One of the methods used in Design and Development Research (DDR) is the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). It is a systematic method for the development and validation of the model. This article aims to use this method to validate a Fun-Driven Mobile Learning (FDML) Model for Teaching Arithmetic. In phase 1 of design and development research, based on the opinion of teachers as subject matter experts, the need to develop the FDML model was justified. In phase 2, the model developed, comprised of thirty-two teaching activities grouped into four clusters. This article presents results on suitability and overall usefulness of the model components derived from the collective opinion of the 15 experts involved in Phase 3 of the study. The data analysis was conducted through the fuzzy Delphi method using a 7-point Likert scale. The outcome indicates a consensus of 93.4 percent of experts at a threshold value of ≤0.02. The suggested components of the FDML model include an integral planning reference for the application of the model and provided alternative validation procedures for model developers in mathematics education and educational technology.

Pendidikan Inklusif merujuk kepada suatu program pendidikan yang memberi peluang kepada murid-murid berkeperluan khas untuk mengikuti pembelajaran sepenuhnya dalam kelas aliran perdana bersama murid aliran perdana. Pendekatan pendidikan inklusif adalah sejajar dengan hasrat kerajaan yang terkandung dalam Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia 2013 – 2025, yang berinisiatif untuk meningkatkan enrolmen murid berkeperluan khas dalam program pendidikan inklusif. Terdapat banyak isu atau pemasalahan yang ditemui dalam kajian-kajian yang lepas berkaitan pengajaran dalam kelas inklusif di dalam negara. Salah satu isu yang ditemui dalam kelas inklusif ialah berkaitan pengajaran guru mata pelajaran arus perdana dalam kelas inklusif untuk murid bekeperluan khas. Kertas konsep ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pengajaran Guru Pendidikan Islam dalam kelas Inklusif yang mendorong keperluan terhadap pembinaan model pengajaran inklusif. Kajian yang dijalankan adalah dengan menggunakan rekabentuk Design and Development Research (DDR). Implikasi kajian diharap dapat menyumbang kepada keperluan pembentukan model.   Inclusive Education refers to an educational program that provides opportunities for students with special needs to fully pursue learning in mainstream classes with mainstream students. The inclusive education approach is in line with the government's aspirations contained in the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013-2025, which initiatives to increase the enrollment of students with special needs in inclusive education programs. There are many issues or problems found in past studies related to teaching in inclusive classrooms in the country. One of the issues found in inclusive classrooms is related to the teaching of mainstream subject teachers in inclusive classrooms for students with special needs. This concept paper aims to review the teaching of Islamic Education Teachers in Inclusive classrooms which drives the need towards the construction of inclusive teaching models. The study was conducted using Design and Development Research (DDR) design. The implications of the study are expected to contribute to the need for model formation.

Abstract Physics representational fluency instrument test of electrostatic concept have been developed. The instrument’s form of multiple-choice that consist of 20 item electrostatic in physics context to assess pre-service physics teachers’ representational fluency. The test includes four component of representational fluency: constructing single representation, constructing multiple representation, translating between representation and reviewing single representation. Representational fluency test is developed using Design and Development Research (DDR) method with four phases consists of analysis, design, development, and evaluation. Validation the structure of the test is consulted with a member of expert academic staff in the field of physics education. After design test and expert review, the test was implemented with 57 pre-service physics teacher. From 20 item of representational fluency test there was 15 item of the test is valid and reliable.

Visual media are still ineffective in covering all learning focus and learning activities to support independent learning. Independent learning guides students to learn the material by themselves, but it is still not supported by the existing visual media. Infographics are a medium that underlies transformative skills in teaching because they can provide a complete learning focus in each material. This study was aimed at developing English teaching media for the 9th grade. A Design and Development research (DnD) proposed by Richey and Klein (2005) was used in this study, including design, development, and evaluation. Initial observations have been carried out at one of the junior high schools in Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by library research relating to the development of infographics and the nature of independent learning, document analysis by doing syllabus analysis, and expert judgment. The results obtained from the research are infographics are considered to be very good as a medium for teaching English for independent learning. This research implies that teachers' technology-based teaching skills can be assisted by developing this infographic teaching media.

Based on the Design and Development Research (DDR) approach, a Fiqh Ikhtilaf Model For ‎PISMP Islamic Teachers-In-Training ‎‎in IPGM was designed and developed with the involvement ‎of experts. Then, the model have to go through the usability evaluation process in the next ‎phase. This study aims to evaluate the applicability of the model. A total of 26 lecturers from ‎the Institute of Teacher Education (IPG) were involved as evaluators of the model. The data ‎obtained were analysed using descriptive statistics of percentages. The finding of the study ‎showed that all 21 items evaluated above the score value of 70 % and also can be concluded ‎that, NGT technique is able to save time and cost to obtain the required data from evaluators.

The suitability of Teaching and Facilitation Strategies (PDPc) will be able to create effective and fun learning for students in schools where the ability of teachers to plan and implement various PdPc strategies is able to optimize a learning session. PDPc's student -centered strategy can provide opportunities for students to submit opinions, cultivate the attitude of always seeking knowledge and learning throughout life. Student -centered learning that requires the active involvement of students in finding and investigating problems, constructing hypotheses, designing experiments, collecting data as well as drawing conclusions to solve problems can be implemented through game -based learning. While the teacher only acts as a facilitator. This study is a design and development research using the ADDIE Model. Findings show that the implementation of the ADDIE Model in the development of Geobot Game Module makes the development of modules can be carried out systematically and produce modules relevant to the Secondary School Standard Curriculum for Geography form four set by the Ministry of Education Malaysia.

This article aimed to design and develop Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) model and a questionnaire survey instrument for Malaysian schools using Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) in the Design and Development Research (DDR). In Phase 1, literature on PLCs was reviewed to identify the needs of the professional learning communities’ model according to the local context. In Phase 2, an agreement of 14 experts on the questionnaire was obtained from FDM. In Phase 3, the evaluation of the questionnaire by 5 experts to assess the questionnaire’s usability was gathered. Based on the final results, a total of 121 items was accepted. The agreement of the experts was between (90% to 100%) and the value of the threshold, d was between (0.09 – 0.18). In conclusion, FDM in DDR is significant to be applied in the development of a model, practical and cost-saving.

The study aimed at developing and evaluating a simple green electrochemistry experimental kit named Lectrofun 2.0. Lectrofun 2.0 is an educational kit equipped with a module built with the criteria of user-friendly, costeffective, and laboratory free. The basic concept of electrochemistry was introduced through a guided learning approach via the module. The objectives of this research were to (1) develop Lectrofun 2.0 module using green chemicals, recyclable and easily accessible materials and (2) evaluate the module effectiveness in terms of student achievement/understanding of the Electrochemistry topic. This is a Design and Development Research (DDR) using the ADDIE model as an instructional design model. The development phase involves the first objective of the study, while the evaluation phase involves the second objective. Total of 46 respondents of pre-post tests were involved in evaluating effectiveness of Lectrofun 2.0 in terms of student achievement/understanding of the topic. The findings showed that 73.9% of students from the treatment group showed 4-grade increment (from grade E to grade A). This study showed that Lectrofun 2.0 has a significant impact on enhancing learner comprehension of Electrochemistry topic, enjoyment in learning, and learning to care for the environment.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian desain dan pengembangan atau Design and Development Research (DDR). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain, mengembangkan sekaligus mengukur ketuntasan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan mata kuliah Pendidikan TIK, Aplikasi Komputer Matematika, Metodologi Penelitian Pendidikan, Pengembangan Media Matematika dan Pengembangan Media IPA yang disampaikan dalam jaringan pada semester Genap 2019-2020. Metodologi pengembangan menggunakan DDR, khususnya kategori ke 2 yakni Product Development Research Project. Tahapan penelitian DDR adalah Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Populasi dan sampel adalah peserta kuliah online. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Prosedur penelitian melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu; (1) identifikasi masalah desain dan pengembangan dikaitkan dengan permasalahan yang ada, (2) menggunakan literatur dan data empiris untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendefinikan kembali masalah sebelumnya, (3) mendeskripsikan metode dan strategi. Dalam tahap ini terdiri dari front end analysis, Design, Development, formatif evaluation dan Revision, (4) seleksi partisipan, (5) pengumpulan data, dan (6) memaknai hasil temuan penelitian (MIT 598). Adapun hasil penelitian pengembangan dari program yang telah dikembangkan dan diuji coba dalam semester Ganjil 2019/2020 selama satu semester menujukkan bahwa mahasiswa menerima dengan kualifikasi “Baik” program pembelajaran dalam jaringan pada aspek isi/objek pembelajaran daring, desain pembelajaran yang digunakan dan penilaian kegiatan pembelajaran. Namun pada aspek strategi yang digunakan dalam program kuliah dalam jaringan persepsi mahasiswa menerima dalam kualifikasi “cukup”. Dengan demikian penelitian pengembangan ini menunjukkan respon mahasiswa terhadap program kuliah yang dikembangkan menerima dengan kualifikasi “Baik dan Cukup”. Dan terhadap kualifikasi cukup akan menjadi bahan kajian yang komprehensif untuk pengembangan dimasa mendatang.
