The research is conducted based on the nationwide goals of Indonesia proposed in the Nawacita document, where one of the big goals is to improve the human resource greatly. Providing a good medium such as a job marketplace can be part of improving the human resource. Since most of Indonesian citizen nowadays has easy access to internet, which can ease their way of using a job marketplace application. Creating a job marketplace application may minimize a number of unemployment in Indonesia. Addition to that, through a focus group discussion, it has been discovered that respondents find job marketplace such as JobStreet and Indeed jobs does not satisfy respondents’ UI and UX view towards the application. The objective of this research is to create a job marketplace mobile application that is useful and easy to use for users. The prototype mobile application is developed using react native, and a middleware that is developed using Express JS is made alongside to bridge data to the mobile application. To assess the prototype mobile application, two evaluation method is used which is User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and Questionnaire User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS). 6 respondents were allowed to examine prototype application, and answer the questionnaire. The result of the evaluation both shows positive results from both questionnaires.

Mobile application development is a highly competitive environment; agile methodologies can enable teams to provide value faster, with higher quality and predictability, and a better attitude to deal with the continuous changes that will arise in the mobile context application (App), and the positive impact of that on sustainable development through continuous progress. App development is different from other types of software. For this reason, our objective is to present a new agile-based methodology for app development that we call Agile Beeswax. Agile Beeswax is conceived after identifying the mobile development process’s issues and challenges, and unique requirements. Agile Beeswax is an incremental, iterative development process composed of two main iterative loops (sprints), the incremental design loop and the incremental development loop, and one bridge connecting these two sprints. Agile Beeswax is structured in six phases, idea and strategy, user experience design, user interface design, design to development, handoff and technical decisions, development, and deployment and monitoring. One of its main strengths is that it has been created with academic and business perspectives to bring these two communities closer. To achieve this purpose, our research methodology comprises four main phases: Phase 1: Extensive literature review of mobile development methodologies, Phase 2: Interviews with mobile application developers working in small to medium software companies, Phase 3: Survey to extract valuable knowledge about mobile development (which was carefully designed based on the results of the first and the second phases), and Phase 4: Proposal of a new methodology for the agile development of mobile applications. With the aim of integrating both perspectives, the survey was answered by a sample of 35 experts, including academics and developers. Interesting results have been collected and discussed in this paper (on issues such as the development process, the tools used during this process, and the general issues and challenges they encountered), laying the foundations of the methodology Agile Beeswax proposed to develop mobile apps. Our results and the proposed methodology are intended to serve as support for mobile application developers.

Innovative practice courses are the basis for the implementation of innovation credit and play an important role in cultivating college students' innovative ability. Innovative practice courses should be based on guiding innovation. The construction of courses needs to be carried out comprehensively in the aspects of course content, class organization, and course evaluation methods. Based on the construction of innovative practice courses "mobile development technology practice", the attempt in the construction of innovative practice courses is introduced. There are still some problems in the development of innovative practice courses in the course selection, evaluation, time setting, and the improvement of innovation, which is needed to be resolved in many ways. In response to the problems, some thoughts and suggestions is given in the paper.

The number of users of smart mobile devices is growing every day. Because of the popularity of using mobile devices, it is important for business stakeholders to develop mobile applications targeting all mobile platforms in order to ensure that the number of users is as large as possible. One possible solution is the creation of hybrid mobile applications. These are applications that combine the properties of web and native mobile applications, and their main advantage is compatibility with multiple mobile operating systems. This paper presents the results of very comprehensive experiments that involved the use of various hybrid mobile development frameworks that were tested under different scenarios. Experiments revealed that the performance of hybrid applications in different scenarios varies considerably, although the results of these applications were comparable to those that were achieved in the experiment with the native application.
