The development of the culinary industry in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase, in this condition the competition has become fierce to get and retain customers. This study aims to examine product diversity, product quality and service quality towards customer loyalty of Sakaw Coffee & Bites. The sample research sample is 100 consumers accidental sampling with multiple linear regression method. The results of the research on product diversity, product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Sakaw Coffee & Bites. The contribution of the three independent variables can explain customer satisfaction by 47.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables. This research was conducted at the Online Shopee among the Faculty of Law students of the Islamic University of Syekh Yusuf, Tangerang. The method used was SPSS version 25, a population of 700 people with a sample of 88 people. And in this research using descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test, autocorrelation test, regression analysis, correlation analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination The results of this research are price variables, diversity product, and buying interest have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product diversity, product quality and location partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaire and literature review. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and t test. Based on multiple regression analysis, get Y = 6.029 + 0.238 X1 + 0.171 X2 + 0.334 X2 + e. From the t-test, it was found that the product's threat variable had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. Product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. Location variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers to increase the number of respondents to be used, and carried out with a longer time span, besides using variables that are more suitable to increase customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product price diversity, which consists of product quality diversity, product type diversity, product display diversity to customer satisfaction. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with 90 respondents in the Tebat branch of Ramayana, and data collection techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show the variable of product quality diversity and product display variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction in the Ramayana branch of Tebet. While the variable price of product prices and the diversity of product types have no effect on customer satisfaction in the Ramayana Depart. Store Tebet branch.
