Marketing allows entrepreneurs to position themselves successfully in consumer awareness, to be successful competitors, and to satisfy consumer demands profitably. Entrepreneurs can use several marketing strategies, such as relationship marketing, expedition marketing, one-toone marketing, real-time marketing, and digital marketing. The aim of the paper is to discuss the advantages of digital marketing and certain forms of digital marketing in achieving entrepreneurial goals in the light of limited financial resources. In this paper, we will analyze the developmental stages of marketing. Then we will point to three critical forms of digital marketing: online marketing, social networking on the Internet, and mobile marketing. The main conclusion is that entrepreneurial marketing has a number of specific features arising from financial limitations of financial. Digital marketing does not require significant financial resources allocation and therefore represents an indispensable component of the entrepreneurs' market orientation.

Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 membawa dampak positif untuk bangsa terutama bagi para pelaku usaha. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mulai merambah ke bidang digital marketing. Sosial media adalah salah satu bentuk alat digital marketing yang dapat digunakan oleh UMKM dalam memperluas pangsa pasarnya ditengah pandemi covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada UMKM Kopitan yang berada di Samarinda dalam memperbaharui strategi pemasaran berbasis internet selama pandemi covid-19 berlangsung. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan memanfaatkan sosial media instagram. Instagram dianggap sebagai sosial media yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia bisnis saat ini, dengan memanfaatkan fitur instagram ads diharapkan dapat menarik lebih banyak konsumen khususnya yang berada disekitar kota Samarinda untuk berkunjung ke beranda instagram Kopitan. Selain instagram, metode lain yang digunakan yaitu pemanfaatan website qrmonkey dalam pembuatan katalog menu digital dan Go-food serta Google Maps yang digunakan dalam pembaharuan konten untuk menunjang pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan kegiatan ini membuat UMKM Kopitan dapat memanfaatkan sosial media secara optimal dalam memasarkan produknya. The industrial revolution 4.0 brought a positive impact on the nation, especially for businesspeople. The utilization of information and communication technology has begun to penetrate the field of digital marketing. Social media is one of digital marketing tools that can be used by MSMEs in expanding their market during the Covid-19 pandemic. Community service activities carried out by the KKN 127 aim to aid Kopitan MSMEs in Samarinda city for updating internet-based marketing strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is social media Instagram. Instagram is considered a very influential social media in global business, by utilizing the instagram ads future expected to attract more consumers especially those around of Samarinda city to visit Kopitan’s Instagram homepage. In additions to Instagram, another method used are the qrmonkey website for making digital menu catalogs, Go-food and Google Maps which are used for updating content to support product marketing. The implementation of service activities, Kopitan MSME actors will be able to optimally utilize social media for developing their product marketing.

The fast growth of digital marketing, social media live stream is one of the provided tools for business competitive such as Facebook, Line, and Instagram. In today’s Islamic business is still very much less presented a clear understanding about Shariah principles. Since adoption trend on Facebook’s live stream has exponentially increased and become the main issue on digital marketing for Muslim communities. This research aims to study and compare a clear understanding of Facebook’s live streaming according to Shariah principal for Thai, Malaysian, and Indonesian. This qualitative research used interview form. We primarily focus on online entrepreneurs based on in-depth interview. Data were collected from 6 key informants from Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. These qualitative data was proposed and analyzed using content analysis. Results indicated that: 1) they are mostly less concern with Shariah principles for online marketing because quickly diffusion on today’s technologies. They are just only to gain high profit of the worldwide market size from national and international targets. 2) the lack of understanding Islamic Shariah as adapted principle, where it is applied to conceptual business model for Facebook’s live stream in practical. As a result, the streamers unaware the relative impact to online consumers. 3) In particular, the streamers have a significant relationship to online consumers. They are mainly tended attracting only towards live stream advertisements. Future study is actively to encourage Islamic organization to build a framework or platform to train a new entrepreneur on digital marketing for Facebook’s live stream. Additionally, it also can provide the reliable information to the best support for their enterprise

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel digital marketing berdasarkan indikator website, search engine marketing, e-mail marketing, dan social media marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen pada marketplace Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada marketplace Tokopedia. Minat beli konsumen dalam penelitian ini dipengaruhi oleh digital marketing sebesar 39,4%, dengan website sebagai indikator yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis sebagai referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang berkaitan dengan digital marketing dan minat beli konsumen, khususnya pada marketplace. Implikasi manajerial berupa saran bagi manajemen Tokopedia maupun marketplace lainnya agar meningkatkan kualitas website dan media sosial yang digunakan dalam memasarkan produk sehingga meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Las tendencias actuales muestran que los centros de estudios superiores que antes llenaban sus aulas sin esfuerzo, hoy en día deben hacer frente a la competencia y a la coyuntura del país. Por ello la Universidad Señor de Sipán debe plantear diversas alternativas para hacer frente a este panorama, como generar adecuadas estrategias de marketing con la finalidad de mejorar la comunicación y lograr una mayor interacción con los potenciales clientes. Se ha podido evidenciar que en los últimos 5 años la captación de alumnos en la Escuela Profesional de Administración en la modalidad presencial ha disminuido, los cambios en la política institucional y el mayor enfoque en medios de difusión tradicionales han sido factores determinantes. Con la finalidad de recoger información se aplicó el instrumento de medición  a una muestra de 134 estudiantes del I al III ciclo, de la Carrera de Administración, como resultado se identificó que el 26,9% de alumnos encuestados no encontraron publicidad de la carrera en medios digitales, sólo en medios masivos como diarios, revistas y volantes, mientras que el 10,4% de encuestados considera que la universidad no se ha centrado en captar a un segmento objetivo de la comunidad estudiantil por desconocer hábitos, costumbres, estilos de vida de los interesados en la oferta educativa. En consecuencia  se propone  una estrategia de marketing digital B2C que permita retener e incrementar la captación de estudiantes. Abstract Current trends show that higher education centers that used to fill their classrooms effortlessly, nowadays must face competition and the country's situation. Therefore, the Lord of Sipán University must propose different alternatives to face this panorama, such as generating adequate marketing strategies in order to improve communication and achieve greater interaction with potential clients. It has been shown that in the last 5 years the recruitment of students in the Professional School of Administration in the face-to-face modality has decreased, changes in institutional policy and the greater focus on traditional media have been determining factors. With the purpose of collecting information, the measuring instrument was applied to a sample of 134 students from the I to the III cycle of the Administration Degree, as a result it was identified that 26.9% of students surveyed did not find publicity of the career in digital media, only in mass media such as newspapers, magazines and leaflets, while 10.4% of respondents believe that the university has not focused on capturing an objective segment of the student community for ignoring habits, customs, lifestyles of those interested in the educational offer. Consequently, a B2C digital marketing strategy is proposed to retain and increase student recruitment. Keywords: Strategy, Digital marketing, social networks, recruitment

Grab perusahaan jasa terkenal yang berasal dari singapura yang memiliki layanan pesan antar makanan yakni Grabfood yang berkembang pesat. Pesatnya perkembangan dari Grabfood masih kalah jika bersaing di Indonesia terutama dengan pesaing sejenisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian yakni untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh search engine marketing, social media marketing, online public relation terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Grabfood. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data kuantitatif dengan populasi yakni konsumen Grabfood di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. Dengan sampel 75 responden yang pernah menggunakan jasa layanan Grabfood dan non purposive sampling sebagai metodenya. teknik analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu variabel search engine marketing, social media marketing, online public relation berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Berdasarkan nilai  koefisien determinasi dijelaskan bahwa search engine marketing, social media marketing dan online public relation mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Grabfood di wilayah Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk sebesar 0.446 atau 44.6%.
