As a unique device of railway networks, the normal operation of switch machines involves railway safe and efficient operation. Predictive maintenance becomes the focus of the switch machine. Aiming at the low accuracy of the prediction state and the difficulty in state visualization, the paper proposes a predictive maintenance model for switch machines based on Digital Twins (DT). It constructs a DT model for the switch machine, which contains a behavior model and a rule model. The behavior model is a high-fidelity visual model. The rule model is a high-precision prediction model, which is combined with long short-term memory (LSTM) and autoregressive Integrated Moving Average model (ARIMA). Experiment results show that the model can be more intuitive with higher prediction accuracy and better applicability. The proposed DT approach is potentially practical, providing a promising idea for switching machines in predictive maintenance.

Abstract Existing research on automated database operation and maintenance for the electrical industry mainly focuses on distributed and cloud platforms, and there is a lack of traditional large-scale database intelligent operation and maintenance research. This paper designs an overall operation and maintenance model framework of “intelligent perception-intelligent decision-intelligent execution”, and proposes feasible implementation plans, including: (1) Use the prophet time series forecasting model to perceive and predict important database performance indicators, and dynamically adjust the threshold of each performance indicator according to the predicted value; (2) Perform correlation analysis on abnormal indicators through the association rule model to construct “Indicators”->Operation” optimized combination operation strategy library for intelligent decision making; (3) According to the intelligent decision library, automatically restrict the associated operations under abnormal conditions to ensure the normal operation of the service and realize intelligent execution.

The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific approaches to determining the constitutional and legal status of a person. The specifics of the norm of the constitutional law of Ukraine in the context of enshrining in it the basic provisions of the constitutional and legal status of a person and a citizen are revealed. It is determined that the primary and one of the most important elements of the system of constitutional law of Ukraine is the constitutional law (from the Latin norma - rule, model). The norms of constitutional law as components of the system of constitutional law of Ukraine in their entirety reflect the essence and content of this branch of law. Given this, they are sometimes compared with cells, as the basis of any living organism, biological system. The content of the legal status of man is determined by all the norms and relations governed by them that arise between the state and man in connection with its actual place in the socio-economic, political and spiritual-moral life of our society. These relations are very diverse, they cover various aspects of life and therefore are governed by the rules of not one, but almost all branches of law. At the same time, constitutional norms play a special role here. Due to their general regulatory nature, they outline the position of citizens not in any one area of activity, but in its main areas. At the same time, they establish only the most essential, fundamental relations between the state and its citizens in connection with their place in the management of public and state affairs, leaving detailed regulation of such relations to the norms of other industries.

In this work, we study the opinion dynamics of majority-rule model on a complete graph with additional social behavior namely anticonformity. We consider four spins with three-one interaction; three spins persuade the fourth spin in the population. We perform analytical and numerical calculations to find the critical behavior of the system. From both, we obtained the agreement results, e.g. the system undergoes a second-order phase transition and the critical point of the system only depends on the population number. In addition, the critical point decays exponentially as the number population increases. For the infinite population, the obtained critical point is [Formula: see text], which agrees well with that of the previous work. We also obtained the critical exponents [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] of the model, thus, the model is in the same universality class with the mean-field Ising.

Coccoliths are calcite platelets produced inside coccolithophore cells and extruded to form a covering on the cell surface called a coccosphere. The size of coccoliths is an important parameter often used to identify species, and observations on extant species have shown an influence of abiotic parameters (e.g., CO2, light, nutrient concentration) on coccolith size. However, the sometimes large range of coccolith sizes occurring within a single coccosphere questions the mechanisms controlling coccolith size. A link was previously shown between cell/coccosphere size and coccolith size called the “coccolithophore size rule”. In this study, we query the mechanisms controlling the size of a coccolith during coccolithogenesis. Two working hypotheses are formulated: (1) coccolith size is smaller than cell diameter, and (2) coccolithogenesis mainly occurs during a specific growth phase (G1 interphase). We propose two numerical models (each with two variants) to test the constraining effect of these hypotheses on coccolith size distribution within a population. Neither model can accurately reproduce the size distribution of an empirical coccolith population, indicating that additional factors likely influence coccolith size. According to both hypotheses, the comparison of coccolith size and cell size is only pertinent at the time of formation of a coccolith. In light of these results, we suggest that application of the coccolithophore size rules model should be limited to multipopulational studies, and we confirm the basis of the link between coccolith number and cell cycle. The coccolith size rule model proposed here requires verification with further observations of coccolithophore and coccolith growth data.

The teaching management department carries all the work related to teaching in the whole school. A scientific, efficient, and complete teaching management system cannot only help the teaching management department improve work efficiency and quality but also greatly reduce many problems caused by manual labour risk. This paper designs and implements a teaching management system based on an improved association rule algorithm. First, aiming at the low efficiency of the Apriori algorithm for mining association rules, an association rule model based on interest is proposed. Second, use the MapReduce calculation model to partition the transaction database, then use the improved Apriori optimization algorithm for mining, and finally merge the mining results to obtain frequent itemsets. Through experiments, the optimized algorithm has greatly improved selection mining and computing time than traditional algorithms.

This study discusses the integration of science at USIM as a model for UIN Imam Bonjol Padang in discussing the philosophical design of Islamic studies after changing the status of the institution. This integration backgrounds at USIM are science and the local socio-cultural, the same condition also occurs at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang in Minangkabau by uniting religion and tradition as local wisdom. This research aims at analyzing the absorption of Islamic values in the general sciences, elaborating the design of competitive Islamic studies, formulating models for the application of science integration at USIM, and predicting the opportunities and challenges of their application at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This study used qualitative methods to understand the phenomenon as a whole so that the research data are sourced from leadership informants, lecturers, institution managers, and documents collected through participant observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and documentation. The results illustrate that the integration of knowledge in USIM Malaysia has a uniqueness that can motivate and encourage the Muslim community to make it the first choice. The approach taken by USIM is comprehensive by uniting naqli and ‘aqli which are summarized in 7 USIM Terrace. This research can be used as a rule model for UIN Imam Bonjol Padang who is in a transition period of institutional status to compile an integrated Islamic study design based on Minangkabau local wisdom as a socio-cultural background to form loyal, knowledgeable, and cultured scholars, and participate in solving various problems of community life.
