The following article presents physical exercises and the theoretical-praxiological model for singers’ warm-up. The purpose of this paper is to streamline the warm-up for entertainer singers by using PPAT means. The development of technical and interpretive skills, implementation of PPAT relevant to the field and their improvement throughout the activity are some of the most important concerns of each entertainer singer. The complex method of physical and vocal training includes body gymnastics exercises, exercises of the muscular systems that participate in the emission of sound and vocal exercises. Complex exercises are recommended for maintaining mental and physical qualities, improving general motor skills and phono-articulatory movements. These are basic not just for the development of sound emission, but also for the prevention of the so-called professional diseases. The creative development of PPAT for future specialists has a benefic effect on intellectual, emotional-volitional and practical activity. The means, methods and forms of PAPT are aimed at optimally meeting the requirements of the educational, professional, social and daily life spheres of vocalists. PPAT, as a training factor for singers, includes the following: the greater the motor experience and perceptions of the vocalist are, the more perfect the coordination of movements determines a good physical training, the faster the new action is developed, because man can previously create a preliminary model of any motor act in his mind and reproduce it quickly. The essence of PPAT is the optimal use of resources, methods and forms of physical training, in order to achieve and maintain mental and physical qualities. The artistic activity of a vocalist has possibilities to integrate the influence on his spiritual growth and, in particular, on the improvement of his personality. It is important that the specialist in the field acts with interest, with a sufficient degree of independence, in other words creative, and the creative approach to actions is the basis of education.

The discipline of physical education and sports is an important field for high school students. In physical education lessons, the use of interactive methods leads to stimulating students' interest in performing physical exercises, increasing the efficiency of the lesson, motivation to learn and discover new acts and actions. In order to have good results in the proposed activities, there must be a harmony between physical condition, basic physical abilities and specific ones. Properly performed physical exercises develop the basic motor qualities (speed, dexterity, suppleness, endurance, strength) that are indispensable to our lives. The research methods used in the experiment were: the method of bibliographic study, the method of observation, the method of tests, the mathematical method as well as the graphic and tabular method. The purpose of this experimental study is based on identifying the motor level of seventh grade students and obtaining better results that lead to progress in order to increase the efficiency of the physical education lesson. Therefore, different means were applied to the experiment class, and the control class followed the school curriculum.

The personality of the athlete is capitalized by the totality of his psychic, physical and functional qualities and functions as a biopsychosocial model of the set of internal and external factors, which has a meaning of adaptation to sports training efforts, in the integrity of its dynamic-energetic aspects, at the physical-material level, emotional, mental, energetic, transcendental and spiritual. Sports training is based to a large extent on the quality of the indices of physical training factors, technical, functional, psychological, etc. Based on the control of the body's reaction to effort, new models of sports training are planned. The theory and practice of sports training also needs to supplement the knowledge of notions, ideas, information of the contribution of psychic energy and biological energy to streamlining the quality of bio-psycho-electromagnetic parameters of the athlete to create a model of athlete with higher energy potential. The model of a performance athlete consists of specific cellular models with integrative electrical characteristics. In bioenergy, the term "integration" is used to describe the magnetic movement in the body from the head (psychic energy), the trunk to the lower limbs (biological energy), and vice versa without blocking, forming a bio-psycho-electromagnetic circuit. Psychic energy is a state of consciousness, of energy challenge, including alpha waves in the posterior brain. Stimulates energy centers for overcoming the mental state, consciousness, cultivating emotional intelligence, energy ability, etc. Biological energy stimulates the meridians of the internal organs, the energetic harmony of the neuromuscular system of the arms and lower limbs. Based on special research, the structure of the interaction of human energy was developed, forming an algorithm of harmony between the groups of psychic energy and biological energy. There were 5 (five) levels of electromagnetic energy potential: high, medium high, medium, minimum and very low with variations in the value of the electric field component from - 0.116 to 2.998 quanta depending on time.

The results of a study of the autonomous regulation of the heart rate in elite wrestlers with different dominance of the cerebral hemispheres were present in the manuscript 23 elite wrestlers. Were examined members of the National Team of Ukraine in Greco-Roman wrestling, aged 22-34 years-old. A body composition monitor "Omron BF511" and a computer electrocardiograph "Fazagraf" were used. It was revealed that elite wrestlers with a dominance of the right hemisphere have more intense regulation of the heart rhythm compared to wrestlers with a dominance of the left hemisphere of the brain. With an increase in the tension of the system of autonomous regulation of the heart rhythm in wrestlers with the dominance of the right hemisphere of the brain, the activation of the central and sympathetic division of regulation occurs. For the purpose of a more effective preparation process and in the development of individual training programs for elite wrestlers, it is necessary to determine the dominance of the cerebral hemispheres.

Creativity is a priority direction of education systems and public policies, especially those of scientific research. In a modern, dynamic society, characterized by economic, political and cultural mobility, a flexible education is needed, oriented towards the formation and development of a creative personality in cultural-professional-ethical plan. In these conditions, it is necessary to correlate the concept of didactic creativity with that of creative learning. This context generates the need for a theoretical and praxiological educational pedagogical reform, oriented with priority towards the area of didactic creativity, especially in the methodological plan which is currently characterized by traditional methods. Synectics, as a method of stimulating and developing creativity, proposed by us in research, creates this climate of creative learning of children in sports schools, facilitating the exploration of its methodological value (especially in team sports events, especially rugby).

The issue of education acquires new connotations in contemporary society, given by unprecedented changes in all areas of social life. The emphasis shifts from the informative to the formative. Education transcends the boundaries of the school curriculum and tends towards lifelong learning. A unitary curriculum can no longer respond to human diversity alone, and the goal of lifelong learning tends to become an indisputable reality. Thus, without denying the importance of curricular education, it becomes increasingly obvious that extracurricular education, i.e. that achieved beyond the educational process, has its role and place well established in shaping the personality of young people. Sociological research, conducted in four colleges in Bacau, Romania (National College "Vasile Alecsandri", Technical College of Communications "Nicolae Vasilescu-Karpen", National College "Ferdinand" and National College "Gheorghe Vrănceanu") during September - October 2020 on a sample of 210 people (130 high school students, 80 parents), aimed to identify the opinions of students and their parents on the main aspects of extracurricular activity: the degree of involvement of students in extracurricular activities; the level of partnership relationship of the school with the family in carrying out extracurricular activities; types of extracurricular activities; the ways of organizing them; the level of motivation to participate in extracurricular activities.

The general, specific and specialized physical training determines the level of development of the motor possibilities of the personnel, reached in the process of the systematic practice of the professional-applicative physical exercises. The problem solved in this research was to identify new ways to intensify the professional-applied physical training of the operative personnel, military personnel within the intervention subunits of the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations. The study was conducted over a period of 2 months (May-June 2019) on the field / training plateau of the Botosani and Dorohoi Fire Brigade and had as subjects a sample of 10 non-commissioned officers (military personnel) who took two individual tests: with/without a respirator device. The research methods: the study of the specialized literature, the direct observation, the experiment, the comparison, the statistical-mathematical analysis. Ways to test the physical capacity, the type of effort made (aerobic, anaerobic) in one or more motor actions are numerous and at the same time, very demanding, necessary for the special device and a larger study. During the experiment there was a reduction in time but also an increase in motor potential at the unit stage (initial testing), as well as obtaining the honorable 3rd place in the national phase (final testing) of the contest "The most powerful firefighter" Alba-Iulia , 2019 edition, of the non-commissioned officers from the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations "Nicolae Iorga" of Botosani. Following some application routes with a high degree of difficulty, we can say that it must be customized in this activity has significantly improved their motor skills.

Currently, the sports industry is generated by a professional movement. The association policy has strong repercussions on the degree of professionalism, efficiency and freedom of initiative in the activity of professionals in the field. In modern society, professional sports are presented as a type of business, as an important part of the entertainment industry, as well as one of the most complex forms of trade. In other words, we can mention that professional sport is a type of entrepreneurial activity, whose purpose is to make a profit from the sale of the competitive show. In the last decade, professional sports have actively developed, both nationally and internationally, so that the practice of entering into partnerships has expanded, if we refer to athletes who are interested in working in foreign clubs. The professionalization of sport is an objective, inevitable process that contributes to an increase in the effectiveness, technicality, aesthetics and entertainment of sport. In addition, placing sport on a new organizational and economic basis gives the state the opportunity to supplement its budget with additional financial resources [3, 4]. However, the characterization of the dynamics of the development of professional sports, reflected by several authors, attests to the fact that, through its professionalization, sport loses its function and humanistic role in society. "Professional sport is a social disaster, because its product does not only consist of victories and results that constitute the glory and image of a state, but involves people who have lost their health" [5]. In professional sports, the principle of the Olympic sport "Fair - play" loses its meaning, leaving room for the one referring to obtaining "Victory at any cost" (intimidation of the opponent, aggression, fraud, severe psychological pressure on the competitor out of competition and in the competitive process). We are currently witnessing the commercialization of sport and the fact that the Olympic movement is beginning to be a "synthesis of sports performance, advertising technology and public policy". Olympic sports are distancing themselves from mass (ordinary) sports, arguments highlighted by the following aspects: the rapid growth of sports achievements is not in line with those of the physical condition of the population. At the same time, Olympic sports guide and ensure the subsidization of huge sums from a state budget. For example, the budget for the Tokyo Olympics was 1.6 - 1.8 trillion Japanese yen, or about 14.5 - 16.2 billion euros for 33 sporting events, 47 disciplines and 324 events, at which was attended by over 12,000 athletes [7].
