The low interest of people in reading has closed several book publishers as their books were not in demand. Furthermore, there are some publishers who sell their books only for private users such as Zifatama book publisher in Sidoarjo. If this publisher wants to put their books at big book shops, it will get very high charge of tax. This fact has underpinned the researcher to design a portable shelf specifically for Zifatama book publisher so that it can sell the books in the interior events such as seminar, workshop, and training. To design the display shelf, the researcher employed mix method by observing various places related to display shelves and interviewing the head of Zifatama publisher. Those methods aimed to ease the researcher in developing the product through some analyses regarding the needs, activity, display product types, product placement, design style, shape, system, color, technology of information media, material, ergonomics, and product dimension. The final result obtains a product of display shelf having design concepts of informative and modern minimalist which is stackable to ease the publisher bringing it during an interior event. In addition, this display shelf presents information on Zifatama Publisher books to users.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the context, input, process, and product of a substantive technical training program for preparing lesson plans for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers. The study used a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, and product). The results showed that; first, the context dimension states that the implementation of education and training is by the legal basis for working; second, the input dimension includes the availability of reliable resources, adequate facilities, and infrastructure and financing borne by the government, so that its implementation can be carried out properly; third, the dimension of the process which includes the implementation of programs that are by the predetermined plans and designs; fourth, the product dimension where the teacher already understands the specified competencies.

This research is motivated by the impact of the era of disruption that has an impact on the world of education. Dahani Dahanai College of Economics must also undertake various strategies as one of the institutions engaged in education services. One of these strategies is the Marketing Mix Strategy in marketing the Education services. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of the Marketing Mix dimensions, namely Product, Price, Promotion, and Distribution carried out by STIE Dahani Dahanai on Study Interest. The sample in this study were students. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of product, price, and promotion have a significant effect on study interest at STIE Dahani Dahanai, while the distribution dimension does not have a significant effect. The product dimension has the most significant influence on interest in college because it is related to the study program offered by STIE Dahani Dahanai which is a Management Study Program which is quite attractive to students. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Product, Price, Promotion, Distribution, Study Interest.

The lack of socialization about students’ interest will have an impact on the wrong choice of cross-interest learning. Besides, the lack of teaching staff can also affect errors in the choice of cross-interest learning. This research was conducted to determine the level of effectiveness from cross-interest selection in 11th economics students at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in the academic year 2020/2021 based on the dimensions of context, input, process, and product. This study used an evaluative research design with a quantitative approach, and a questionnaire used as the research instrument. The population of this study was 245 students of class XI SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja who received economics learning. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique in getting a sample of 176 students. Questionnaires, interviews, and documentation was used to collect the data. The questionnaire was analyzed by using Z-score and T-score descriptive tests. Then the results of the analysis were converted into a prototype Glickman quadratic. From the data analysis, the context dimension is positive (+), the input dimension is positive (+), the process dimension is positive (+), and the product dimension is positive (+).These results indicate that the evaluation of the cross-interest selection of 11th grade students on economics subject at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in the academic year 2020/2021 is (+ + + +) located in quadrant I. So that it can be interpreted that the implementation of the cross-interest selection program is classified as very effective.

3D Printer Machine is a 3D shaped model making machine. The method of 3D printer machine used by the faculty OF Industrial Technology of Trisakti University is FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) method. There is known unevenness on the build plate of 3D printer machines during the production process. The unevenness that appears on the objects makes the build plate used by the 3D printer engine unstable. This causes the product to be produced not maximal. There is a difference in shape between product results and previous product design. After further investigation, the unevenness of the table was caused by the improper arrangement of the printed table. The results of the redesign will stabilize the print table and make it easier to calibrate and adjust the print table of the 3D printer machine. This proven that precision of product dimension increase from 0,037 mm deviation to 0,004 mm, its measured with a profile projector has 1 micrometer resolution.

This paper is about the reduction of the overall size of metal blanking sheet that is being used to form a stamping product or car body panel of a car manufacturer in Malaysia. The current blanking sheet produces extra waste which will be recycled and does not contribute to increase productivity but increases inventory cost. The reduction in the blanking sheet size will lead to the reduction of raw material hence reduced the production cost. However, the reduced size of blanking sheet could affect the yield strength of the product. The study of the yield strength and yield improvement of the product are done by simulating stress analysis by using CATIA software. The results show that the new proposed size of the metal blanking sheet provides accuracy of the product dimension as well as maintaining the yield strength of the product and it reduced a significant amount of metal scrap which is nearly 4% of material weight and save around 10% of inventory cost.

This study aims to determine what, who and how the shocked market in the Batam operate in accordance with research methodology used in research that is the method of evaluation research. The model used in this study is the CIPP evaluation, the model is analyzes the four dimensions of context dimension, input dimension, process dimension and product dimension. Batam city consists of 12 districts, there are only nine districts have 27 markets shocked. In this study, geographically dispersed market was dominated by Batu Aji sub-district with 10 markets in shock following Sekupang with five markets, while Sagulung four and Batam Kota had two shock markets. For District Nongsa, Batu Ampar, Bengkong, Sei Beduk, Lubuk Baja, each one market. The results of the evaluation obtained from this study is that the most needed by traders in the shock market is the attention and action of the local government. Attention in this regard is the support and proper facilities that can ultimately improve and develop the local economy concerned.
