Abstract The article examines the consequences of the coronavirus in the form of a system of risks. The main goal of the study is assessment the risks of economic food security at post-COVID period. System, institutional and comparative analysis were used as methods of research. There are five types of risks in the research. We assessed monopolization in breeding, seed production and chemicalization, lockdown and value chain disruptions, increasing income inequality, food inflation, and climate changes. The introduction to the theory of nondestructive development and non-aggressive coexistence is described in the article. The authors propose a concept of non-destructive development, in which a special place is given to respect for nature, reducing aggressiveness between countries, reducing the monopolization of breeding and seed production, and reducing income inequality around the world. The monopolization of breeding and seed production is of particular concern, as it can lead to a decrease in food availability and a decrease in food security and independence. The gaps in the value chains due to the lockdown have already led to a decrease in the availability of food in individual countries. A further food crisis must not be allowed as it is fraught with social upheaval. The authors insist on the need to reduce aggression in the world, since a post-like revival of the economy is impossible in an unfavorable political situation in the world.

AbstractPublic acceptance of the HPV vaccine has not matched that of other common adolescent vaccines, and HPV vaccination rates remain below the Healthy People 2020 target of 80% compliance. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the capacity of nine pediatric clinics in a Federally Qualified Health Center organization to implement a systems-based intervention targeting office staff and providers using EHRs and a statewide immunization information system to increase HPV vaccination rates in girls and boys, ages 11 to 16 over a 16-month period. System changes included automated HPV prompts to staff, postcard reminders to parents when youths turned 11 or 12 years old, and monthly assessment of provider vaccination rates.During the intervention, 8960 patients (11–16 yo) were followed, with 48.8% girls (n = 4370) and 51.2% boys (n = 4590). For this study period, 80.5% of total patients received the first dose of the HPV vaccine and 47% received the second dose. For the first dose, 55.5% of 11 year old girls and 54.3% of 11 year old boys were vaccinated. For ages 12 to 16, first dose vaccination rates ranged from the lowest rate of 84.5% for 14 yo girls up to the highest rate of 90.5% for 13 yo boys. Logistic regression showed age was highly significantly associated with first dose completion (OR 1.565, 95% CI 1.501, 1.631) while males did not have a significant association with first dose completion compared to females. The intervention increased overall counts of first and second HPV vaccination rates.

Copyright is considered as a moving and intangible object; therefore, a copyright devolution cannot be done verbally but must be with an authentic deed or Underhand deed. Problem Identification: 1. How does the song copyright devolution mechanism make economic interest for a composer or Copyright Holder? 2. What is the system of song copyright royalty payment in Indonesia? and 3. What should be done by the parties to resolve the royalty payment execution dispute? It is a normative juridical method that must be used. Research Result: It is true that copyright license mechanism, fee retaining or royalty payment is considered as logic consequences that must be done by a licensee over a licenser (Copyright holder). It is because the licensee gets material profits due to the economic rights exploitation over the copyright itself.  There are many varieties or different ways of compensation payment system or indemnification from the licensee to the licenser over one copyright object to another, for instance in song/music is known two different ways such as royalty and flat systems, while in music or song is known several ways, namely by percentage system, period system, profit sharing system,  compensation or  copyright selling system. Royalty payment dispute resolving may come in many ways, and, generally, the dispute resolving forums are available into two forms, such as litigation forum through courts and non-litigation forum out of court.

ABSTRACT We present radial velocity observations of four binary white dwarf candidates identified through their overluminosity. We identify two new double-lined spectroscopic binary systems, WD 0311–649 and WD 1606+422, and constrain their orbital parameters. WD 0311–649 is a 17.7 h period system with a mass ratio of 1.44 ± 0.06 and WD 1606+422 is a 20.1 h period system with a mass ratio of 1.33 ± 0.03. An additional object, WD 1447–190, is a 43 h period single-lined white dwarf binary, whereas WD 1418–088 does not show any significant velocity variations over time-scales ranging from minutes to decades. We present an overview of the 14 overluminous white dwarfs that were identified by Bédard et al., and find the fraction of double- and single-lined systems to be both 31 per cent. However, an additional 31 per cent of these overluminous white dwarfs do not show any significant radial velocity variations. We demonstrate that these must be in long-period binaries that may be resolved by Gaia astrometry. We also discuss the overabundance of single low-mass white dwarfs identified in the SPY survey, and suggest that some of those systems are also likely long-period binary systems of more massive white dwarfs.

Chemical protection of spruce trees against spruce bud scales (spruce bud scale — Physokermes piceae (Schrank, 1801), small spruce bud scale — Physokermes hemicryphus (Dalman, 1826), and Hungarian spruce bud scale — Physkermes inopinatus Danzig et Kozаr, 1973) has been applied in arboreta in the Kharkiv Region for three years. The proposed protection system allows to effectively reduce the abundance of spruce bud scales or entirely relieve trees from them within 2–3 years period. System and complex insecticides with the addition of growth stimulator to the mixture contains were used for protection. Technical efficiency of tested insecticides is 90–97%. The optimal terms of protection have been determined which allows carrying out one treatment per season.

ABSTRACT We report results from a search for Galactic high-mass eclipsing binaries. The photometric monitoring campaign was performed in Sloan r and i with the robotic twin refractor RoBoTT at the Universitätssternwarte Bochum in Chile and complemented by Johnson UBV data. Comparison with the SIMBAD data base reveals 260 variable high-mass stars. Based on well-sampled light curves, we discovered 35 new eclipsing high-mass systems and confirm the properties of six previously known systems. For all objects, we provide the first light curves and determine orbital periods through the Lafler–Kinman algorithm. Apart from GSC 08173-0018 and Pismis 24-13 ($P = 19.47\, d$ and $20.14\, d$) and the exceptional short-period system TYC 6561-1765-1 ($P = 0.71\, d$), all systems have orbital periods between 1 and 9 d. We model the light curves of 26 systems within the framework of the Roche geometry and calculate fundamental parameters for each system component. The Roche lobe analysis indicates that 14 systems have a detached geometry, while 12 systems have a semidetached geometry; seven of them are near-contact systems. The deduced mass ratios q = M2/M1 reach from 0.4 to 1.0 with an average value of 0.8. The similarity of masses suggests that these high-mass binaries were created during the star formation process rather than by tidal capture.


This paper develops a simulation model for determining safety inventory associated with a certain value of cycle service level in a fixed-time period system. The model takes into account actual amount of materials received from suppliers, and deviation from probability distribution of daily forecast demand. Constraints on order size are also embodied into the model. This model was constructed by using Visual Basic Application added in Microsoft Excel. After developing the model, hypotheses testing is employed to verify the model. This model allows identifying safety inventory under uncertain conditions which prohibits from the use of ordinary mathematical formula. The model was locally verified. Stochastic variables including customer demand and supplier’s lead time are assumed to be normally distributed. Independent demand items are considered and backorders are not allowed. Under specific conditions, such as distributions of demand and lead time are normally distributed, and fixed-time period system is being used. This model allows materials planner promptly identifies safety inventory associated with a certain level of cycle service level. Furthermore, planner can perceive the affects of changing input parameters on the amount of safety inventory required. There were very few researches focus on variations of demand and lead time at the same time. In reality, this case usually happens, thus the firms have been facing highly variations form both supplier and customers. Therefore, this paper intends to close this gap by simulating these factors and taken into account for determining safety inventory.

At Hamburg University of Technology the combination of an open cycle desiccant-assisted air conditioning system and a geothermal system is investigated in the framework of different research projects for several years. The objective of this study is to investigate the energy efficiency of the overall system and to evaluate the geothermal system during summer and winter mode, based on data measured for a temperate climate region. Monitoring results of the performance for dehumidification and remoistening of supply air are presented. Furthermore, the investigated system is compared to reference air conditioning processes. During summer mode, an average dehumidification efficiency of 1.15 is achieved. The electrical energy savings compared to a conventional reference system sum up to 50% for the investigated cooling period. System operation during winter shows an average moisture recovery efficiency of 0.75. The electrical energy demand for air humidification is reduced by 50% compared to a system with electric isothermal air humidification. The geothermal system is operated efficiently throughout the year for cooling and heating application. Besides the energetic system evaluation, measured data regarding the soil temperature and thermal comfort are presented.

The massive binary system WR 11 (γ2-Velorum) has recently been proposed as the counterpart of a Fermi source. If this association is correct, this system would be the second colliding wind binary detected in GeV γ-rays. However, the reported flux measurements from 1.4 to 8.64 GHz fail to establish the presence of nonthermal (synchrotron) emission from this source. Moreover, WR 11 is not the only radio source within the Fermi detection box. Other possible counterparts have been identified in archival data, some of which present strong nonthermal radio emission. We conducted arcsec-resolution observations toward WR 11 at very low frequencies (150–1400 MHz) where the nonthermal emission – if existent and not absorbed – is expected to dominate. We present a catalog of more than 400 radio emitters, among which a significant portion are detected at more than one frequency, including limited spectral index information. Twenty-one of these radio emitters are located within the Fermi significant emission. A search for counterparts for this last group pointed at MOST 0808–471; this source is 2′ away from WR 11 and is a promising candidate for high-energy emission, having a resolved structure along 325–1390 MHz. For this source, we reprocessed archive interferometric data up to 22.3 GHz and obtained a nonthermal radio spectral index of − 0.97 ± 0.09. However, multiwavelength observations of this source are required to establish its nature and to assess whether it can produce (part of) the observed γ-rays. WR 11 spectrum follows a spectral index of 0.74 ± 0.03 from 150 to 230 GHz, consistent with thermal emission. We interpret that any putative synchrotron radiation from the colliding-wind region of this relatively short-period system is absorbed in the photospheres of the individual components. Notwithstanding, the new radio data allowed us to derive a mass-loss rate of 2.5 × 10−5 M⊙ yr−1, which, according to the latest models for γ-ray emission in WR 11, would suffice to provide the required kinetic power to feed nonthermal radiation processes.
