AbstractsThe aim of the study is to predict the impact of birth order effect on sales person’s performance. The main objective is to investigate the relationship between birth order; (firstborns, middle children, lastborns, and only children) on sales person’s performance. Besides, it also aimed to examine the relationship between personality and sales person’s performance. The target population of the study comprised of sales person’s shared mean age of 21.0 years (Standard Deviation= 1.93) and have worked as sales person for a minimum of three years. Participants were recruited from the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The study adopted purposive sampling technique to select the sales person and a total of 788 out of the 900 participants returned their questionnaires. A linear regression equation was employed to measure how birth order predicts sales person’s performance, with birth order (firstborns, middle children, lastborns, and only children) as the predictor variables and sales person’s performance as the criterion variable. Results indicated that a participant of different birth positions does not differ significantly in terms of sales person’s performance.Keywords; Birth Order; sales person’s Performance; firstborn; Extraversion; Middle children

This article examines the legal issues related to voluntary vaccination against the novel coronavirus infection COVID-19. It is noted that usage of contract with regards to mandatory vaccinations against coronavirus is impossible, as from the legal perspective, signing a contract is voluntary. Therefore, it is necessary to issue the corresponding legislative act that would not only establish the responsibility, but also ensure right for protection of biological database. There is also a need to settle the matter pertaining to storage of the collected biomaterial, as well as monitoring of the process of testing mass vaccination. There are currently no legislative acts on this issue, which necessitates the development of normative legal acts thereof. The article reviews the legal issues related to voluntary vaccination against the novel coronavirus infection COVID-19. There yet multiple unresolved legal issues regarding the application of new vaccine, requirements for its transportation, and storage of biological materials. It is underlined that if a pedagogue, medical employee, or sales person are not vaccinated against coronavirus, the suspension of this category of citizens or refusal to hire is currently unlawful. This is substantiated by the fact that in order for vaccination against any infectious disease (including COVID-19) to be mandatory, it is essential to make amendments to not only the aforementioned legislative act, but also to the framework law of 11.11.2011 No. 323-FZ “On the Fundamentals of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation”. These legislative acts should ensure the rights of citizens for refusal of medical treatment overall, as well as refusal of preventive vaccinations in particular.



A sales person has to have many qualities in order to become an ace salesperson. Communication skills and inter-personal skills are absolutely necessary for a sales person to succeed in the marketplace. He also has to have coordination skills and the ideal condition would be to develop leadership skills as well. This is because these are requirements of moving up the hierarchy where performance is not good enough – potential for higher positions are also needed. The organization structure in sales organizations are developed on the basis of the product-market combination as well as the spread of the organization. The specialization of the organization is also dependent on the degree of centralization of the organization. Key or major accounts are very important for the organization. The organizations have separate teams to manage these accounts as they are mostly spread across a wide geographical area. As in major accounts, the sales team overall has to perform a lot of coordination work. This coordination is with several departments within the organization and with many external agencies and stake holders as well. So, meetings become very important for sales management – both external as well as within the sales team. There is an underlying theme of competition within and outside the sales team. Sales persons are motivated by challenges – and so does the market. So, contests are held regularly – and, sometimes, they are an ongoing process within the sales team.

Abstract-Sales is the ability of a sales person to sell, which includes the process of selling that comes from the first step to the execution of a sale. So the understanding of sales person or salesmen here is an individual who offers a product in a sales process. In this case sometimes the leaders are confused in determining the best sales at PT ENSEVAL PUTERA MEGATRADING Tbk, Pematang Siantar. This study uses Profile Matching method. This report discusses the selection of the best SALES in PT ENSEVAL PUTERA MEGATRADING Tbk, Pematang Siantar Then calculates consistency using the Profile Matching method. If the consistent value is produced consistently, it can be used as a reference to rank the best sales at PT ENSEVAL PUTERA MEGATRADING Tbk, Pematang Siantar. For the results of all tests can be generated that it is easier to determine the best sales, and become input to the management in lifting the best sales to become permanent employees.

The company has an important role in attracting the attention of customers by promoting its products and services so that it can be widely known by the community through the sales division (sales person). The biggest challenge faced by companies is related to marketing, namely stable and sustainable income growth, and customer loyalty. So that the application of information and communication technology is needed in the business world as a tool to win the main competition in marketing products or services. In the company, order data made by the sales person is still via telephone. You need an application to speed up the product ordering process to customers. To solve these problems, each sales person will use a sales order application through a smartphone device that will make product orders. And product ordering data will go to a web-based application run by admin for the invoice creation process. This application is designed using the RESTful API which is one of the implementation models of the web service and. In terms of data exchange security using the Json Web Token. With this sales order application, it can simplify the sales person's performance in marketing their products. This application work runs well on the web and android device so the process of ordering products becomes easier. The use or json web token authentification on the RESTful API makes the application more secure because this application can not be accessed if it does not use tokens.

Today organizations face a scarcity of innovation leaders. Innovation leaders are successful because of the attributes and characteristics they possess. Characteristics and attributes of three innovation leaders -Thomas A. Edison, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg has been highlighted in this project. These innovation leaders are termed as highly creative and innovative. The author conducted a review of many international publications related to innovation leader. Some of the attributes of an innovation leader that were found in the research are - possessing strong leadership, must be visionary, must act as change agent so that employees are able to change their process and system for the betterment, must be a good sales person to sell ideas to the people, must be a good listener to understand others requirements, must be a logical thinker to make decisions, must be a good team-builder, must be even-keeled demeanour to act in an unbiased manner, must be passionate about new ideas and concept, and must be optimistic. It has also been found and widely acknowledged that innovation leaders play a critical role in organization's success.
