Ideal Solutions and Colligative Properties deals with the properties of solutions that depend on the concentration, but not the identity, of solute particles. The discussion examines the solution properties of vapour pressure depression, boiling point elevation, freezing point depression and osmotic pressure for an ideal solution, and how they differ from the properties of the pure solvent. Raoult’s law is used to quantify the magnitude of vapour pressure lowering. This is followed by illustrations of boiling point elevation and freezing point depression as well as the determination of boiling and freezing points of a solution. Calculation of osmotic pressure and its use to determine the molar mass of a solute is discussed.

Guided discovery learning based E-module is a teaching material in electronic to support independent learning that follow the stages of guided discovery learning model. The development research was conducted to develop and analyse the validity and practicality of this e-module on colligative properties of solution material for class XII high school chemistry learning. The type of research is educational design research using the Plomp development model consisting of (1) preliminary research, (2) prototyping stage, (3) assessment phase. The e-module was validated by eight validators who are four UNP chemistry lecturers and four chemistry teachers using an instrument in the form of validity questionnaire, while the practicality test was carried out at SMA N 8 Padang by 27 students and three teachers with an instrument in the form of a practicality questionnaire. The questionnaire analysis was performed using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) for content validation and Aiken V formula for construct validation and practicality. From the results, the data indicate that the solution based colligative properties e-module based on guided discovery learning for chemistry learning in class XII senior high school has valid and practical values.

This research is aimed to develop modules based on STEM on the colligative properties of class XII SMA / MA. This type of research is research and development (R & D) with a 4D model that includes the phases of Define, Design, Develop and Diseminate. The developed research was carried out until the development phase (develop) in the form of one-on-one trials, and trials were limited to teachers. This research was fully conducted at FKIP Riau University, MAN 1 Pekanbaru and Cendana Pekanbaru High School. The data analysis technique used in the study was descriptive statistical analysis, carried out by calculating the score obtained at the time of validation. The evaluation of module feasibility aspects by the validator team in the form of content eligibility, STEM characteristics, linguistic, presentation, and graphic characteristics have scores of 80%, 87.5%, 80.205%, 90.625%, and 91.25%, respectively. Overall the average score of the validation modules of the STEM-based solution was 85.916% included in the validity eligibility criteria, meaning that the module developed was eligible to be tested on a limited basis whereas the teacher's response to the module getting a percentage of 92.1% in good criteria.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh media pembelajaran e-modul berbasis flipbook pada model problem based learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo pada materi pokok sifat koligatif larutan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo yang terdiri dari 6 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling. Kelas yang terpilih sebagai kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas XII MIPA 1 yang dibelajarkan menggunakan media pembelajaran e-modul berbasis flipbook pada model problem based learning dan sebagai kelas kontrol yaitu kelas XII MIPA 6 dibelajarkan menggunakan model problem based learning. Data motivasi belajar peserta didik untuk kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol terdistribusi normal dan memiliki varians yang homogen, sehingga dilakukan uji-t dengan α= 0,05 dan dk= 52, diperoleh thitung > ttabel (3,303>1,674). Perhitungan hasil belajar dari kelas eksperimen tidak terdistribusi normal dan kelas kontrol terdistribusi normal, serta kedua kelas berasal dari populasi yang homogen sehingga uji hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji statistik non-parametrik, Mann-Whitney dengan α= 0,05 diperoleh Zhitung > Ztabel (8,66 > 1,64). Terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran e-modul berbasis flipbook pada model problem based learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo pada materi pokok sifat koligatif larutan. Kata kunci: PBL dan e-modul berbasis flipbook ABSTRACT This research was quasi experiment research that aimed to know the effect of using e-modul based on flipbook media in problem based learning model toward students motivations and learning outcomes in class XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo on subject matter of colligative properties solution. Research design was posttest only control group design. Population was students in class XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo that consist of six classes. Sample was taken randomly. Experiment class was XII MIPA 1 that learned e-modul based on flipbook media in problem based learning model and control class was XII MIPA 6 that learned problem based learning model without e-modul based on flipbook media. Motivation data in experiment class and control class was normally distributed and it has homogen varians so test-t with ∝=0.05 dan dk=52 was done with tcalculated > ttable (3,303>1,647). For the learning outcome data in experiment and control class was not normally distributed while in control class was normally distributed and it has homogen varians so, parametric test by Man-Withney with ∝=0.05, was done with zcalculated > ztable (8,66>1,64). It can be concluded that there is an effect of e-modul based flipbook on media in problem based learning model toward students motivations and learning outcomes in class XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo on subject matter of colligative properties solution.
