based on ISO 9126.

The paper argues that there exists a contradiction between access to justice and public interest. It substantiates this claim by reviewing selected arguments for access to justice and by referring to empirical evidence. The contradiction is then interpreted using a sociological theory of law, which enables establishing the structural reasons for such a clash. In order to reconcile access to justice with the public interest, the legal system must develop the semantics allowing for a better understanding of social inclusion conditions. In particular, the legal system must finally do away with pre-modern charity-oriented concept of access to justice, be able to grasp access to justice in its totality and reflect on conditions of legal inclusion. If it fails to do that, it is doomed to reproduce the conflict. The concept of access to justice developed by Cappelletti and others in the 1970s is a good point of departure here, but it is by far insufficient.
