The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product price diversity, which consists of product quality diversity, product type diversity, product display diversity to customer satisfaction. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with 90 respondents in the Tebat branch of Ramayana, and data collection techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show the variable of product quality diversity and product display variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction in the Ramayana branch of Tebet. While the variable price of product prices and the diversity of product types have no effect on customer satisfaction in the Ramayana Depart. Store Tebet branch. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of Shariah Compliance and Assurance on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. In this study using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The object of this research is the employees and customers of BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency. While the data collection techniques are using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimension has been implemented well, and has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at the BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimensions are further enhanced, customer satisfaction is getting higher.</p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shariah Compliance dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan nasabah BMT Barokatul Ummah di Kabupaten Merauke. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance telah dijalankan dengan baik, dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Barokatul Ummah. Artinya semakin ditingkatkan dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance maka kepuasan nasabah semakin tinggi.</p>

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence on the performance of employees at South Buru District Social Service. This research uses explanatory research with survey data collection methods. The study lasted for 2 months, ie from January to the month of February 2017 in South Buru District Social Service. The sampling technique in this research is a probability sampling technique saturated sample (full sample) that as many as 39 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the competence on the basis of the characteristics of the suitability of the knowledge, skills and self-concept has a significant influence on the performance of employees in the South Buru District Social Service, with variable suitability of knowledge as the dominant variable.

This  research  iams  to  know  the  effect  of  Product  Quality  to  interest  of  repurchasing  wardah lipstick  of  economics  faculty  students  of tadulako  university. The  research  method  used  in  this research is descriptive causal.. The population in this research is student female use Brand Wardah Lipstick at Tadulako University of Palu. Sampling technique using Snowball, with the samples of 60 respondents.  Data  collection  using questionnaires.  The  method  of  analysis  using multiple  linear regression. The   results  indicate  that  product  quality  variables  significantly  influence the  interest in buying back Lipstick Wardah brand on student Tadulako University Palu. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  Kualitas  Produk  Terhadap  Minat  Beli  Ulang Lipstik  Merek  Wardah  pada  Mahasiswi Universitas  Tadulako  Palu.  Jenis  penelitian  yang  digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada mahasiswi pengguna Lipstik Merek  Wardah  di  Universitas  Tadulako Palu.  Teknik  penarikan  sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini menggunakan Snowball,  dengan  jumlah  sampel  sebanyak  60  responden. Pengambilan  data menggunakan  kuesioner.  Metode  analisis menggunakan  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda.  Hasil pengujian menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel  kualitas  produk  berpengaruh  secara  signifikansi  terhadap minat beli ulang Lipstik merek Wardah pada mahasiswi Universitas Tadulako Palu.

This study aims to analyze the ads on television and product quality to the Motivation Purchase customers sunsilk shampoo on students at STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. This type of research is causative research. Sampling research Using purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) The influence of advertisement on television has no effect on purchasing motivation, It is proved by, t value < t table (1,573 < 2.012) and significance > 0,05 (0,122> 0,05) received and Ha rejected, meaning there is no significant influence between Advertising on Television Against Motivation Purchase Customer Sunsilk Shampoo on students in STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. (2) Product Quality significantly influence Purchase Motivation, This is proved by, the value of t calculate > t table (2,669> 2,012) and significance <0,05 (0,010 <0,05), hence Ho is rejected and Ha is received, it means partially there is significant influence between Quality of Product to Motivation Purchase Customer Sunsilk Shampoo on students at STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. Keyword : Ads on Television, Product Quality and Motivation Purchase

This research has objective to see the interest students of Panca Marga University Probolinggo in online purchasing of goods on a platform shopee, Respondents from the results of this research is customers using shopee platform as a medium purchase of goods online. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling by distributing questionnaires and interviews as a method of collecting data in this study. The data analysis method uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and T test. The results show that the level of product quality has a significant influence on buying interest, Advertising variables do not have a significant effect on Buying Interest, The customer trust variable does not have a significant effect on buying interest on the shopee platform.  Keywords: Product Quality, Advertising, Customer Trust, Buying Interest

<em>This purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction of Credit Serba Bisa at PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang Period June 2019. This research is a causal applied quantitative research. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data testing methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, test the coefficient of determination R<sup>2 </sup>which shows can be used to measure customer satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of the F test show that the quality of service, product quality, and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction on Credit Serba Bisa in PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang. Furthermore, the t test results showed that service quality, product quality, and price partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Credit Serba Bisa at PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang.</em>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service and location on customer satisfaction at the Andespar Manna Bengkulu Selatan Shop. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression results show the equation Y = 10.878 + 0.444X1 + 0.364 X2+3.784 The resulting regression direction is positive, meaning that the more service and location variables increase, the customer satisfaction will also increase. The coefficient of determination value is 0.852. This means that X1 (service) and X2 (location) have a contribution to customer satisfaction (Y) of 85.2%, while the remaining 14.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Overall, the results of the t-test have a significant value less than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that X1 (service) and X2 (location) have a significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y) partially or individually. The results of the F test have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level below 0.05 indicates that together X1 (service) and X2 (location) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

The principal problem of this study is Whether the role performance of customer service will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor District? 1) what Is the role of the performance of the teller will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor District? 2)what Is the role of the performance of the customer service and tellers to improve customer satisfaction of Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor District? . The purpose of this study, namely: 1) To find out whether the role performance of customer service will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor Regency. 2)To find out whether the role performance of the teller will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor Regency. 3)To find out whether the role performance of customer service and teller will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor.This research use approach of kualititatif, and the analysis used is multiple linear regression . The sampling technique used is by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of BJB Leuwiliang with the hope of answers the results of the questionnaires the customer can determine the performance of the customer service and tellers to improve customer satisfaction BJB Leuwiliang. Based on the results of this study, prove that the value R of 0.797 indicates the relationship between the variables of role performance of customer service and teller to the satisfaction of the customer is significant , the Variable Role Performance of Customer Service to the Satisfaction of the Customer Based on the results of testing for X1, i.e., the Role Performance of Customer Service obtained t count value that is 4.147, which means t count > t table (4.147 >2.01174) . And sig t < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05). Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that the partial variables Role Performance of Customer service have a significant influence on the variable Customer Satisfaction. Variable Role Performance of the Teller to the Satisfaction of the Customer Based on the results of testing for X2, i.e., the Role Performance of the Teller obtained by value t calculate namely 3.242 which means t count > t table (3.242 > 2.01174). And sig t < 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05). Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that the partial variables Role of the Performance of the Teller has a significant influence on the variable Customer Satisfaction.   Keywords : Customer Service, Tellers, Customer Satisfaction
