The aim of this study is to use machine learning to predict tumor staging and metastasis in melanoma with differentially expressed genes. Machine has been used in different clinical setting to predict different outcomes. However, it has not been used to look at predicting the diagnostic aspect of tumor staging. We used the TCGA RNA-Sequencing data on melanomas to predict tumor staging nodal and/or metastasis using deep neural networks (DNN) and random forest classifier (RF). Results: We were able to predict tumor staging (lower vs higher stage, i.e. Tis / T1 / T2 vs T3 and higher), nodal metastasis and combined nodal or distant metastasis in patients with melanomas with high accuracies. However, we need to further validate these results.

Table tennis is a complex analytical sport with versatile technique, various specific solutions, which has long outgrown a period of mass enthusiasm. For athletes to achieve sports results, general physical, special and psychological training is now necessary. Modern requirements to the level of special, technical, tactical and physical training of female athletes, to the entire system of their training are extremely high. In this regard, the importance of specialized factors in the sports training of female tennis players increases significantly. In the long-term training of the highly qualified female tennis players, a number of important stages is provided for, which in their structure have specific tasks and a meaningful orientation of their implementation. Exploratory laparotomy was done and findings were recorded and analyzed to see its diagnostic and therapeutic value. Results: Patients of appendicular (maximum 27.5%) and tubercular disease present within one year of first appearance of pain whereas those having bands and adhesions after two years. Overall exploratory laparotomy was diagnostic and therapeutic in 80% patients. Conclusions: In selected patients of CNSPA exploratory laparotomy is therapeutic in 87.5% and diagnostic in 92.5% patients.
