COVID-19 infections have been widespread in Bangladesh subsequently. We present the example of a 32-year-old Bangladeshi physician who worked in a hospital and was previously involved in collecting swabs for Covid19 patients, During the pandemic, he also traveled to a red-listed country and was continuously negative throughout the period.

This is a concept paper of how a primary clinic should be managed in the new normal era, facing the pandemic of Covid-19, but also the possible pandemic in the future. We proposed how to manage the clinic based on several findings regarding epidemiology, virus transmission, and many other best practices to reduce contact but maintaining the service through an online connection. We also highlighted the recommended use for indoor air quality management, which is the use of a HEPA filter. Other devices may be used but in special precaution.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to provide long-term preservation of the pelvic coronal cross-sections using plastination technique. Thus, we intended to provide a better understanding of the three-dimensional anatomy of the pelvis for education and research purposes. Methods: The standard plastination method was combined with the section plastination technique. The coronal pelvis sections of 8mm thickness were passed through the plastination stages. At these stages, unlike the techniques in the literature, surgical aspirator was used for cleaning the surfaces of the sections and xylene was used for lightening the plastinates. Results: At the end of the plastination stages, the sections preserved the real color and texture extremely well. Sections were dry, odorless, hygienic and could be handled without special precaution. Moreover, anatomical details were very clear and understandable, so that any structure could be measured photogrammetrically. Conclusion: Examination of the pelvic anatomy with coronal sections via plastination method could be very effectively used in education and research. In this way, a technological and up-to-date innovation can be provided for the development and understanding of three-dimensional anatomy. Real examination of cross-sectional anatomy instead of virtual radiological images can provide a useful and effective tool for both students and researchers.

Criminalization of the criminal case of narcotics abuse by the judges are very diverse. The aim of research to find out and analyze why the disparity in the criminal verdict against narcotics abuse criminal case, how the implementation of the basic objective of sentencing disparity in the criminal verdict against narcotics abuse criminal case. Methods are juridical sociological approach using primary data from interviews with relevant parties associated secondary data of materials applicable laws or regulations. The results of the study, 1) criminal disparity in criminal narcotics abuse, cause by the impact of the crime of narcotics abuses, committing criminal background narcotic abuse, the persuasive principle of Presedent, The existence of freedom and independence of the judge in the 1945 Constitution, the laws existing judicial power, the theory of dissenting opinions, and the doctrine of res judicate hebetur pro veritate. 2) Implementation of the objective of sentencing in criminal disparity criminal case of narcotics abuse, contained in the formulation of a special minimum punishment in Act No. 35 of 2009, is to meet the demands of society and the effectiveness of the influence of general prevention. of punishment meted out, the final attempt of criminal law and serves as a special precaution, prevention against the perpetrators to obtain deterrence and rehabilitation for himself. Keywords: Narcotics abuse; Criminal Disparities; Objective Punishment.

This paper reports the thermo physical characteristics of Vitrified tile polishing waste materials. As such growing production of vitrified tiles in the country generate large volume of this waste obtained during processing, polishing and cutting of the vitrified tiles to the tune of nearly 10-15 tonnes per day from each plant. The characteristic features of these materials are being studied and investigated to develop suitable technology for finding its gainful use especially in the traditional ceramics. It is known that ceramic as such building materials industry could be a large raw materials consumer and being heterogeneous and thus could utilize this vast quantity as the raw materials. However, the main problem would be it's firing nature as it showed thermal deformation after a particular temperature. Interestingly, the production process of most of the traditional ceramics follows a similar pattern starting from the raw materials processing up to a level of firing. Hence, to suggest suitable utility in the traditional ceramics as raw materials, it was the prime requisite that these waste must be thoroughly studied w. r. t various thermo physical characteristics to make use in this sectors. Hence, the present paper interestingly gone up to various study such as raw materials nature, particle size distribution, chemistry, XRD and DTA study for understanding typical physico chemical properties, and finally thermal properties to make it suitable for use in traditional ceramic industries. The higher fineness of the waste materials indicates its usefulness without extra grinding. The chemistry of typical sludge shows contamination from abrasive particles, sorrel cement bonding materials etc. originated from the polishing wheel and needs special precaution while suggesting use in the ceramic sectors. The firing characteristics of the sludge materials produces a foamy and spongy shapes and this could be the main guiding parameters in selecting the end use of the waste materials w. r. t temperature. The present study only shows various characteristic features of this waste and focuses its important properties to be used as a raw material in large quantity in the ceramic industries.

Emergency conditions in a port request special precaution measures taken by ships when in the majority of cases they necessitate leaving port waters in the shortest time. Good management, awareness and timely actions can help with avoiding difficulties encountered by ships under emergency conditions at ports. The conducted research suggested in the article has been based on investigation into ship maneuverability considering complicated weather conditions, theoretical methods for the feasibility of ship maneuverability referring to difficult conditions, experimental tests using the calibrated Simulator and evaluation of real ships under similar conditions. The results of the presented research could be used for analyzing the situation in different ports with different ships regarding practical preparation for vessels to leave the port under emergency conditions without any delay.

An incident beam X-ray collimator for Mao-Bell type diamond anvil cell (DAC) has been developed. Alignment of the collimator is carried out in situ while viewing the image of the collimated X-ray spot formed on a thin layer of fluorescent material spread on the diamond anvil culets with the help of a microscope. Special precaution has been taken to meet the radiation safety requirements during alignment and routine use. This collimator is of immense help for laboratory based high pressure X-ray diffraction experiments.

Introductory remarks on astronomy education in Croatia are given. Since the learning process is a complex intellectual and emotional process which should be supported during the interaction with the teacher, different approaches should be used. Tests could give useful insight into preconceptions. The following approaches should be balanced: historical approach, discovery approach (by the use of self-made tools and courtyard observations), and thorough inclusion of novel scientific results and views (to which a special precaution has been paid).
