At present, the allocation efficiency of regional scientific and technological resources is low, and there are few research studies on social equity and economic efficiency. Therefore, this paper puts forward the allocation method of regional scientific and technological resources based on rationality. With the support of rationality perspective, the evaluation model of reform path of regional scientific and technological resource allocation is constructed to analyze the economic benefits and equity benefits of regional scientific and technological resource allocation. According to the principle of optimum allocation of regional science and technology resources, three-dimensional structure is constructed to maximize national investment and benefit and determine the optimal Pareto of resource allocation to measure the efficiency of resource allocation. The evaluation index system of the reform path of resource allocation is constructed by selecting the evaluation index of the reform path of resource allocation. The benchmark platform of big data was selected to generate data sets to be processed, and the spark on yam platform was used to submit jobs and generate spark job running data sets. The operation performance prediction model was established to optimize the configuration parameters of regional science and technology resources. The analysis results show that the designed method has high configuration capability and good effectiveness.

ABSTRACT: On-farm culturing is a technology booming in Brazil. It is based on the microbiological diagnosis of milk samples collected from clinical cases of bovine mastitis, on the farm where the animals are handled, quickly, simply, and at an affordable cost. With this resource, after 24 h of incubation, the isolated microorganisms are classified as gram positive or gram negative, helping to make decisions regarding the therapy of the animals. Considering the relevance of the Midwestern region of Santa Catarina State in the national dairy production scenario, the objectives of the study were: 1) to promote the technical training of the farmers in three dairy farms located in Treze Tílias-SC, 2) to assist in the implementation and evaluation of on-farm culturing as technological resource viewing the reduced use of antimicrobials in herds. In addition to the rapid acceptance by the farmers and their efficient training, with the use of the technology, there was a 45-50% reduction in the use of antimicrobials in dairy herds. This result demonstrated a significant effect on animal health, and determines an important cost reduction for farmers, as presented in detail in this manuscript.

The use of mobile devices, especially smartphones, is widespread across all social strata and age groups, helping to ensure faster access from anywhere, data collection, and more regular and frequent control to aid urban, environmental, and social management. In this scenario, the entertainment industry has benefited from this powerful individual technological resource in cultural and sporting events. In this way, this work presents a proposal for interaction and engagement in entertainment events in a more prosperous and more technological way, through the development of a collaborative and competitive mobile-web crowd game, intended for enhancing interaction between the crowd and as a unified group, whether physically co-located or online. The application, called Bumbometer, uses motion sensors during an interactive dynamic with the crowd applying concepts from Mobile Crowd Sensing and User eXperience. We conducted two experimental studies to evaluate the proposed technology, the first in a real scenario of a folk cultural festival and the second in a controlled environment, simulating an event considering a scenario in which users were geographically distant. The results indicate that people feel immersed and engaged during the interaction through the proposed game, which reinforces the statement that the game meets an increasingly growing need to use technologies to ensure more significant interaction and audience immersion at crowd entertainment events, a creative and far-reaching form.

Abstract Introduction Orthognathic surgeries require the use of surgical splints (SS) to stabilize the occlusion and the segments fixed with plates and screws. Technological advances in the field of computing and the possibility of generating three-dimensional (3D) images have brought different possibilities for making SS, which has generated greater predictability and customization of surgical plans. The bibliometric study can have a qualitative character through the scope of articles in a certain area of knowledge. It is a selection process that can track a topic or scientific production. Methods The present study aimed to carry out a bibliometric literature review, in order to assess the evolution of the use of SS and the different planning protocols in orthognathic surgery. The Scopus database was used, with the terms “splint” and “orthognathic surgery.” Results A total of 331 articles were found. These were exported to Rayyan for application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria and selection of articles. A total of 76 references were selected and exported to the VOSviewer application for the analysis of bibliometric data. Conclusions Orthognathic surgery was initially not associated with any computerized technological resource; however, it underwent updates between the years 2010 to 2012. These advances allowed surgical planning to become faster, cheaper, and more accurate.

The objective of this study was to verify the influence of digital videos, using the Edpuzzle tool, on the performance of accounting students. This technological resource was used in four subjects of the Accounting Science Course through the students cell phones. The research used a quantitative approach, with the participation of 164 students. The study consisted of a quasi-experiment, with two tests being applied, called pre-test and post-test, in order to compare the performance between the control and experimental groups. The statistical results indicated that there were no significant differences between the groups, similar information was obtained when crossing between the pre-test and post-test scores. The findings, despite not confirming the hypothesis of improvement in academic performance with the use of technology and, especially the videos conducted in Edpuzzle, suggest that there was significant motivation and satisfaction on the part of students in carrying out the requested tasks. Considering the limitations of the research, specifically in relation to the context and the period of application, it can be said that its main contribution was the perception that the use of a certain technology in the classroom, by itself, does not improve performance and that more studies are needed with different methodological approaches and in extended periods and samples.
