Summary Objectives: Decision Support Telemedicine Systems (DSTS) are at the intersection of two disciplines: telemedicine and clinical decision support systems (CDSS). The objective of this paper is to provide a set of characterizing properties for DSTSs. This characterizing property set (CPS) can be used for typing, classifying and clustering DSTSs. Methods: We performed a systematic keyword-based literature search to identify candidate-characterizing properties. We selected a subset of candidates and refined them by assessing their potential in order to obtain the CPS. Results: The CPS consists of 14 properties, which can be used for the uniform description and typing of applications of DSTSs. The properties are grouped in three categories that we refer to as the problem dimension, process dimension, and system dimension. We provide CPS instantiations for three prototypical applications. Conclusions: The CPS includes important properties for typing DSTSs, focusing on aspects of communication for the telemedicine part and on aspects of decisionmaking for the CDSS part. The CPS provides users with tools for uniformly describing DSTSs.

Abstrak: Ilmu kimia sebagai ilmu yang berdasarkan pada  penelitian (induktif), yang seharusnya mampu menyajikan soal yang menantang dan tersebar dalam enam level kognitif, hanya saja kondisi sebenarnya soal-soal kimia masih dibuat tradisional dengan berada pada level kognitif rendah. Soal olimpiade sebagai ajang kompetisi nasional siswa-siswa berprestasi di Indonesia pun belum diketahui level kognitif yang terkandung di dalamnya. Maka tujuan penelitian ini yakni, mendeskripsikan komposisi penyebaran soal terhadap tabel Taksonomi Bloom revisi, mendeskripsikan perbandingan soal OSN dan IChO (International Chemistry Olympiad) pada materi yang sama, dan  memetakan soal-soal tersebut terhadap standar kompetensi dan kompetensi dasar SMA/MA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2012 tersebar pada prosedural-mengaplikasikan dan konseptual-memahami. Pada tahun 2013 tersebar pada dimensi prosedural-mengaplikasikan dan faktual-memahami. Berdasarkan konten materi dalam satu soal IChO  menuntut siswa dapat menemukan keterkaitan suatu materi dengan materi lainnya guna menyelesaikan soal tersebut sedangkan OSN tidak, tetapi keduanya  memiliki dimensi pengetahuan dan dimensi proses kognitif yang tidak terlalu berbeda yakni pada lingkup prosedural-mengaplikasikan dan prosedural-menganalisis. Hasil pemetaan terhadap SK-KD SMA/MA menunjukkan sebesar setengah dari jumlah ksesluruhan soal dapat dipetakan. Adanya analisis ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi guru untuk memberikan penguatan konsep kimia pada pembelajaran, agar siswa mampu mengerjakan berbagai macam soal, salah satunya soal OSN. Penelitian ini masih terbatas pada tahun 2012 dan 2013, sehingga dapat dikembangkan analisis untuk tahun-tahun lainnya. Kata-kata Kunci : Analisis, Taksonomi Bloom revisi, Dimensi Pengetahuan, Dimensi Proses Kognitif Abstract: Chemistry as a science that is based on research (inductive), which is supposed to be able to present a challenging problem and scattered in six cognitive levels, it's just that the actual conditions of chemical problems are still made traditionally with low cognitive level. Olympics as a matter of national competition top students in Indonesia is not yet known cognitive level contained therein. So the purpose of this study, describing the composition of matter of the spread of the revised Bloom's Taxonomy tables, describing the comparison about OSN and IChO (International Chemistry Olympiad) on the same material, and to map these problems to the standards of competence and basic competences SMA/MA. The analysis showed that in 2012 spread over-apply procedural and conceptual understanding. In 2013 spread to the dimension-apply procedural and factual-understand. Based on the content of the material in a matter of IChO requires students to be able to find a material relationship with the other materials in order to resolve these problems while OSN does not, but both have dimensions of knowledge and cognitive process dimensions are not too different from that in the scope of procedural-procedural-applying and analyzing. The results of the mapping of the SK-KD SMA / MA shows only half the number of ksesluruhan matter can be mapped. The existence of this analysis are expected to be the input for the teacher to provide reinforcement in learning chemistry concepts, so that students are able to do a variety of problems, one of which is a matter of OSN. BACKGROUND: Inappropriate Tuberculosis (TB) diagnosis and treatment contributes to unfavorable health outcome among TB patients. Improving quality of healthcare service helps to avert TB related morbidity. Despite these facts, the level of quality of service is not known in the hospitals. Hence, the present study was conducted to assess the quality of care delivered to TB patients among publichospitals.METHODS: A facility-based cross-sectional study was conducted from March 15 to April 30, 2019 in North Shewa Zone, Amhara region, Ethiopia. All TB patients who had follow-up in the hospitals were included. This resulted in the involvement of 82 TB patients. Data was collected by trained data collectors using facility audit, clinical observation checklists, structured questionnaire and in-depth interview. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 20. Binary logistic regression analysis was done to identify the predictors of patients’ satisfaction.RESULTS: In this study, 82 respondents with a mean age of 36.48 (±13.27) years were participated. The mean quality score for structural dimension was 59.5%, and 53.7% of participants were found to be satisfied in outcome dimension. The mean score for process dimension of quality of service were 67.9%. Having TB symptoms were significantly associated with the level of patientsatisfaction towards TB care [AOR = 0.217, p = 0.015].CONCLUSION:Quality of TB services from structural and outcome dimension were low and higher in process dimension. Thus, careful attention on the quality of services will help to reduce the burden of TB.

The general objective of the research presented in this article was to explore the attention to the diversity of students in kindergartens, and primary and high schools in the Region of Murcia (southeast of Spain). This study adopted a methodology of a quantitative nature. The instrument used to collect the data was the Themis Inclusion Tool (Azorín and Ainscow, 2018), which is a Likert scale aimed at teachers formed by three dimensions: contexts, resources and processes. Themis was administered to 545 teachers from 38 schools. This allowed knowing a series of strengths and weaknesses and diagnosing the profile of the schools (barely inclusive, towards inclusion and inclusive), and verifying statistically significant differences according to the variables studied (type of school, location and school stage). According to the results, the strengths focused on the process dimension, making reference to the teaching work, while the weaknesses were found in the contexts dimension, highlighting the scarce commitment between the schools and their communities. Differences were also found according to the type of school and the school stage. Finally, the predominant profile was “towards inclusion”. Therefore, the conclusions pointed to the need to continue working for the development of more inclusive practices in schools.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore green packaging from the process dimension. Specifically, it focuses on understanding the behavior of costs associated with installing green packaging infrastructure. Design/methodology/approach The study used system dynamics to design the model. The model was tested on three industries employed in manufacturing glass bottles to generalize the result. Findings The study concludes that cost of remanufacturing which initially is higher because of recollection phases and reverse logistics costs eventually becomes lower than new manufacturing as soon as system achieves stability and continues to follow the same trend over the period of time. Practical implications The study put forwards an explanation to the concerns of manufacturers who were unwilling to install green packaging or remanufacturing infrastructure into their operations because of several cost- and risk-related dilemmas. Originality/value The study extends the academic literature by answering the queries raised by Kassaye and Holloway (2015).

The bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) crisis challenged one of the basis principles of modernity: the divide between nature and society. In a case study on the German agricultural sector, I analyze how the societal actors responded in order to cope with the crisis. In their attempt to re-establish the division between nature and society, they employed the ambivalences of this relationship for strategic purposes. The actors sought to relocate or to newly define the boundary in line with their own ideas and interests. It can be seen how "nature" was frequently used as legitimizing ground in the narratives. The analysis of the politics of nature aims to add a process dimension to Latourian diagnosis of the eroding nature-society divide.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to propose two control charts to monitor multi-attribute processes and then a maximum likelihood estimator for the change point of the parameter vector (process fraction non-conforming) of multivariate binomial processes. Design/methodology/approach – The performance of the proposed estimator is evaluated for both control charts using some simulation experiments. At the end, the applicability of the proposed method is illustrated using a real case. Findings – The proposed estimator provides accurate and useful estimation of the change point for almost all of the shift magnitudes, regardless of the process dimension. Moreover, based on the results obtained the estimator is robust with regard to different correlation values. Originality/value – To the best of authors’ knowledge, there are no work available in the literature to estimate the change-point of multivariate binomial processes.

We treat observable operator models (OOM) and their non-commutative generalisation, which we call NC-OOMs. A natural characteristic of a stochastic process in the context of classical OOM theory is the process dimension. We investigate its properties within the more general formulation, which allows one to consider process dimension as a measure of complexity of non-commutative processes: We prove lower semi-continuity, and derive an ergodic decomposition formula. Further, we obtain results on the close relationship between the canonical OOM and the concept of causal states which underlies the definition of statistical complexity. In particular, the topological statistical complexity, i.e. the logarithm of the number of causal states, turns out to be an upper bound to the logarithm of process dimension.

This study describes the development and assessment of an audio-taped women's consciousness-raising program. Two components of the program were communications skills training and the explorations of women's issues. These two components were designed to accomplish four goals: the development of effective communication; an awareness of the issues facing women; the discovery of new options for behavior; and the establishment of a supportive environment. Twenty-seven volunteer women were assigned to three groups, each of which received a different combination of the two components. Using ratings and structured descriptive narratives by trained experienced observers, progress toward the aforementioned goals was measured in each group. The group that only received the communications training component made steady significant progress over time toward all four goals. The group that received both the communication training and women's issues components made significant progress toward two goals: the development of effective communications and the discovery of new options for behavior. The group that received only the women's issues component made no apparent progress toward any of the goals. The results point toward the effectiveness of this audio-taped program and the importance of including communication skills training in consciousness-raising programs.
