This paper took the voluntary pesticide and fertilizer reduction ratios of the farmers as the substitute variables for farmers' willingness to prevent and control the agricultural non-point source pollution. Then, the paper adopted an improved double-bounded dichotomous choice (DBDC) to obtain farmers’ voluntary pesticide and fertilizer reduction ratios and the corresponding compensation attitudes of the farmers. The research found that, in contrast to fertilizers, pesticides are a stronger output-related factor for farmers, and any reduction in pesticides would cause great output fluctuations. After the influencing factors of the farmers’ compensation attitude towards pesticide and fertilizer reduction were subject to ordinal regression analysis, the main influencing factors of farmers’ compensation attitude towards fertilizer and pesticide reduction were obtained respectively, which had further proved that for farmers, compared with pesticides, the risk of fertilizer reduction is lower, and their attitudes are quite different, but as long as the compensation is sufficient, they are willing to take more stringent measures.

Stretchable electronics are of great significance for the development of the next-generation smart interactive systems. Here, we propose an intrinsically stretchable organic tribotronic transistor (SOTT) without a top gate electrode, which is composed of a stretchable substrate, silver nanowire electrodes, semiconductor blends, and a nonpolar elastomer dielectric. The drain-source current of the SOTT can be modulated by external contact electrification with the dielectric layer. Under 0-50% stretching both parallel and perpendicular to the channel directions, the SOTT retains great output performance. After being stretched to 50% for thousands of cycles, the SOTT can survive with excellent stability. Moreover, the SOTT can be conformably attached to the human hand, which can be used for tactile signal perception in human-machine interaction and for controlling smart home devices and robots. This work has realized a stretchable tribotronic transistor as the tactile sensor for smart interaction, which has extended the application of tribotronics in the human-machine interface, wearable electronics, and robotics.

Abstract: The aim of the study was to find out how the position of Islamic education institutions in the era of globalization is transparent. Family institutions are the main foundation for the growth and development of today's generation. The role of the family is driven by both parents, the role of the school is driven by teachers, the community is motivated by community leaders and in universities driven by lecturers to foster religious nature in internalizing the faith and fostering a kindness of kindness. This study is a descriptive qualitative research approach that is to describe a phenomenon, event, event that occurred in the field. Data collection researchers used observation, then researchers also conducted activities Focus Group Discussion (FGD) is a form of data collection activities through group discussions and discussion in groups. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. From this study it was found that there needs to be a reorientation of the vision and mission of Islamic education. with a big vision and mission that produces great output. If you want participants to return to their nature, then Islamic education in the process requires a great willingness to realize their vision and mission, so that the nature of goodness that exists in students can grow well as our human being. There needs to be a Reorientation of the Islamic Education Strategy that is needed to improve the quality and equity of education in all educational institutions. To foster fitrah, it is necessary to develop the character of the vision of ulul al-bab, al-ulama, al-muzakki, ahl al-dzikr, and al-rasikhuna fi al-‘ilm and position educators who are authoritative and have sacredness. It is necessary to optimize learning and internalize the main tasks of teachers as a profession, humanity, social quality of educators of Islamic education from various sides in the era of globalization. Keywords: Islamic Education, Fitrah Goodness, Era of Globalization

Our quest for prosperity has produced great output (i.e. performance) but not always great outcomes (i.e. progress). Despite mounting regulation when it comes to fairness, well-being, and the scope of our humanity, the modern economic system still leaves much to be desired. If practice is to evolve substantively and systematically, then we must help evolve an economic paradigm where mutuality is more systematically complemented by morality. The bases of this morality must rest, beyond the sympathetic sentiments envisaged by Adam Smith, on an expanded and intentional moral reasoning. Moral philosophy has a natural role in informing and influencing such a turn in our thinking, especially when education is the preferred vehicle of transformation. Indeed, rather than just regulate market power we must also better educate market power.

Our quest for prosperity has produced great output but not always great outcomes. The list of concerns is growing and familiar. Fundamentally, when it comes to well-being, fairness, and the scope of our humanity, the modern economic system still leaves much to be desired. In turn, trust in business and the liberal market system (aka “capitalism”) has been declining and regulation has been rising. A variety of forces—civic, economic, and intellectual—have been probing for better alternatives. The contributions in this volume, coauthored by eminent philosophers, social scientists, and a handful of thoughtful business leaders, are submitted in this spirit. The thrust of the work is conveyed in the volume’s titular question: Capitalism Beyond Mutuality? Mutuality, or the exchange of benefits, has been established as the prime principle of interaction in addressing the chronic dilemma of human interdependence. Mutuality is a fundament in the social contract approach and it serves us well. Yet, to address the concerns outlined here, we must help evolve an economic paradigm where mutuality is more systematically complemented by reasoned and elective morality. Otherwise the state will remain the sole (if inadequate) protector and buffer between market and society. Hence, rather than just regulate power we must also educate power. Philosophy has a natural role, especially when education is the preferred vehicle of transformation. Accordingly, the essays in this volume integrate philosophy and social science to outline and explore concrete approaches to these important concerns emanating from business practice and theory.
