The author generalizes the results of library user survey. The survey was held within the framework of the study “Webometric monitoring of libraries”. The study goal was to assess the virtual geography of library website users and to specify target audience. The user audience of 11 library websites was assessed by following criteria: geographical data (user location, probable user residence area); user demographic data (sex, age); loyalty indicators (bounce rate, visit depth, visit duration); website user desired actions (estimation of desired action conversion). Based on the findings, the author concludes that: library offline services impact website user geography; there is a close interdependence between library location and website traffic; users resident in the library region make the most loyal website users; women prevail in the library user audience. The target website user audience is identified; recommendations are offered for the further strategic development in the web-space. The study conclusions and recommendations would facilitate generated demanded content and efficient promotion of library information resources and services in the web-space.

This article investigates new language trends in Internet communication. The goal was a comprehensive description of new features that appeared at every level of the language system functioning in the web space. Investigation of new systemic web phenomena has both relevance and perspectives, as the focus of literary language development has shifted from literary texts to web-based texts. The research material included Facebook posts and comments. The material was processed with stylistic methods (contextual, stylistic compatibility, interpretation, etc.). The synchronic analysis was accompanied with elements of diachronic commentary. The analysis also considered the normative aspect, yet the emphasis was made on the evolution of contemporary literary language influenced by digitalization and the growth of the Internet. The important factor in language transformation and development is realization of the creative function of the language in the user-generated content of the informal segment of the Internet. The multiple extralinguistic factors influencing Internet communication are described in details, but it is the creative function of the language and the features of new communication in the Internet space that are of primary importance for the development of the literary language in the Russian segment of the Internet. The study uses examples to prove the scientific hypothesis that new language phenomena on the Internet are not random, but on the contrary are systemic, as they are manifested at every language level. This allows drawing conclusions about the inevitability of transformation of the Russian language in the future, as the language will provide the communication of digital society that is already developing new ethic norms. Considering the trend on strengthening the legal frames for actions of state and transnational actors in the network space, the study of the Russian language and its trends in the Internet as one of the powerful means of soft power makes our study relevant for forming legislative mechanisms aimed at preserving Russian national interests in the international communication. The study is perspective, since it makes a significant contribution to preserving cultural and linguistic identity of Russian citizens in front of the growing international competition and uncertainty. In addition, being a linguistic study, this work deals with the issues of processing information with its increased speed and volume.

Extraskeletal osteosarcoma (ESOS) is a rare variant of osteosarcoma which occurs exclusively in the soft tissue without any bone involvement. Subcutaneous ESOS, in particular, is very rare and is seen in <10% of cases. Here, we report a case of a subcutaneous tumor in the fourth web space of the left foot in a 73-year-old man. The diagnosis of ESOS was made on histology and by immunohistochemical reactivity to special AT-rich sequence-binding protein 2 (SATB2), which is a sensitive, nuclear marker of osteoblastic differentiation. We present this case because of its rarity and the use of SATB2 immunohistochemistry to confirm the diagnosis.

Abstract The growth of technology evaluation and the influence of smart gazettes, which have a very complex structure, the amount of data in an organization, E-Commerce, and ERP explodes. When data is processed as described, it becomes the engine of every individual. According to projections from 2025, social media, IoT, streaming data, and geodata will generate 80% of unstructured data, and there will be 4.8 billion tech enthusiasts. The most popular social media trend allows users to access publicly available data. Hackers are highly qualified in both the web space and the dark web, and the rise of complexity and digitization of this public access will cause loopholes in legislation. The major goal of this study is to gather information about the cyber vulnerability of electronic news. Data collection, text standardization, and feature extraction were all part of the initial step. In the second step, MapReduce was used to obtain demographic insights using a multi-layered categorization strategy. Cybercrime is classified using a classifier technique, and the model has a 53 percent accuracy rate. Phishing is a result of cyber weaknesses, and it has been discovered in a higher number of metropolitan cities. Men, rather than women, make up the majority of crime victims. Individuals should be made aware of secure access to websites and media, according to the findings of the study. People should be aware of cyber vulnerabilities, as well as cyber laws enacted under the IPC, the IT Act 2000, and CERT-In.

Hand burns can lead to deformities even after successful primary healing. They are the most common cause of skin contractures involving the hand. This review article discusses ways to correct claw deformity, flexion contracture in palm and finger, and web space contracture, which are post-burn hand deformities commonly encountered in clinical practice. Loss of skin is the end result in many causes of hand deformities after burn. Therefore, reinforcing the lost skin is the principle of corrective surgery. Even if the skin is thicker than the full-thickness skin, it will engraft if damage to the tissue and blood vessels of the recipient is minimized. The thicker the skin, the less is the re-contraction and growth. The foot is an ideal donor site for skin graft on the hand. In particular, the instep or the area below the malleolar is a very good donor site. First web space of the hand is very important for hand function, and it must be reconstructed with Z-plasty, skin graft, and free flap step by step according to the degree of contraction.

Abstract Problem of safety ensuring of children and underage adolescents in Web–space is becoming increasingly acute. Younger generation information security is the state of children and adolescents protection, in which there is no risk associated with harm to their health and (or) physical, mental, spiritual, moral development from destructive information. This article describes the development of new software product that allows analyzing text from files, Web sites, pages, applications, etc. Analog programs were reviewed; modern text recognition algorithms were described. Screenshots and flowchart of software parts designed functioning for semantic text analysis in Web space are presented. Any Web page is file with extension, and after analyzing, it is possible to evaluate the information and classify it by topics, as well as to determine whether there is destructive content. In the presented study, the software tool was developed for semantic analysis and formalization of text. Exact trigger points from 26 to 30 times evaluate the algorithm functioning. With accuracy of up to 80%, it can be argued that algorithm is suitable for determining the orientation of article and content of ideas expressed in it, taking into account duality of model.

Abstract Case report - Introduction Sciatica symptoms are common symptoms in the general population. Most frequently, patients and health professional tend to conservatively manage symptoms assuming that disc prolapses are the main cause. Herein we describe a case of 69-year-old who had delayed diagnosis of spindle cell carcinoma secondary to radiotherapy for previous cancer. We will outline lessons learnt across the whole system, including carer’s perspective. Case report - Case description We present a case of 69-year-old woman who was referred to rheumatology with a 3-year history of worsening back pain and sciatica symptoms. She has a longstanding history of achalasia and previous ovarian cancer for which she had curative TAH and BFO and subsequent radiotherapy in 1997.  The patient had worsening right leg paraesthesia and neuropathic symptoms suggestive of sciatica which started in 2013. She was self-managing her symptoms and practised yoga and home-based exercise. She was subsequently seen by her GP, NHS community physiotherapy team, private physiotherapist, osteopath, the GP practice physiotherapist and orthopaedics. An MRI spine was performed which showed degenerative changes with no acute nerve root compression and she was re-assured that there was no indication for surgery to the spine.  Despite analgesia, regular physiotherapy and TENS device, her symptoms worsened with night pain and sleep disturbance, hence her rheumatology referral in 2016.  Clinical examination revealed right-sided buttock and sacral tenderness with right upper leg wasting, right knee flexion and ankle dorsiflexion weakness and reduced sensation over the right lateral thigh and in the first web-space. Hence, an MRI pelvis and NCS/EMG were arranged. EMG findings were highly suggestive of acute, severe, postganglionic, axonal lesion of the right lower lumbosacral plexus/right sciatic nerve affecting predominantly tibial division/S1 myotome. Subsequent MRI spine and pelvis revealed a right-sided sciatic nerve tumour and urgent biopsy confirmed grade 2 malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumour consistent with spindle cell carcinoma. Patient was referred to the specialist sarcoma service MDT and had right leg and hemipelvis amputation. She unfortunately had an eventful post-op recovery with a number of complications, including pneumonia, stroke and small bowel obstruction secondary to metastatic disease and was referred to end of life care. Case report - Discussion Back pain and sciatica are common symptoms, mostly secondary to disc prolapse or degenerative spine disease. The differential of causes is wide and it is vital to consider red flags. In this case previous history of cancer and radiotherapy should have alerted clinicians to do detailed examination and arrange relevant investigations accordingly. Differentiating sciatic neuropathy from L5 or S1 radiculopathies or lumbosacral plexopathy can be difficult. With L5 or S1 radiculopathies, patients commonly experience low back pain radiating into the lateral or posterior leg (L5/S1 distributions). The pain in radiculopathy tends to improve with standing and walking and worsen with sitting. Whereas sciatic neuropathy typically start at the buttock area or proximal thigh and pain radiates posteriorly and laterally into the leg. Depending on severity, patients with a sciatic neuropathy can experience extreme weakness of knee flexion and movements of the feet. Sensation can be lost in lateral knee, lateral calf, dorsum of the foot, web space of the great toe, posterior calf and lateral foot and sole of the foot radiating posteriorly and laterally into the leg. Detailed clinical examination along with neurophysiological study would help to identify the level of the lesion. Radiation-induced sarcoma (RIS) is a known long-term complication of radiotherapy, with an incidence ranging from 0.03% to 0.80% and latency of onset of 10 years or greater after treatment. The definition of RIS has never been well established. Cahan criteria modified by Arlen et al. are most commonly used to define RIS: treatment with therapeutic irradiation at least 3 years prior to development of sarcoma, a sarcoma arising within the field of previous therapeutic irradiation; and differing histology between the sarcoma and the primary tumor. Compared to other spontaneous cancers, spindle cell carcinoma is more aggressive and has poor prognosis with an overall of 5-year. Case report - Key learning points
