Ikan Patin bones are a by-product of the fish processing industry which contains the most calcium from the fish body because the main elements of fish bones are calcium, phosphorus and carbonate. Biscuits are snack that have a water quality standard of less than 5% so that they have a crunchy texture. The purpose of this study was to see microbial contamination in biscuits using the ALT (Total Plate Number) method. The results of microbial contamination meet the specified requirements and are included in the category of safe and normal standards according to SNI 2973:2011.

ABSTRACT Background: Due to the lack of normal standards of anorectal manometry in Brazil, data used are subject to normality patterns described at different nationalities. Aim: To determine the values and range of the parameters evaluated at anorectal manometry in people, at productive age, without pelvic floor disorders comparing the parameters obtained between male and female. Methods: Prospective analysis of clinical data, such as gender, age, race, body mass index (BMI) and anorectal manometry, of volunteers from a Brazilian university reference in pelvic floor disorders. Results: Forty patients were included, with a mean age of 45.5 years in males and 37.2 females (p=0.43). According to male and female, respectively in mmHg, resting pressures were similar (78.28 vs. 63.51, p=0.40); squeeze pressures (153.89 vs. 79.78, p=0.007) and total squeeze pressures (231.27 vs. 145.63, p=0.002). Men presented significantly higher values of anorectal squeeze pressures, as well as the average length of the functional anal canal (2.85 cm in male vs. 2.45 cm in female, p=0.003). Conclusions: Normal sphincter pressure levels in Brazilians differ from those used until now as normal literature standards. Male gender has higher external anal sphincter tonus as compared to female, in addition a greater extension of the functional anal canal

This research was conducted to determine the reproductive performance of sows that are kept intensively at the level of smallholder farming. The research method used was a direct interview with pig farmers in Kalasey Village. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results showed a birth rate (litter size) of around 12 piglets, 110 days of pregnancy, 21 days of estrous cycles with 42 hours of estrus duration. With these results, it can be concluded that the reproductive performance of sows in the Kalasey Village is relatively good and according to normal standards.

In early 2020, the outbreak spread in the world. In response to this emergency condition, the world's higher education institutions have been forced to resort to e-learning and digital tools. This study was conducted to find out the students’ responses to resources and activity e-learning. The sample was composed of 37 students. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by mean score and Likert scale. Using ideal normal standards for the various data above, it can be concluded that the student response to e-learning used at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa can be described as follows for the student response indicator to the resources in e-learning, has 4.1 mean scores, it can be concluded that students assess resources in e-learning are considered good. Then, the activities in e-learning have a mean score of 3.8. This indicates that it is in a fair category.

COVID-19 has changed the lifestyle of many people due to its rapid human-to-human transmission. The spread started at the end of January 2020, and different countries used different approaches in terms of testing, sanitization, lock down and quarantine centres to control the spread of the virus. People are getting back to working and routine life activities with new normal standards of testing, sanitization, social distancing and lock down. People are regularly tested to identify those who are infected with COVID-19 and isolate them from general public. However, testing all people unnecessarily is an expensive operation in terms of resources usage. There must be an optimal policy to test only those who have higher chances of being COVID-19 positive. Similarly, sanitization is used for individuals and streets to disinfect people and places. However, sanitization is also an expensive operation in terms of resources, and it is not possible to disinfect each and every individual and street. Social separating or lock down or quarantine centres focuses are different methodologies that are utilised to control the human-to-human transmission of the infection and separate the individuals who are contaminated with COVID-19. However, lock down and quarantine centres are expensive operations in terms of resources as it disturbs the affairs of state and the growth of economy. At the same time, it negatively affects the quality of life of a society. It is also not possible to provide resources to all citizens by locking them inside homes or quarantine centres for infinite time. All these parameters are expensive in terms of resources and have an effect on controlling the spread of the virus, quality of life of human, resources and economy. In this article, a novel intelligent method based on reinforcement learning (RL) is built up that quantifies the unique levels of testing, disinfection and lock down alongside its impact on the spread of the infection, personal satisfaction or quality of life, resource use and economy. Different RL algorithms are actualized and agents are prepared with these algorithms to interact with the environment to gain proficiency with the best strategy. The examinations exhibit that deep learning–based algorithms, for example, DQN and DDPG are performing better than customary RL algorithms, for example, Q-Learning and SARSA.

Numerous analysts would concur that, had it not been for DHCP, the examination of the segment table may never have happened. In this work, we approve the development of connected records, which exemplifies the normal standards of AI. In this paper, we discredit that the renowned heterogeneous calculation for the combination of hinders by Charles Leiserson et al. [12] keeps running in Ω(logn) time.

An exploratory, descriptive, correlational and explanatory field and documentary study was conducted in UTM leveling students aged 15 to 19 years with anemia at which was determined the level of family dysfunction by means of a test that measures the adaptation, participation, gain, affection and resources (APGAR), an instrument that shows how family members perceive the level of functioning of the family unit in a global way , this is called APGAR family, with the purpose of assessing family dysfunction in leveling students from 15 to 19 years who have anemia as a result of titling work, the determination of crises and the existence of levels of knowledge that would allow the adoption of an adequate management of situations generated by this. We investigated the population of leveling students who present anemia through the clinical history of the late adolescent or adult, which coincide with levels of hemoglobin lower than the normal standards according to sex and age and a family APGAR test to assess the systemic functionality of the family.

In the  area of study  the quality and quantity of groundwater are below the normal standards.  In this study spatial statistical methods have been used to demarcate highly polluted zones. Especially fluoride concentrated areas in Nalgonda district.  Water quality, especially excess of fluoride concentration in groundwater, is a major concern in the study area.  Levels of fluoride  in groundwater are considerably greater than the permissible limit especially in Nalgonda district which is known for endemic fluorosis, which is caused by intake of high fluoride water is a slow, progressively, crippling malady affecting young and old, poor and rich, rural and urban population.  The area under investigation lies in between the longitude 790 0'-79o 30' E and latitude 16o 45'-17o 15' N.   In as many as 1122 habitations in Ranga Reddy and Nalgonda districts, fluorosis is prevalent and they have fluoride content in excess of 1.5 mg/l drinking water.  One such area where fluoride contamination in groundwater has been known for several years in parts of Nalgonda district of Telangana state.  In this district, several thousands of people in various villages are suffering with advanced fluorosis.  A number of studies carried out earlier established the extent of fluoride contamination in different villages.  However, no attempt was made to study the spatial distribution of various quality parameters including fluoride in the groundwater of this area.  With this background this investigation is planned and undertaken.  The spatial variability of groundwater G.I.S techniques were presented. The fluoride variation with reference to other quality parameters was brought out.  An attempt is being made to summarise and understand the factors that control the groundwater quality variation in the area of study.   A detailed study on fluoride occurrence is taken up, mainly to see its relationship with various other parameters and the influence of hydrogeology and lineament pattern on fluoride occurrence.
