A novel circular polarized dielectric antenna array (DRA) for millimeter-wave applications at 30 GHz is presented in this paper. The unit element array is a flower-shaped DRA fed with a cross slot. To obtain circular polarization, a sequential network combined with the cross slots is used to feed the 2×2 array. The prototype of the proposed antenna array is fabricated and measured to obtain a wide resonance bandwidth from 27 GHz to 38 GHz frequency band. Furthermore, this left-hand polarized antenna array has achieved a peak gain of 9.5 dBi with 3-dB axial ratio at 30 GHz. The proposed DRA array with wideband resonance and gain bandwidth has the potential to be used for millimeter-wave wireless communications at the 30 GHz band.

Within the framework of a modified potential cluster model with forbidden states, radiation n12C capture at energies from 10-5 keV to 5 MeV is considered, taking into account a wide resonance at Ex = 8.2 MeV. It is shown that on the basis of potentials that are consistent with the energies of the bound states, it is possible to correctly transfer the available experimental data. Based on the obtained total cross sections, the n12C capture reaction rate was calculated. The results for reaction rate are approximated by simple expressions, which simplifies their use in applied research.

The contribution of Agustín Espinosa as a leading promoter and creator of avant-garde literature in our islands is unquestionable. His role as a crucial representative of this period of our literary culture found wide resonance in other writers who, thanks to their literary work, give solidity to a unique moment of creative freedom in the environment of our islands. This article seeks to illustrate this relevance by giving due prominence to other lesser-known authors who belong to this remarkable period.

Abstract In this research article, a compact wideband stack patch antenna array integrated with compact stack electromagnetic band gap (EBG) structure for multiple input multiple output (MIMO) application is proposed. The wide resonance bandwidth is achieved at 2.45 GHz band by stack arrangement of compact meander line slot driven and parasitic patch elements. The isolation bandwidth is matched with resonance bandwidth with the design of a compact stack L slot EBG structure. The polarization diversity and three-layer EBG structure ensure an enhancement in isolation level. To validate the performance of the proposed stack antenna array, a prototype was fabricated and tested for different MIMO parameters. The measured result confirms the effectiveness of the proposed antenna array in a diverse MIMO environment.

Nielsen loved the French capital, its touristic riches and its abundant artistic life. He went there several times following his first trip in 1890-1891 in the course of studies that also took in Germany and Italy. At the time of his trip to Paris in October 1926 his name was better known than his works themselves. For the greater part of those in French musical life he was the dominant figure in contemporary Danish and Scandinavian music, apart from Edward Grieg, who had been dead nearly twenty years. The concert at the Salle Gaveau, which was entirely devoted to his works and which took place in his presence, enjoyed a wide resonance in the media. The majority of Danish artists who lent their services to his music on this memorable evening did not fail to make a strong impression on the Parisian audience. The press announced and commented on the event extensively.

Introduction. In the present work, the authors investigated the main aspects of the reform of procedural legislation initiated by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation concerning changes in the legal regulation of the use of conciliation procedures in resolving legal conflicts. Until recently, Russian legislation did not have a regulated list of conciliation procedures. Purpose. The aim of the work is to identify the features and place of conciliation procedures in the institute of alternative ways to resolve legal conflict. Methodology. The work was performed on the basis of special methods of knowledge, including historical, legal, logical, and formally legal. Results. The paper analyzes the results of consideration of the draft Federal Law No. 421600-7 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation Due to Improving Conciliation Procedures” in the first reading by the State Duma of the Russian Federation, taking into account the opinion of the relevant committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on state construction and legislation which caused a wide resonance in the Russian legal community. It is concluded that the world experience in applying reconciliation procedures, indicating a positive dynamic in the peaceful resolution of legal disputes, is also spreading within the framework of the Russian legal system. In the framework of the Russian judicial procedure, two fundamental conciliation procedures were consolidated – the mediation procedure and the judicial conciliation procedure. The introduction of special subjects (intermediaries) as judicial conciliators for the settlement of disputes in court is aimed at reducing the workload of judges, its concise and effective distribution. Conclusion. The material contained in the work is of interest for further research on the problems of alternative ways of resolving a legal conflict, can be used when giving lectures and conducting practical training in the course of the civil process

The paper considers the issues of such a phenomenon as arbitrability, as well as its correlation with the categories of jurisdiction and competence. The study of arbitrability is relevant in the light of the resonant practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on issues of arbitrability of certain categories of disputes that has been taking place in recent years. Arbitrability is a relatively new term in domestic science and practice. Although it has received quite a wide resonance, it still not implemented in domestic regulatory legal acts. The author attempts to determine arbitrability, as well as considers existing approaches and views on arbitrability. Foreign and domestic doctrinal views on arbitrability are divided, as well as various understandings of this phenomenon. An important aspect is the differentiation of competence, jurisdiction and arbitrability. The need for diligent work to create and develop “rules of arbitrability” and “elements of arbitrability” at the legislative level is noted. The author notes that arbitrability is also a process of research by the arbitration or court of the elements that make it up.

We propose and experimentally demonstrate a compact design for membrane-supported wavelength-selective infrared (IR) bolometers. The proposed bolometer device is composed of wavelength-selective absorbers functioning as the efficient spectroscopic IR light-to-heat transducers that make the amorphous silicon (a-Si) bolometers respond at the desired resonance wavelengths. The proposed devices with specific resonances are first numerically simulated to obtain the optimal geometrical parameters and then experimentally realized. The fabricated devices exhibit a wide resonance tunability in the mid-wavelength IR atmospheric window by changing the size of the resonator of the devices. The measured spectral response of the fabricated device wholly follows the pre-designed resonance, which obviously evidences that the concept of the proposed wavelength-selective IR bolometers is realizable. The results obtained in this work provide a new solution for on-chip MEMS-based wavelength-selective a-Si bolometers for practical applications in IR spectroscopic devices.

The article considers the mechanism of interpretation of reality in the Russian media discourse through the prism of the event – a key  category of journalistic text. From the position of the theory of  variational interpretation of the text, the event appears as a "verbal  construct", which is represented in the media by a certain number  (n-number) of interpretative-cognitive models, each of which is  constructed by n-number of semantic versions – variants of the  author's interpretation of reality. The created model is determined by a number of factors: information expectations of the addressee,  communicative intention of the author, specificity of media and  socio-political contexts. In this case, the nature of the event  (catastrophe event or provocation event) is the starting point for the  development of the vector of author's interpretation, setting  markers on the basis of which an interpretation field of a  monocentric or polycentric type is formed. The first type is  represented by one interpretation-cognitive model that dominates  the discourse of the Russian press; the second type of field includes  a certain (more than two) number of interpretative-cognitive models. The mechanism for interpreting events of different types is  examined on specific examples that have received wide resonance in  Russian media, e.g. the catastrophe event "The accident with the  Bulgaria ship "produces a monocentric type of the interpretation field; the provocation event "The action of the punk group "Pussy  Riot" in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior" forms a polycentric interpretation field.
