The hot isostatic pressing (HIP) technology is considered on the example of making of compacts made of VZh159 powder. It is shown that powders with fractional composition of –70 +25 µm, bulk density of 3.77 g/cm3 , fl uidity of 2.3 g/s, specifi c surface of 446 cm2 /g, and average Fischer particle size of 16 µm are prone to sorbed gases. Gases on the surface of the powder body as result of the HIP cycle can form non-metallic inclusions that reduce the properties of the compact. To effectively remove gases, vacuum heat treatment is used: degassing. It is established that the structure of HIP-compacts after two- or four-stage ageing has fi ner grain (point 9) compared to the cast alloy (point 7).The mechanical properties of the compacts obtained made of VZh159 power exceed the correspointing requirements of the standard process documentation for ultimate strength by 21...22 % and elongation by 36...45 %.

In this study, compressive strength values were measured at different curing times(7,14 and 28 days).The alkali-activation of the brick and glass powder body with potassium water glass having a silicate modulus of 3. Compressive strengths, flexural strength and specific fracture energy of the specimens stored at 40° C and 60° C are evaluated at 28-days. The study demonstrates that the storage temperature of specimens and the content of the alkaline solution have a significant influence on all mechanical properties of the studied materials. Dense Y3+-dopted α-SiAlON/BN composition ceramics was fabricated by hot pressing at 1900 °C for 60 min, and flextural strength at room and 1000 °C was investigated through three-point bending test. The results show that h-BN contribute to the densification of powder body, but h-BN have little affect on the key temperature region of sintering densification of α-SiAlON ceramics. When content of BN is lower, which didn’t affect on the phase transformation of α-SiAlON, but when content of BN is higher, besides of major phase α-SiAlON, a little of β-SiAlON was also formed. For the α-SiAlON/BN composite ceramics content of 20 wt.% h-BN, the higer flexural strength( room-temperature and 1000 °C) were abtained, the formation of β-SiAlON should be an important resonon for the higher strentgh, more important is , whose flexural strength at 1000 °C is higher 50 MPa than at room temperature, the differnce of thermal properties between SiAlON and BN should contribute to the improve of high-temperature flextural strength.

This study took orthogonal experimental design method to study the use of amino-silane modified microcrystalline muscovite process, and by viscosity, modified powder / PVC composite mechanical testing to characterize the effects of the modification. The results showed that: modified microcrystalline muscovite powder could improve processing rheological property of the powder / organic hybrid system remarkably, the processing rheology has a good effect of further improving filling amount of the powder in organic media, and allows powder Body / PVC composite impact strength, bending strength and tensile strength to get a certain degree of improvement.

Concrete mortar powder body composition and the body of thick liquid to compound method, have analysed difference, match the property that takes off mortar than condition , have reached the best mortar that is more practical than project practice to compound method. The mortar that made can be applied extensively in project field.
